Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système (100 200), un appareil (300), ainsi qu'un procédé d'envoi de commandes de contrôle à distance vers un lecteur MP3 (103) connecté par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un câble d'entrée/sortie analogique ou numérique (101/104 106) à un dispositif domestique présentant une télécommande (105) associée. Ainsi, un utilisateur peut utiliser le dispositif domestique en tant que dispositif domestique hôte (102) par connexion d'un lecteur MP3 (103) à ce dernier et utiliser ensuite la télécommande du dispositif domestique hôte (RC) (105) pour accéder aux fonctions du lecteur MP3 (103). Un connecteur spécial (104) est requis sur le dispositif domestique hôte et un câble spécial (101) doit être connecté entre ledit connecteur et le lecteur MP3 pour le contrôle analogique et le transfert d'informations entre l'hôte (102) et le lecteur MP3 (103).
