Description
Description
SEPARABLE DOUBLE DRINK BOTTLE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a drink bottle containing a drink, for example, a carbonated drink, raw water, or the like therein, and more particularly, to a separable double drink bottle that is provided with a pair of drink bottle bodies formed separably twisted with respect to each other in such a manner as to come into close contact with each other, such that the outer appearance of the drink bottle can be more improved, different kinds of drinks contained in the pair of drink bottle bodies can be tasted selectively, and the drinks in the pair of drink bottle bodies can enhance their cooling effect to each other.
Background Art
[2] Generally, drink bottles containing carbonated drinks, isotonic drinks, raw water, or the like therein are packaged and distributed to consumers, and they are variously made in accordance with the kinds or capacities of drinks. Most of drink bottles are formed of glass, aluminum, and plastics, and they hold various drinks in the interior thereof. After packaging to commercial bottles, they are provided to general consumers.
[3] Specifically, poly-ethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles among the variety of drink bottles have been presently developed and used all over the world because they are substantially light and provide many conveniences in use to consumers. Since the PET bottles have more excellent advantages than other plastic bottles in that they preserve the contents therein in good and safe conditions and are relatively light in weight, their usage becomes definite all over the world.
[4] Referring to general drink bottles in conventional practices, as shown in FIGS.l and
2, a small-sized drink can 100 is provided for holding a relatively small quantity of drink therein, for individual use, and contrarily, a PET bottle 200 is provided for holding a relatively large quantity of drink therein, for use of several persons if necessary.
[5] The existing drink bottles are made depending upon the capacity of drink selected arbitrarily by a manufacturer, such that the capacity of drink may be relatively small or large according to the preferences of individuals. If the capacity of drink is small, the consumer does not satisfy his or her desire for drinking the drink fully, and on the other hand, if the capacity thereof is large, the drink left after drinking is likely to throw away, which undesirably causes unnecessary consumption of drink and the environmental pollution.
[6] To solve these problems, therefore, one prior art is disclosed in Korean Utility
Model Registration No. 20-0192656 entitled drink Bottle Having Multi-Containers wherein a plurality of containers each having a small quantity of drink contained therein are formed to package the same kinds or different kinds of drinks by small quantities, such that the packaged drinks can be individually opened to drink a necessary quantity of drink, thereby preventing unnecessary drink consumption and fully satisfying the consumer s purchasing desire.
[7] According to the prior art, however, if the plurality of drink bottles are coupled and stacked up, their length becomes substantially long, which makes their keeping and delivering inconvenient, and they look similar to general drink bottles, which fails to provide beautiful external appearances. In addition, when the respective drink bottles are taken out of a refrigerator after they are cooled in the refrigerator, the cooling effect may be decreased.
[8] According to the prior art, that is to say, if the drink bottles having the carbonated drink and raw water contained therein are cooled so as to drink cool drinks outside, the carbonated drink is not cooled by the iced water. In this case, when the water having a relatively higher freezing temperature than the carbonated drink is frozen and carried to the outside, the contact area between the iced water bottle and the liquid type carbonated drink bottle is substantially small, such that the cooling effect of the carbonated drink is not good, thereby fails to provide cool drinks to the consumer. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[9] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a separable double drink bottle that includes a pair of drink bottle bodies formed separably twisted with respect to each other in such a manner as to come into close contact with each other, such that the outer appearance of the drink bottle can be more improved, different kinds of drinks contained in the pair of drink bottle bodies can be tasted selectively, and the drinks in the pair of drink bottle bodies can enhance their cooling effect to each other.
Technical Solution
[10] To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a separable double drink bottle including: a pair of drink bottle bodies formed separably twisted with respect to each other in the longitudinal direction thereof in such a manner as to come into close contact with each other, each of the pair of drink bottle bodies having a drink-containing space portion formed therein to contain a given quantity of drink therein and an outlet portion formed along the top end periphery thereof; and a cap adapted for coupling with the outlet portion of each of the pair of drink bottle
bodies. Advantageous Effects
[11] According to the separable double drink bottle according to the present invention, different kinds of drinks like a carbonated drink and raw water having different freezing temperatures from each other can enhance their cooling effect to each other, and the outer appearance of the drink bottle can be unique and unusual, thereby satisfying the purchasing desire of a consumer. [16] FIG.5 is a front view showing the assembled state of the separable double drink bottle according to the present invention; and
[17] FIG.6 is a front view showing the disassembled state of the separable double drink bottle according to the present invention. Mode for the Invention
[18] Now, an explanation of the construction of a separable double drink bottle according to the present invention will be given in detail with reference to FIGS.3 to 6.
[19] The present invention is primarily directed to a separable double drink bottle that is provided with a pair of drink bottle bodies that are formed twisted with respect to each other in the longitudinal direction thereof in such a manner as to be separable from each other, each of the pair of drink bottle bodies having an outlet portion formed along the top end periphery thereof in such a manner as to be coupled with a cap, whereby different kinds of drinks like a carbonated drink and raw water having different freezing temperatures from each other can enhance their cooling effect to each other, and the outer appearance of the drink bottle can be unique and more improved, thereby satisfying the purchasing desire of a consumer.
[20] According to the present invention, the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are of a generally twisted shape relative to each other in such a manner as to come into close contact with each other, like a twisted donut made by twisting two strands of flour dough.
[21] The pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a can be twisted to a given length in such a
manner as to come into in close contact with each other in a molding process of PET bottles, and in this case, each of the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a is closed on the bottom face thereof and has an outlet portion 12 formed along the top end periphery thereof, the outlet portion 12 adapted for the insertion of drinks thereinto during the manufacturing process and for discharging the contained drink to the outside. Further, a cap 11 is coupled with the outlet portion 12 of each of the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a.
[22] Preferably, the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are separably coupled to each other in such a manner as to have a relatively large contact area with each other, and each of them has bonding parts 13 and 14 formed at the upper and lower side peripheries thereof, for fixedly maintaining the close contact state between the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a.
[23] The bonding parts 13 and 14 that are formed at the upper and lower side peripheries of each of the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are preferably formed in such a manner as to be cut separately from each other by an external force when the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a pull in opposite directions to each other.
[24] Therefore, at the state where the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are twisted with respect to each other they are kept at their coupling state by means of the bonding parts 13 and 14 formed at the upper and lower side peripheries thereof, such that the separable double drink bottle of the present invention can be easily delivered and carried to desired places and the drink contained in the drink bottle can be drunk at the state where the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are twisted or separated from each other.
[25] As the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are twisted with respect to each other in such a manner as to come into close contact with each other, the separable double drink bottle of the present invention can provide unique and unusual product images to consumers to satisfy their purchasing desires and can also provide drinks having different tastes like a carbonated drink, raw water, an isotonic drink, and so on.
[26] On the other hand, as the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a are twisted to each other, their contact area becomes large. Thus, if the separable double drink bottle of the present invention contains a carbonated drink and raw water in the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a, when raw water that has a relatively higher freezing temperature than the carbonated drink is frozen and carried to the outside, the carbonated drink can be cooled by means of the frozen water, such that the drinks in the pair of drink bottle bodies 10 and 10a can be drunk outside at cooling states.
[27] The invention has been described in an illustrative manner, and therefore, the invention should not be limited to the preferred embodiment described above. Many modifications and variations of the invention are possible in light of the above
teachings, without departing the spirit of the invention. Industrial Applicability
[28] As described above, there is provided the separable double drink bottle according to the present invention that includes the pair of drink bottle bodies that are formed twisted with respect to each other, each of the pair of drink bottle bodies having the outlet portion formed along the top periphery thereof in such a manner as to be coupled with the cap, whereby different kinds of drinks like a carbonated drink and raw water having different freezing temperatures from each other can enhance their cooling effect to each other, and the outer appearance of the drink bottle can be unique and unusual, thereby satisfying the purchasing desire of a consumer.
