Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des équipements destinés à la conservation et/ou au transport de récipients avec des liquides de faible viscosité permettant d'empêcher la contrefaçon et le remplissage répété. Le conteneur comprend un corps et un goulot avec une couronne, et des nervures d'arrêt sont disposées avec un pas prédéterminé sur la partie d'extrémité de la couronne, et une cannelure circulaire est réalisée sur la surface latérale de la colonne. Le couvercle de protection est muni d'un couvercle vissable, vissé sur la douille externe, qui est reliée par les nervures à la douille interne de manière à former des canaux de circulation. Il comprend aussi un élément souple muni d'un orifice de passage et des protubérances qui forment une cavité annulaire ouverte par le haut comportant la partie inférieure de la douille interne, de façon à former un interstice entre le fond et les protubérances de l'élément souple, ainsi qu'une gaine métallique. La gaine métallique est fixée sur le couvercle vissable. Ce couvercle suit le contour avec une couronne d'indication de contrôle, et la gaine métallique est constituée de deux parties en contact dont les bords sont boudinés pour former une couronne d'indication de contrôle qui permet la libération de l'un des bords pendant l'ouverture du couvercle par vissage. Dans la partie inférieure de la douille externe on a réalisé un rebord saillant à cannelure annulaire, dans lequel on a boudiné la gaine métallique à des fins de fixation dans une direction annulaire. Dans la partie supérieure de l'élément souple on a disposé un rebord d'étanchéité annulaire à l'extrémité duquel on a réalisé des entailles d'arrêt axiales avec un pas déterminé, qui possèdent des sommets effilés. Dans la partie inférieure de l'élément souple on a réalisé une protubérance annulaire à la surface de laquelle on a réalisé des dents destinées à s'engrener avec les nervures d'arrêt du conteneur.
