Abstract

This invention relates to compositions, and methods of use thereof, containing polyphenols such as A-type procyanidins and derivatives thereof, for treating or preventing certain tumors/cancers, and more specifically for treating or preventing tumors/cancers overexpressing cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2).
