Abstract
The invention relates to a portable system for storing recyclable glass containers. The inventive system includes a crushing device (1) and a storage bin (3). The crushing device is provided with a fixed toothed plate (9) and a moving toothed plate (10) which form a dihedral (8) which is accessed by the containers through an upper loading inlet (9) which, in turn, is assisted by a sensor that actuates a hydraulic cylinder (11) which imparts a pendular movement to the moving plate (10) in order to crush the glass containers. According to the invention, once the containers have been crushed they fall into a lower drawer (14) which can be removed and replaced with another drawer (14) from the complementary cabinet (2). In this way, for a pre-determined amount of space, the storage capacity of the cabinet (2) is considerably greater than that of the standard system in which containers are stored without being broken.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A la vista de las figuras reseñadas puede observarse como el sistema portátil para almacenaje de envases que la invención propone está constituido mediante la combinación de un dispositivo triturador (1) y de un armario de almacenaje (2), de manera que el dispositivo triturador (1) esta estructurado a partir de un bastidor (3) cuyos montantes verticales se rematan en ruedas (4) que facilitan su desplazamiento sobre el suelo, estableciéndose en el seno de dicho bastidor (3) una bandeja superior (5) a la que se accede a través de una puerta basculante (7') establecida en la carcasa (6) que cubre el citado bastidor (3), contando dicha bandeja (4) en su fondo con una boca (7) enfrentada a la puerta (V), a través de la que descarga sobre un diedro (8), abierto hacia arriba, configurado mediante una placa dentada (9) fija y una segunda placa dentada (10) basculante, esta última accionable mediante un cilindro hidráulico (11), asistido por una centralita hidráulica no representada en el dibujo, de manera que dicha placa móvil (10), mediante movimiento pendular, rompe los envases que acceden al diedro (8), cuando son de vidrio, o los aplasta cuando son de aluminio u otro metal, utilizándose en su caso muelas o dientes adecuados en las citadas placas (9) y (10).
