Abstract

A solid metal substance able to prevent fire and explosion of tanks and pipes filled with organic compounds without affecting the character of said organic compounds, and a control valve manufactured of the said material at the outlet of said organic compounds are disclosed. Said control valve is designed for usage at temperatures above 1000 C.

Anti - explosive substance that prevent explosion of all organic compounds , aliphatic and aromatic when exposed to high degrees of tempreture or if shoting by guns or during accidants .

Subs formed if mixture of metals in special percentage as follow
10 % Iron + 20 % Zinc + 5 % cupper + 65 % Aluminum . All tanks and pipes that coutain organic compounds can be painted by that subs . Also such subs should be contained inside tanks and pipes in special forms that differ according to the of the tank or pipe. Size and colculated as 10 gm litre and controll volve made from the same mixture of metal subst . This valve for tanks and pipes use for tanks and pipes over 1000 0C .
When tanks or pipes full of organic compounds exposed to high temp coppor is highly thermo . Sensitive that can stimulate iron and zinc to activate aluminum . Aluminum will make the organic compound unsasceptable for fire and explosion inside tanks and pipes .

Claims
- Mixtare from metal - substance - its content's it's composed from ( iron + zinc + cupper + Aluminum ) by this mixture can cover the inside of tanks and pipes that contain organic liquid but this maxiture inside the tanks and pipe by different shapes - it prevent the fire and explosion of organic liquid in side the tanks and pipes if expose for high temperature over 1000 0C this can use for tanks for cars for shipps for airplain this mixture make saving for all tanks for the omportant organic petrolium materials

All tanks and pipes that contain organic compounds can be pointed by that subs . Also such subs should be contained inside tanks and pipes in special forms that differ according to the size of the tank or pipe and calculated as 10 gm per litre and controll value made from the same mixture of metal subst this value for tanks and bipes use for hard work in temprature over 10000C . When tanks or pipes full or organic compounds exposed to high temp copper is highly thermosensitive that can stimulate iron and zinc to activate aluminum.protection of the substance that formed of 10 % iron + 5 % copper + 20 % Zinc + 65 % aluminum that prevent fire and explosion of all organic compounds inside tanks and pipes .This substance is characterized .
