Abstract

The invention relates to a bottle or container comprising a receptacle for collecting the sediment produced in wine or similar drinks. According to the invention, at least one notch (2) is made in the side face of the bottle or container (1) such as to define at least one receptacle or enclosure for collecting the sediment or residue produced by the drink contained in the bottle or container. The surfaces of the notches which face the mouth of the bottle or container are slightly curved in order to facilitate sedimentation and the collection of the sediment or residue from the drink, while the opposing surfaces of the notches which face the base of the container are shaped such as to prevent such sediment or residue from being released.

BOTTLE OR CONTAINER WITH COLLECTOR TANK OF THE OWNERS PRODUCED IN THE WINE OR SIMILAR DRINKS

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention consists of a bottle or container that incorporates or carries formed inside it, a collection tank of the waste produced in the beverage contained therein during the storage process.

This bottle that is usually made of glass or glass, although other materials are not disposable, has a deposit formed with the material of the bottle or container where these residues fall by gravitational effect and prevent their exit from the bottle or container at the time of being dispensed to be served, so that the waste of the beverage that is attached to the waste is minimal.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

It is something known to the general public, that wines or other beverages of similar characteristics during the storage process once the product is bottled, creates a ground or residue, commonly known as the "mother" of the wine or product that is try, that at the time of serving this wine make it a very unpleasant appearance for consumption. This effect of creating this soil or residue is all the more accentuated as long as the wine has more body and therefore, in strong wines the bottle that does not produce this residue is rare.

The way to minimize this effect has traditionally been the use of decanter containers where what is done is to rest the product and pour from that container to the consumers of the same. The pouring process from the decanter must be very careful, avoiding the exit of these grounds or residues, which does not always occur like this, because there are small grounds that do not precipitate properly and that they are dragged when the Poured from the decanters.

Another procedure used by the packers or harvesters to avoid these grounds or waste produced is based on the mechanical filtration of the wine, which really minimizes the risk of the appearance of the waste, but it has as a counterpart the loss of flavors and odors filtered wine, which is unacceptable in quality wines or with designation of origin in which flavors, odors prevail and ultimately the organoleptic characteristics of the product handled and packaged.

Other solutions that minimize the effect produced by the grounds or residues of the wine or similar beverage packaged in patent solutions, such as for example European Patent EP-0234645 collects a device for decanting wine formed by a device that blows pressure inside the bottle, leaving the liquid from the bottle through a tube inserted in the liquid and without reaching its bottom, avoiding drag of such waste and agitation thereof. This device requires a complex contraption extremely finely graduated and penetration tube inside the bottle ^J.

A similar device in terms of the principle of operation is found in the US patent US-6,425,421 and the US application ÜS-2002/0108672 where the pumping device is located at the mouth of the bottle and through this pumping device air is blown into pressure inside the bottle leaving the liquid through a tube inside the bottle.

These two previous solutions are not suitable since a lot of wine is wasted if you want to make a proper filtration of it.

US-5,616,242 shows a bottle adapted for the filtration of sediments that has a filter inside that prevents the exit of such waste to the outside, being retained inside the bottle.

US Patent 3, 868, 047 refers to a wine decanter formed by a chassis that holds the wine bottle and that by means of a pulley system the bottle is tilted slightly and little by little, preventing the grounds or residues from coming out together with the wine. This system requires a great skill of the person who makes the dispensing of the wine.

Finally, the Spanish utility model ES-UI.050.965, which constitutes a decanter, has a narrowing close to its base that defines an enclosure, inside which the waste is deposited and which is connected to a position close to the mouth that prevents the bubbling of that deposit and equalizes the pressure inside this enclosure with the atmospheric one, avoiding the exit of those residues. The difference with respect to the invention at hand is found in the fact that it is a decanter and not a wine storage bottle and, due to the shape of this throttling, a duct is needed so that this tank has the atmospheric pressure preventing the bubbling of the He came inside that enclosure.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore the purpose of the invention to obtain a bottle, container or container containing the product, which may be wine or similar product in which the grounds or residues produced by that product are retained.

The defining walls of this strangulation can be carried out in such a way that they favor or hinder, depending on where they are included, the fall or exit of the waste, for example the wall closest to what is the contents of the bottle, that is to say the wall furthest from what is the container deposit should have a curvature that favors that any residue is slid inwards of that deposit, while the opposite wall, that is to say the one that defines the container container of the waste would have to have a form that prevented the possible exit of the same from its interior, since the residues that had fallen would not be advisable that when The contents of the bottle are being poured out mixed with the beverage that is dispensed.

The formation of this strangulation on only one side of the bottle allows that, depending on the way of pouring its contents, the retained residues remain inside or the exit of the same is facilitated, this second quality being very appropriate for the reuse of such bottles as it facilitates washing them.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In figure 1 a bottle (1) can be observed in which beverages can be stored, being suitable for the storage of beverages that could produce waste or grounds such as wines or the like.

The object of the invention focuses on the arrangement of at least one notch (2) on the side of the bottle (1) which is pronounced towards the inside of the same, performed in such a way that it defines an enclosure (5) between it and the bottom (6) of the bottle. In addition, this notch (2) has walls (3) in correspondence with the area of filtered liquid that facilitates the fall of the grounds or waste into the tank (5), while its opposite face (4) will have straight walls that prevent the exit of that enclosure (5) of the grounds or residues contained inside.

In Figure 2 a second embodiment of the invention is observed in which there is a second notch (2 ') that may be the same or different from that shown in Figure 1, which also has walls (3') that facilitates penetration of the waste and another (4 ') that prevents the exit of the same, forming with this second notch a second chamber (5'). With this embodiment, there will be at least two positions for placing the bottle so that the grounds fall into one or another deposit.

In figure 3 a bottle (1) can be seen resting through the neck of the bottle on a bottle store (12) and as the bottle is at an angle α that facilitates the waste (8) falling towards the part bottom of the bottle and remain in the tank (5) retained all together in mass form of waste (7).
