Abstract

An angle regulating apparatus of a display device is provided. The apparatus includes a base, a swivel, a swivel holder, and guide portions. The guide portions are uneven portions consisting of concave portions and convex portions curved in the same radius of curvature. The guide portions form a predetermined angle with each other such that the display device may have at least two degrees of freedom. The apparatus further includes a spacer for preventing interference between the display device and the angle regulating apparatus.

Description
ANGLE REGULATING APPARATUS OF DISPLAY DEVICE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, and more particularly, to an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, capable of easily adjusting rotational direction and angle of the display device coupled thereto. Background Art
[2] A display device is a device visually outputting data on a screen. Liquid crystal display devices (LCDs), plasma display panels (PDPs), and cathode ray tubes (CRTs) are used for the display device. The display device is installed on a predetermined support. The support supports the display device at a predetermined height from a bottom surface or a wall surface.
[3] Also, the related art support of the display device has been limited in its degree of freedom. That is, according to the related art support of the display device, it is difficult to change an installation angle of the support of the display device. Therefore, once the display device is installed on such a support, it is difficult to adjust the angle of the display device.
[4] Due to the above disadvantage of the related art, a user who wants to use the display device should move within a visual range of the display device. The above disadvantage causes a working range of a user to be reduced, thus causing inconvenience to a user.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] Accordingly, the present invention is directed to an angle regulating apparatus of a display device that substantially obviates one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
[6] An object of the present invention is to provide an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, capable of improving convenience in using the display device having the angle regulating apparatus mounted thereon by providing an improved degree of freedom. Technical Solution
[7] To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, including: a base having one side curved at a predetermined curvature and at least one first guide portion formed in a predetermined length on the curved side; a swivel having at least one side curved at a predetermined curvature and at least one second guide portion formed in a predetermined length on the curved side, the second guide portion forming a predetermined angle with the first guide portion; a swivel holder having a rear side curved at the same curvature as that of the base, a front side curved at the same curvature as that of the swivel, a first guide corresponding portion formed on the rear side and that corresponds to the first guide portion, and a second guide corresponding portion formed on the front side and that corresponds to the second guide portion; a pressure plate disposed on a front side of the swivel, for pressing the swivel; and a shaft for coupling the pressure plate with the base.
[8] In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, including: a base; a swivel with which the display device is coupled; a swivel holder for seating the swivel thereon and allowing the swivel to operate in a predetermined range; and guide portions having uneven portions consisting of concave portions and convex portions curved at the same curvature to correspond to each other, the guide portions forming a predetermined angle with each other such that the display device may have at least two degrees of freedom.
[9] In a further another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an angle regulating apparatus of a display device, including: a base; a swivel with which the display device is coupled; a swivel holder for seating the swivel thereon and allowing the swivel to operate in a predetermined range; and a spacer for preventing interference between the display device and the angle regulating apparatus. Advantageous Effects
[10] According to the inventive angle regulating apparatus of the display device, since the angle adjustment of the display device can be accurately and easily performed, the present invention has high industrial applicability.
[11] According to the angle regulating apparatus having the above-described construction, the uneven parts, which are the guide portions, are formed on the base, the swivel holder, and the swivel to improve a degree of freedom of the apparatus. Therefore, angle adjusting of the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can be easily performed. Since a visual range of the display device can be easily adjusted to a required direction, convenience in using the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can improve.
[12] Also, according to the inventive angle regulating apparatus, the guide portions are formed by the concave portions and the convex portions having predetermined lengths and the concave portions and the convex portions operate by being engaged with each other. Therefore, the angle regulating apparatus can be controlled to operate in a predetermined direction, e.g., a horizontal direction or a vertical direction. Accordingly, when the display device installed on the inventive angle regulating apparatus is angle- adjusted, the display device can be easily balanced. Brief Description of the Drawings

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [30] Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. [31] Fig. 1 is a front exploded perspective view of an angle regulating apparatus of a display device according to the present invention, Fig. 2 is a backside perspective view of the angle regulating apparatus of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is a front perspective view of an assembled angle regulating apparatus according to the present invention. [32] Referring to Figs. 1 to 3, the inventive angle regulating apparatus has a base 110, a swivel holder 120, a swivel 130, and a pressure plate 140 sequentially disposed. These parts can be coupled with each other by a shaft 170 passing through these parts. These parts are disposed in the above order and mutually rotated by a predetermined angle, so that the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can be angle- adjusted.
[33] The base 110 is disposed on the backside of these parts to support them. The base
110 has a circle-shaped holder-seating part 113 having a predetermined radius and a support 114 extending a predetermined length to the lower side of the holder-seating part 113.
[34] In detail, the holder- seating part 113 is curved at a predetermined curvature with respect to a central portion thereof to allow the swivel holder 120 to be seated thereon. The holder- seating part 113 has a shaft-receiving part 115 protruded a predetermined distance from a central portion thereof. The shaft-receiving part 115 has a shaft- receiving hole 116 formed therein to receive the shaft 170. The shaft 170 can be received in the shaft-receiving hole 116 and reliably fixed therein.
[35] The support 114 extends a predetermined length to the lower direction of the holder- seating part 113 to support the holder-seating part 113. Since the swivel holder 120 for supporting the swivel 130 with which a display device is coupled is seated on and coupled with the holder- seating part 113, the support 114 supports the display device. Here, a separate plate (not shown) for maintaining horizontality of the angle regulating apparatus 100 may be coupled at the lower end of the support 114.
[36] The swivel holder 120 is disposed on the front side of the base 110 to support the swivel 130. The swivel holder 120 constitutes a circular shape having a predetermined radius. The swivel holder is curved at a predetermined curvature with respect to a central portion thereof. In detail, the backside of the swivel holder 120 is curved at the same curvature as that of the holder- seating part 113 of the base 110. The front side of the swivel holder 120 can be curved at a predetermined curvature. For convenience in manufacturing, the curvature of the front side of the swivel holder 120 may be the same as that of the backside of the swivel holder 120. The swivel holder 120 has the third shaft through hole 123 formed in a central portion thereof to allow the shaft 170 to pass through the third shaft through hole 123.
[37] The swivel 130 is disposed on the front side of the swivel holder 120 to support the display device. The swivel 130 has a pressure plate-seating part 132 for seating the pressure plate 140 and a panel-shaped display-fixing part 131 formed at the outer periphery of the pressure plate-seating part 132.
[38] The pressure plate-seating part 132 constitutes a circular shape having a predetermined radius and has a backside curved at a predetermined curvature with respect to a central portion thereof. In detail, the backside of the pressure plate-seating part 132 is curved at the same curvature as that of the front side of the swivel holder 120. The pressure plate-seating part 132 has the second shaft through hole 133 formed in a central portion thereof to allow the shaft 170 to pass through the second shaft through hole 133.
[39] The display-fixing part 131 constitutes a panel shape having a predetermined area along the outer periphery of the pressure plate-seating part 132. The display-fixing part 131 has display-fixing holes 136. The display-fixing holes 136 are designed for coupling the display device with the display-fixing part 131. For stable fixing of the display device, the display-fixing holes 136 may be formed in four corners of the display-fixing part 131, respectively. Also, the display-fixing holes 136 can include the first fixing hole 137 and the second fixing hole 138 as illustrated so as to correspond to the various sizes of the display device to be fixed. When the display-fixing holes 136 are formed as described above, the display device can be coupled into the first fixing hole 137 or the second fixing hole 138 that corresponds to the size of the display device to the fixed. Therefore, the display devices having the various sizes can be installed on the angle regulating apparatus 100.
[40] The pressure plate 140 constitutes a circular shape having a predetermined radius and is curved at the same curvature as that of the pressure plate-seating part 132 so as to be seated on the pressure plate-seating part 132. The pressure plate 140 has the first shaft through hole 143 formed in a central portion thereof to allow the shaft 170 to pass through the first shaft through hole 143. The pressure plate 140 has support ribs 142 to improve durability thereof.
[41] The shaft 170 passes through the first, second, and third shaft through holes 123,
133, and 143 and is received into the shaft-receiving hole 116, thereby coupling the pressure plate 140, the swivel 130, the swivel holder 120, and the base 110.
[42] Here, to adjust pressure applied to the above-described parts, a flat washer 160 and a spring washer 150 can be further fitted when the shaft 170 is received in the above parts. When the flat washer 160 and the spring washer 150 are used, the pressure applied to the above parts due to the coupling of the shaft 170 can be adjusted.
[43] According to the present invention, base convex portions 111 formed in a predetermined height and base concave portions 112 formed in a predetermined depth, which are uneven portions, are formed on the holder-seating part 113 of the base 110. Holder backside-concave portions 121 and the holder backside-convex portions 122 that correspond to the base convex portions 111 and the base concave portions 112, respectively, are formed on the backside of the swivel holder 120. The base convex portions 111, the base concave portions 112, the holder backside-concave portions 121, and the holder backside-convex portions 122 are formed in a predetermined length, re- spectively. The base convex portions 111 are fitted in the holder backside-concave portions 121 and the holder backside-convex portions 122 are fitted in the base concave portions 112. Thanks to the above-described coupling, the uneven portions 111, 112, 121, and 122 guide the direction and the degree of a relative motion of the swivel holder 120 with respect to the base 110. That is, the direction and the degree of the motion of the swivel holder 120 are restricted according to the direction and the length in which the uneven portions 111, 112, 121, and 122 are formed. Since the holder- seating part 113 and the backside of the swivel holder 120 are curved at the same curvature, the swivel holder 120 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the base 110.
[44] Also, holder front-convex portions 124 formed in a predetermined height and holder front-concave portions 125 formed in a predetermined depth, which are uneven portions, are formed on the front side of the swivel holder 120. Swivel concave portions 134 and swivel convex portions 135 that correspond to the holder front- convex portions 124 and the holder front-concave portions 125, respectively, are formed on the backside of the pressure plate-seating part 132 of the swivel 130. The holder front-convex portions 124, the holder front-concave portions 125, the swivel concave portions 134, and the swivel convex portions 135 are formed in a predetermined length, respectively. The holder front-convex portions 124 are fitted in the swivel concave portions 134 and the holder front-concave portions 125 are fitted in the swivel convex portions 135. Thanks to the above-described coupling, the uneven portions 124, 125, 134, and 135 guide the direction and the degree of a relative motion of the swivel 130 with respect to the swivel holder 120. That is, the direction and the degree of the motion of the swivel 130 are restricted according to the direction and the length in which the uneven portions 124, 125, 134, and 135 are formed. Since the front side of the swivel holder 120 and the backside of the pressure plate-seating part 132 are curved at the same curvature, the swivel 130 is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the swivel holder 120.
[45] Here, all of the base convex portions 111, the base concave portions 112, the holder backside-concave portions 121, and the holder backside-convex portions 122 form a predetermined angle with respect to all of the holder front-convex portions 124, the holder front-concave portions 125, the swivel concave portions 134, and the swivel convex portions 135. For example, as illustrated, in the case where all of the base convex portions 111, the base concave portions 112, the holder backside-concave portions 121, and the holder backside-convex portions 122 are formed in a horizontal direction, all of the holder front-convex portions 124, the holder front-concave portions 125, the swivel concave portions 134, and the swivel convex portions 135 are formed in a vertical direction. Since the two guide portions form a predetermined angle therebetween as described above, the degree of freedom of the angle regulating apparatus increases. In the present embodiment, the angle regulating apparatus has two degrees of freedom of the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
[46] When the degree of freedom of the angle regulating apparatus increases as described above, the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can be easily angle-adjusted. Therefore, since a visual range of the display device can be easily adjusted to a required direction, convenience in using the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus 100 can improve.
[47] Also, according to the angle regulating apparatus 100, the guide portions include the concave portions and the convex portions formed in a predetermined length and the concave portions and the convex portions are engaged with each other so as to operate. Therefore, the angle regulating apparatus can be controlled to operate to a predetermined direction, e.g., the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. Therefore, when the angle of the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus is adjusted, horizontal and vertical adjustment of the display device can be easily performed.
[48] The uneven portions 111, 112, 121, 122, 124, 125, 134, and 135 are formed by the concave portions and the convex portions alternately formed with a predetermined interval. The concave portions have a length longer than that of the convex portions received in the concave portions, so that the convex portions can be received in the concave portions and move therein.
[49] Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along a line I-I of Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion illustrated in Fig. 4.
[50] Referring to Figs. 4 and 5, the swivel holder 120 is seated on the front side of the base 110. The front side of the base 110 plane-contacts the backside of the swivel holder 120. The base convex portions 111 and the base concave portions 112 of the ba se 110 are fitted in the corresponding holder backside-concave portions 121 and the holder backside-convex portions 122 of the swivel holder 120, respectively. Accordingly, the base 110 and the swivel holder 120 are firmly coupled with each other and the relative motion therebetween can be guided.
[51] The swivel 130 is seated on the front side of the swivel holder 120. Also, the pressure plate 140 is seated on the front side of the pressure plate-seating part 132 of the swivel 130. After that, the shaft 170 is received in the shaft-receiving part 115 protruded from the base 110, so that the coupling state of the base 110, the swivel holder 120, the swivel 130, and the pressure plate 140 are firmly fixed. Here, the flat washer 160 and/or the spring washer 150 are/is interposed between the ends of the shaft-receiving part 115 and the shaft through hole 143 of the pressure plate 140 and the shaft 170. With such a construction, since frictional force between the ends of the shaft-receiving part 115 and the shaft through hole 143 of the pressure plate 140 and the shaft 170 can be adjusted, the movement between the ends of the shaft-receiving part 115 and the shaft through hole 143 of the pressure plate 140 and the shaft 170 can be swiftly performed.
[52] Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along a line II- II of Fig. 3 and Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion B illustrated in Fig. 6.
[53] Referring to Figs. 6 and 7, the swivel holder 120, the swivel 130, and the pressure plate 140 are sequentially seated on the front side of the base 110. Coupling between these parts can be fixed by the shaft 170 passing through these parts.
[54] The presser plate-seating part 132 of the swivel 130 constitutes a shape curved at a predetermined curvature. The front side of the swivel holder 120 plane-contacts the backside of the pressure plate-seating part 132. The swivel convex portions 135 and the swivel concave portions 134 of the pressure plate-seating part 132 are fitted in the corresponding holder front-concave portions 125 and the holder front-convex portions 124 of the swivel holder 120. Accordingly, the swivel holder 120 and the swivel 130 are firmly coupled with each other and the relative motion therebetween can be guided.
[55] Fig. 8 is a front perspective view of a spacer adopted to the angle regulating apparatus according to the present invention and Fig. 9 is a backside perspective view of the spacer illustrated in Fig. 8.
[56] Referring to Figs. 8 and 9, a spacer 180 has a cylindrical body 181 and fastening portions 182 formed in the inside of the body 181. The body 181 is a cylindrical part having predetermined diameter and length. The body 181 has the fastening portions 182 formed therein in plurals. The fastening portions 182 extend from the lower side of the body 181 and have ends spaced apart a predetermined distance one another. With the above construction, the fastening portions 182 have elasticity. Therefore, when a coupling member such as a bolt is inserted between the fastening portions 182, the coupling member is pressed by the elasticity of the fastening portions 182, which will be described with reference to Fig. 10.

[58] Referring to Fig. 10, the plurality of fastening portions 182 are formed in the inside of the body 181 constituting the outer wall of the spacer 180. Space between the fastening portions 182 is defined as a fastening hole 183, into which a separate coupling member such as a bolt can be inserted. The coupling member is a part intended for installing the display device to the angle regulating apparatus 100.
[59] The space formed by the fastening hole 183 can have open circular shape.
Assuming that the above-formed space is a circle, the diameter Dl of one side of the fastening hole 183 is formed greater a predetermined amount than the diameter D2 of the other side of the fastening hole 183. That is, the diameter Dl may be greater than that of the coupling member inserted therein and the diameter D2 may be smaller than that of the coupling member. With the above construction, the coupling member is easily inserted into one side (having the diameter Dl) of the fastening hole 183, then forcibly fitted in the other side (having the diameter D2) of the fastening hole 183, and can pass through the fastening hole 183. Then, the fastening portions 182 are spaced apart from each other to generate restoring force. The coupling member inserted in the fastening hole 183 is pressed by the restoring force, so that the coupling state between the spacer 180 and the coupling member can be fixed.
[60] Fig. 11 is a side view illustrating a display device is coupled with an angle regulating apparatus according to the present invention.
[61] Referring to Fig. 11, the spacers 180 are disposed on the front side of the angle regulating apparatus 100, and the display device 190 is disposed on the front sides of the spacers 180. In detail, the coupling members pass through the display-fixing holes 136 formed in the swivel 130 of the angle regulating apparatus 100. After the coupling members pass through the spacers 180, the coupling members are coupled at a predetermined portion of the display device 190. As described above, the spacer 180 presses the coupling member to make firm the coupling between the spacer 180 and the coupling member.
[62] Since the spacer 180 presses the coupling member as described above so as to prevent the coupling member from being detached, a process of coupling the angle regulating apparatus 100 with the display device 190 can be easily performed.
[63] Also, as the spacer 180 is adopted, interference between part of the angle regulating apparatus 100, specifically, the display-fixing part 131 of the swivel 130 and the display device 190 can be prevented. Therefore, the coupling between the angle regulating apparatus 100 and the display device 190 can be reliably performed as required.
[64] Figs. 12 to 17 are views illustrating angle-adjusting operations of the display device having the inventive angle regulating apparatus. Here, though the angle-adjusting operations of the display device are performed in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, these operations are merely exemplary and the present invention is not limited to these exemplary embodiments. That is, the direction of the angle- adjusting operation of the display device can be changed in varies directions as required by adjusting an angle in which the uneven portions, which are the guide portions, are formed. The operation of the display device to the horizontal direction can be defined as swiveling and the operation of the display device to the vertical direction can be defined as tilting.
[65] Figs. 12 to 14 are side views illustrating angle-adjusting operations of the display device having the inventive angel adjusting apparatus to the vertical direction. [66] Fig. 12 is a side view illustrating a display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus of the present invention faces the front side, Fig. 13 is a side view illustrating the display device of Fig. 12 is angle-adjusted to the lower side, and Fig. 14 is a side view illustrating the display device of Fig. 12 is angle-adjusted to the upper side.
[67] Referring to Fig. 12, the display device 190 is installed on the front side of the angle regulating apparatus 100. The spacer 180 is interposed between the angle regulating apparatus 100 and the display device 190.
[68] Referring to Figs. 13 and 14, the display device 190 is tilted by an about 10 to the lower side (Fig. 13) and to the upper side (Fig. 14) with being installed to the angle regulating apparatus 100. In detail, the swivel 130 pressed by a predetermined pressure between the pressure plate 140 and the swivel holder 120 operates therebetween. With the above construction, the display device 190 fixed in the display-fixing part 131 of the swivel 130 is tilted.
[69] At this point, the tilting operation is guided by the holder front-concave/convex portions 125/124 of the swivel holder 120 and the swivel convex/concave portions 135/134 of the swivel 130. Therefore, since the tilting operation can be accurately performed in a vertical direction, balance of the display device 190 can be easily maintained during the tilting operation.
[70] Here, the angle regulating apparatus 100 is spaced apart from the display device
190 by the spacer 180, so that the interference therebetween is prevented. Therefore, the display device 190 can be swiftly tilted.
[71] Figs. 15 to 17 are plan views illustrating angle-adjusting operations to a horizontal direction of the display device installed to the inventive angle regulating apparatus.

[74] Referring to Figs. 16 and 17, the display device 190 is swiveled by an about 10 to the right side (Fig. 16) and to the left side (Fig. 17) with being installed to the angle regulating apparatus 100. In detail, the swivel 130 pressed by a predetermined pressure between the pressure plate 140 and the swivel holder 120 operates therebetween. With the above construction, the display device 190 fixed in the display-fixing part 131 of the swivel 130 is swiveled.
[75] At this point, the swiveling operation is guided by the holder backside- concave/convex portions 121/122 of the swivel holder 120 and the base convex/ concave portions 111/112 of the base 110. Therefore, since the swiveling operation can be accurately performed in a horizontal direction, balance of the display device 190 can be easily maintained during the swiveling operation.
[76] Here, since the spacer 180 is disposed to prevent the interference between the parts, the display device 190 can be swiftly tilted.
[77] According to the inventive angle regulating apparatus of the display device, since the angle adjustment of the display device can be accurately and easily performed, the present invention has high industrial applicability.
[78] According to the angle regulating apparatus having the above-described construction, the uneven parts, which are the guide portions, are formed on the base, the swivel holder, and the swivel to improve a degree of freedom of the apparatus. Therefore, angle adjusting of the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can be easily performed. Since a visual range of the display device can be easily adjusted to a required direction, convenience in using the display device installed on the angle regulating apparatus can improve.
[79] Also, according to the inventive angle regulating apparatus, the guide portions are formed by the concave portions and the convex portions having predetermined lengths and the concave portions and the convex portions operate by being engaged with each other. Therefore, the angle regulating apparatus can be controlled to operate in a predetermined direction, e.g., a horizontal direction or a vertical direction. Accordingly, when the display device installed on the inventive angle regulating apparatus is angle- adjusted, the display device can be easily balanced.
[80] It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents. Industrial Applicability
[81] According to the present invention, the angle regulating of the display device can be accomplished exactly and easily. Therefore, the present invention has a high industrial applicability.

Claims

Claims
[1] An angle regulating apparatus of a display device, comprising: a base having one side curved at a predetermined curvature and at least one first guide portion formed in a predetermined length on the curved side; a swivel having at least one side curved at a predetermined curvature and at least one second guide portion formed in a predetermined length on the curved side, the second guide portion forming a predetermined angle with the first guide portion; a swivel holder having a rear side curved at the same curvature as that of the base, a front side curved at the same curvature as that of the swivel, a first guide corresponding portion formed on the rear side and that corresponds to the first guide portion, and a second guide corresponding portion formed on the front side and that corresponds to the second guide portion; a pressure plate disposed on a front side of the swivel, for pressing the swivel; and a shaft for coupling the pressure plate with the base.
[2] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first guide portion is an uneven portion that corresponds to the first guide corresponding portion, and the second guide portion is an uneven portion that corresponds to the second guide corresponding portion.
[3] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the guide portion and the guide corresponding portion are formed by concave portions and convex portions having different lengths and alternately formed with a predetermined interval.
[4] The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the length of the concave portions is longer than that of the convex portions inserted into the concave portions.
[5] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first guide portion and the second guide portion intersect in a predetermined angle.
[6] The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first guide portion and the second guide portion intersect at right angles, and the first guide corresponding portion and the second guide corresponding portion intersect at right angles.
[7] The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: a spacer installed between the swivel holder and the display device, for separating the swivel holder from the display device by a predetermined interval.
[8] An angle regulating apparatus of a display device, that allows the display device to be installed thereon, the apparatus comprising: a base; a swivel with which the display device is coupled; a swivel holder for seating the swivel thereon and allowing the swivel to operate in a predetermined range; and guide portions having uneven portions consisting of concave portions and convex portions curved at the same curvature to correspond to each other, the guide portions forming a predetermined angle with each other such that the display device has at least two degrees of freedom.
[9] The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the guide portions are formed to correspond to the base, the swivel, and the swivel holder, respectively.
[10] The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the display device has two degrees of freedom of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction.
[11] The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the guide portions are perpendicular to each other.
[12] An angle regulating apparatus of a display device, that allows the display device to be installed thereon, the apparatus comprising: a base; a swivel with which the display device is coupled; a swivel holder for seating the swivel thereon and allowing the swivel to operate in a predetermined range; and a spacer for preventing interference between the display device and the angle regulating apparatus.
[13] The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the spacer is disposed in plurals.
[14] The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the spacers are spaced apart with a predetermined interval from one another.
[15] The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the spacers are disposed on a front side of the swivel holder.
[16] The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the spacers provides an interval between the swivel holder and the display device to prevent mutual interference therebetween.
[17] The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein a separate coupling member is inserted into the spacer.
[18] The apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the spacer comprises a fastening portion for pressing and fixing the coupling member.
[19] The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the spacer has a cylindrical shape.
[20] The apparatus according to claim 12, further comprising: guide portions for guiding an operation of the display device and allowing the display device to have at least two degrees of freedom.
