- the fluid head in the branch 31 positions itself on the same level of the fluid in the spa basin 3. Such level rises proportionally to the quantity of fluid which is made to flow to the spa basin 3, until the maximum allowed filling level of the spa basin 3 is reached.
- the fluid passes, for example by falling, to the lower branch 32, in order to be then conveyed to the main duct 21 downwards the closed obturator 42 through said second outflow end and then definitely discharged.
- the fluid can be entered in the spa basin indirectly, for example by falling from the shower dispensing head 12 and/or directly by means of a distribution and mixing system dedicated to the foot bath.
- a user 100 can also take advantage from the hydromassage exerted by the inlet jet at his/her own lower limbs and feet.
- the shower base according to the present invention can be shaped so as to have a plurality of foot spa basins 3, 3'.
- a respective discharge system as described above in detail is associated to each one of such spa basins, so that in any case the overflow from each spa basin is avoided.

- Such mixing and distribution system 70 is apt to create and dispense distinct flows, having respective and different temperatures. Each one of such fluid flows is destined to a respective spa basin 3 for foot bath and/or respective dispensers pre-arranged for spraying onto the body of a user 100.

- such mixing and distribution system 70 comprises a main mixer 71 for the dispensing shower head 12 and secondary mixers 72, 73.
- the main mixer 71 for the shower dispensing head 12 is apt to adjust rate and temperature T 1 of a mixture of different fluid flows, each one conveyed through respective arrivals from a distribution network and each one having a respective and given temperature T 3 .
- the arrivals "a", "b" from distribution network are two for as many as fluid flows conveyed to temperature T 2 and T 3 , respectively.
- the secondary mixers are apt to mix the mixture at temperature T 1 provided by the main mixer 71, with a respective fluid flow with temperature T a taken from a relative arrival from the distribution network, so that each one of the secondary mixers dispenses a fluid at temperature T u intermediate between T 1 and T 3 .
- the secondary mixer 72 is apt to mix the mixture at temperature T 1 provided by the main mixer 71 with the fluid flow at T 2 coming from the arrival "a", thus by dispensing a fluid at temperature T 4 intermediate at T 1 and T 2 .

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une base de douche (1) comprenant une bassine de soins des pieds (3) définie par un rebord de retenue surélevé (2), un système d'évacuation lié à cette bassine, comprenant un orifice d'évacuation principal (5), un conduit d'évacuation (20) qui permet à l'eau de s'écouler par ledit orifice principal (5) et un moyen de fermeture (40) dudit orifice principal (5) mobile par coulissement à l'intérieur d'une portion du conduit (20), ce moyen de fermeture (40) comprenant, à une extrémité interne dudit conduit (20), un obturateur (42) capable, dans la configuration de fermeture, de venir en contact avec un siège (50) ménagé dans ledit conduit (20) et, dans la configuration d'ouverture, d'être détaché dudit siège (50). Le conduit (20) comprend un conduit d'évacuation principal (21) et un système de conduits (31, 32) capable de définir un chemin de recirculation fermé sous forme d'anneau sur le conduit principal (21), ledit système (31, 32) comprenant une première extrémité d'entrée sur le conduit principal en amont du siège (50) pour ledit obturateur (42) et une seconde extrémité d'évacuation sur le conduit principal en aval du siège (50) pour ledit obturateur (42). La hauteur maximale atteinte par le chemin fermé est inférieure à la hauteur du rebord de retenue (2) de sorte que ledit système de conduits (31, 32) agit comme dispositif de trop-plein et détermine le niveau de remplissage maximal de ladite bassine de soins (3).
