Abstract

La présente invention concerne un casier d’emballage à plusieurs parties comprenant une pluralité de boîtes en polymère pliables configurées en ligne, chacune comprenant un réceptacle et une bride périphérique intégrale s’étendant hors du réceptacle, les brides reliant intégralement les boîtes adjacentes entre elles le long de lignes de perforation comprenant une série d’ouvertures et de zones planes alternées, les zones planes étant dimensionnées de façon à séparer les boîtes en tirant sur les brides sans propager de fissure à travers les brides. Le procédé de fabrication du casier d’emballage à plusieurs parties dans un moule comprend une station de moulage et une station de coupe séparée, les étapes consistant à thermoformer le casier d’emballage à plusieurs parties et à découper le périmètre et les lignes de perforation du casier d’emballage à plusieurs parties pour créer une série d’ouvertures et de zones planes alternées.
