Abstract
Arrangement for guided and uncomplicated foil tearing, and especially for manually use. Where the arrangement consist of an arrangement of frame (1) for holding and guiding of the actually 'loose' or 'single' foil roll (7). And where the frame arrangement (1) in one ideally embodiment of the invention is u-shaped (5), and where the means for an ideally integrated tearing arrangement of the foil web (8) itself is established at the end (3) and the top (2) of one side. And where this side is established, perpendicular, from the bottom of the u- shaped frame (5). The integrated tearing arrangement (1) consist of first of one line resting landing (4) or edge (4) in the whole length of the arrangement (1), which is unbroken in or on its edge, and where the tearing arrangement (1) in one ideally embodiment is made with jags or tooth (2), which are displaced placed in proportion to the edge (4) on the resting - and guiding landing.
Description
FOIL TEARER
The invention concerns an arrangement for guided and uncomplicated foil tearing, and especially for manual use.
Hitherto are there known arrangements, which are integrated as a part of a foil box, where the arrangement itself often is made of flexible and after given material as carton, plastic or like, and where the tearing system itself also is made simple only with an tearing edges, which can be equal jagged or with an equal reasonable sharp edges of a ruler.
The disadvantages by these systems are that one often get the foil tearer very dissimilar over, and this only without to be able to tearer the foil right over, which really was the original idea for one. And shall one as an example tearer the foil over "which is very living" and thin, then it is almost impossible, as one often and subsequent must cut the foil over with a sharp scissors.
With the invention one want to made an arrangement of foil tearer, where one only with one hand as an example with left hand hold the foil and arrangement of foil tearer in one unit, and then with right hand only pull the wanted foil length out and free and past the tearer arrangement, whereupon one still with right hand quick guide the foil against the edges of the tearer and the arrangement. And after this one have the wanted length of straight or exactly tearer foil to ones used, without a lot of waste as there earlier were by this operation.
The news is that the arrangement consist of an arrangement of frame for keeping and guiding of the actually "loose" foil roll, and where the arrangement of frame as an example is u-shaped, and where the means for an ideally integrated tearing arrangement of the foil web can be established
at the end and the top of one side, and where this side generally is established perpendicularly from the bottom of the u-shaped frame.
One obtains by this arrangement that there will be more check on the tearing and it will be more exact.
Understand on the way that it will be more easily manually to tear a foil web over with a straight edges. Where it generally will be independent of the quality and the material of the foil, as the arrangement with its integrated means in it self both will works guiding and holding on the foil web, so that this or the foil web do not curled or slip.
With the arrangement one do not need any more as earlier, also in the same time with the tearing to try to hold and guide the foil web, as this will be established via the integrated means.
One shall now only hold the tearing arrangement with the roll in the one hand and then pull out the length foil one want, after which one shall pull the foil down against the tearing edge , and this will now both be hold, guided and tearer "automatically".
The new is also that the integrated tearing arrangement consist first of one line resting landing or edge in the whole length of the arrangement, which is unbroken in or on its edge, and where the tearing arrangement as an example is made with jags or tooth, which are placed displaced according to the edge on the resting - and guiding of landing.
One obtain by the landing arrangement that the foil web under its tearing indirect has been hold and guided for a straight tearing, so that the foil web do not glide under the tearing. One obtain also that the foil via the close laying landing or edge will in the same time be hold tight to the tearing arrangement.
The new is also that the tearing arrangement, where it has been made with teeth, that one have made these or the teeth on such a way that they will hold and guide the foil web under the tearing operation, by, - that they in each its side with the centreline for the tearing arrangement turn away from the centreline, and where the middle area of the teeth in an alternative embodiment only turn vertical right up.
One obtain by the arrangement made on such a way that the foil web under tearing and loading do not will try to fold, but will stay hold on until the whole web is tear over.
The new is further that the frame for the foil web in an alternative embodiment has side stop by the ends with flaps which are bended up.
One obtain that the foil roll, which rest in the frame under the tearing do not will be able to be through out of this, but will be stop of ends flaps.
The new is also that the arrangement, as a whole either can be used loose or free for direct use, or as a collect into a box for foil rolls or like.
One obtain by this that the tearing arrangement will be able to be reused for other foil packing either direct in this or as a collect, or where one only can lay down a foil roll down into the arrangement , and then be able to made a guided and control tearing.
The invention shall after this be described closer referring to the drawing, where
Fig. 1 shows in perspective a u-shaped frame 5 for foil rolls 7, where the frame 5 is made as an open basked 5, with up bending ends 3 for stop of the loose or freely laid and guided foil rolls 7.
From the bottom of the basked 5 or the frame 5 is there going a side 1 up, which is generally higher than the diameter on the roll 7, and where there for the end of the side is integrated a tearing arrangement 2 consist of a guiding edge 4 and a tearing edge 2, and where these are laying a little displaced according to each other 2 and 4.
Fig.2 shown in perspective a box 6 with a lit for foil rolls 7, where there are placed a "loose" tearing arrangement 1.
The tearing arrangement 1 can either be permanent in the box 6 or it 1 could be a unit 1, which could be re-used, so that the packing 6 or the box 6 will be mush cheaper to buy.
The tearing arrangement 1 could as an example ideally be made in or of stainless steel or like material.
Fig.3 shows into a partly cut perspective a box 6 with a laid foil roll 7, and where the foil web 8 is through out for tearing.
To be able to avoid that the roll 7 turn around under the tearing process, then could one think to hold on, with one finger on the roll 7 itself, but then shall of course the lid of the box 6 be open, what it also shall be under a rolling off of foil 8.
Fig.4 shows, and seen from the side, a high tearing side, where the tearing arrangement 2 or the teeth are made on such a way that they will hold on the foil web 8, while it 8 has to be cut over according the direction of tips or the teeth.
