Abstract

The invention concerns a dispensing pump and plunger tube assembly comprising a pump case (10) including, on the suction side, a tube fitting end piece (12), and a plunger tube (16) fitted on the end piece ( (12). The plunger tube (16) is mounted on the end piece ( (12) of the pump case (10) by being overmolded; it is maintained on said end piece (12) by co-operating with a device selected among cavities and protuberances (14). The end of the tube (16) opposite the end piece (12) has at least one indented portion (18). The assembly further comprises a protective hood (22) for the plunger tube (16) arranged around the largest part at least thereof. The invention is applicable to drug spraying.
