Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine metallische, eisenhaltige Dauerform, insbesondere eine Dauerform aus Stahl, die mit einem flüssigen oder fließfähigen Aluminiumwerkstoff beaufschlagbar ist und bei der mittels eines Trennmittels eine Schicht zum Schutz der Dauerform und zur Erzielung eines optimalen Gießergebnisses erzeugbar ist. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung ein Trennmittel zur Erzeugung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Schicht.
