Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés pour pronostiquer l'hépatotoxicité d'agents de test et des procédés pour générer des modèles de pronostic d'hépatotoxicité au moyen d'algorithmes destinés à l'analyse des informations quantitatives d'expression génique. L'invention comprend aussi des micro-réseaux, des systèmes informatiques comprenant des modèles de pronostic de toxicité et des procédés pour utiliser des systèmes informatiques par des utilisateurs distants afin de déterminer la toxicité d'agents de test.
