Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur de goutte à goutte régulé, à membrane élastomère. Ladite membrane élastomère est formée en une seule pièce avec un premier espace incorporé sur un de ses côtés et un second espace incorporé sur son autre côté et une partie de membrane régulatrice sépare les deux espaces, de telle manière que suite à l'installation du composant élastomère et à sa localisation au niveau de l'espace interne dudit ensemble de logement du distributeur de goutte à goutte, le premier espace incorporé est rattaché à un passage d'écoulement d'eau dans le premier espace à partir de l'ouverture d'entrée d'eau dudit distributeur et le second espace incorporé est situé face à l'ouverture de sortie d'eau et de commande de l'écoulement dudit distributeur. Un dispositif de robinet d'étranglement de diminution de la pression d'eau peut être rattaché à un passage d'eau du premier espace incorporé jusqu'à la sortie d'eau, suite à la diminution de la pression, de ladite sortie jusqu'à second espace incorporé, de telle manière que la membrane régulatrice peut être déplacée vers et éloignée de l'ouverture de sortie d'eau et de commande de l'écoulement dudit distributeur, en fonction de la pression d'eau différentielle régnant au niveau des premier et second espaces incorporés. Ce distributeur de goutte à goutte est caractérisé en ce que le composant élastomère est ancré autour de sa circonférence dans ledit ensemble de logement et le composant de couvercle dudit distributeur, après installation du composant élastomère et sa localisation au niveau de l'espace interne dudit ensemble de logement du distributeur opposé au composant de couvercle, afin d'empêcher le composant élastomère de s'éloigner des parois de l'espace interne, pendant les mouvements de la membrane régulatrice.
