彩铃业务也称为多彩回铃音 (Coloring Ring Back Tone, 简称 CRBT)业务, 就是通过被叫用户进行相关的设定后, 当有其它用户 呼叫时,在用户接通摘机前,系统根据被叫用户的相关设置对主叫用 户播放一段音乐、广告或者是播放被叫用户自己设定的留言,这时主 叫用户听到的就已经不再是我们以前听到的单调的"嘟, 嘟"的回铃 音,而是由被叫用户在系统中设定的回铃音,即彩铃。需要指出的是, 这些个性化的彩铃是被叫用户预先设定的,它可以是系统提供的铃音 或音乐,也可以是被叫用户事先通过智能网系统录制的语音文件,或 被叫用户事先通过网络下载到智能网系统的语音文件。自从彩铃业务 开展以来, 由于受到用户的喜爱,运营商、内容提供商、服务提供商、 方案解决设备提供商都投入了巨大的人力和物力,对该项业务的开展 提供了有力的支持, 并提出了很多有价值的参考设计和解决方案,尤 其是如何让用户进行彩铃设置、让用户设置哪些内容、如何才能让用 户的个性化得到最大的体现, 同时兼顾运营商的系统实现,如何和服 务提供商、 内容提供商有效的结合等方案几经修改,终于得到各运营 商和提供商的基本认可并且进行了商用,良好的商用效果使彩铃业务 在国内得到了极大的应用, 不仅移动运营商部署了彩铃业务, 固网运 营商也部署了相应的业务, 个人手持机系统 (Personal Handyphone System, 简称 PHS)也进行了彩铃业务的部署, 可见这是一个非常受 用户和运营商喜爱的增值业务。
随着通信技术的发展,特别是移动通信领域的技术和增值业务的 发展, 网络结构越来越能够承受多种增值业务, 如 IP多媒体子系统 (IP Multimedia Subsystem, 简称 IMS) 的提出, 都是为了整合现有 的网络以提供足够的网络能力来承载新的增值业务。无论移动运营商 还是固网运营商,都希望通过增值业务来提高盈利,提高每用户平均 收入(Average Revenue Per User, 简称 ARPU)值, 因此就有了"业务 为王"的说法。 彩铃业务经过几年的发展, 已经被众多用户所接受, 用户希望通过彩铃的声音在一定程度上来表达自己的心情或者感情 这是一种非面对面的表达方式, 正是这个特性,使得用户对于彩铃业 务非常喜爱。 因此, 开发彩铃业务的新的属性、延长该业务的生命周 期及找到创新点,已成为发展现有彩铃业务及让更多的用户接收彩铃 业务的关键问题。 发明内容
鉴于上述,本发明的目的在于提供一种根据用户状态呈现信息播 放彩铃的系统及方法。在该新的彩铃业务中需要增加状态呈现服务器 网元, 充分发挥其潜能来增加彩铃业务的附加价值、 丰富彩铃业务。 为实现上述目的,本发明所述的一种根据用户状态呈现信息播放 彩铃的系统, 包括网元设备: 归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register) (以下简称 HLR)、主叫用户移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器 ( Mobile Switching Center/Visiting Location Register ) (以下简禾尔 MSC/VLR),被叫用户 MSC/VLR和彩铃控制服务器, 其中上述 HLR 和主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR是通信网络中心共有的网元设备, 其特征 在于还包括状态呈现 (presence) 服务器。
其中, 上述 HLR是移动通信网络中的用户 HLR, 其存储有用户 的个人信息, 即全球移动用户标识 (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) (以下简称 IMSI)、 移动台综合业务数字网号码 (Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network) (以下简称 MSISDN)、 位 置和签约业务等个人信息。
上述主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR在呼叫过程中完成呼叫电路的建立、 连接、铃音播放及拆线等功能,其通过移动智能网信令协议(CAMEL Application Part) (以下简称 CAP)信令与上述 HLR进行信息交互, 获取用户的彩铃业务签约信息,触发上述彩铃控制服务器上的彩铃业 务。
上述彩铃控制服务器和状态呈现服务器之间有物理链接通道和 信息交互接口。
其中,上述彩铃控制服务器通过与上述主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR之 间的 CAP信令的交互, 对用户呼叫过程进行控制及完成彩铃业务逻 辑的加载、执行和彩铃用户数据的存放、查询和修改等。彩铃业务能 够根据用户设置的铃音信息寻址到归属的独立设备 ( Independent Peripheral) (以下简称 IP), 实现特定铃音的播放。
上述状态呈现服务器主要用于获取和提供彩铃用户或设备的动 态信息以及完成与上述彩铃控制服务器的结合应用,其中上述彩铃用 户或设备的动态信息包括状态信息、 位置信息和能力信息等信息。
为实现上述目的,本发明所述的一种根据用户状态呈现信息播放 彩铃的方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 : 在包含有彩铃控制服务器网元的通信系统内部增加架设 状态呈现服务器网元, 其中上述状态呈现服务器按照开放移动联盟 (Open Mobile Alliance) (以下简称 OMA) 等标准架设;
步骤 2: 在上述彩铃控制服务器与状态呈现服务器之间建立物理 链接通道及定义信息交互接口;
步骤 3: 上述彩铃控制服务器通过上述信息交互接口进行信息交 换, 获得被叫用户当前的状态信息;
步骤 4: 上述彩铃控制服务器根据上述被叫用户当前的状态信息 和相应的彩铃业务签约信息, 在被叫的时候播放对应的彩铃铃音。
其中,实现该方法的前提是上述被叫用户向运营商申请了彩铃业 务和状态呈现业务, 并设置了不同状态呈现下的彩铃铃音。
在上述步骤 3中,上述彩铃控制服务器可以通过查询的方式获得 上述被叫用户当前的状态信息或通过上述状态呈现服务器告知的方 式获得上述被叫用户当前的状态信息。 采用本发明所述的系统及方法,彩铃业务控制服务器便可根据被 叫用户定义的播放优先级,如按状态呈现播放一按来电号码播放→默 认铃音等顺序播放彩铃铃音。

图 1是本发明所述系统的框架图。如图 1所示, 本发明所述的一 种根据用户状态呈现信息播放彩铃的系统, 包括网元设备: HLR、 主叫用户 MSC/VLR、 被叫用户 MSC/VLR、 彩铃控制服务器和状态 呈现服务器, 其中上述 HLR和主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR是通信网络中 心共有的网元设备。
其中, 上述 HLR是移动通信网络中的用户 HLR, 用于存储用户 的个人信息, 即 IMSI、 MSISDN 位置和签约业务等个人信息, 其可 与上述 MSC、 彩铃控制服务器等进行移动应用部分 (Mobile Application Part, 简称 MAP)、 CAP信令的交互, 提供位置查询和签 约信息查询等多种功能。 上述主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR用于完成呼叫电路的建立、连接、铃 音播放及拆线等功能, 其通过 CAP信令与上述 HLR进行信息交互, 获取用户的彩铃业务签约信息,从而触发上述彩铃控制服务器上的彩 铃业务。
上述彩铃控制服务器通过与上述主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR之间的 CAP信令的交互, 对用户呼叫过程进行控制; 当 MSC触发了彩铃业 务后,上述彩铃控制服务器通过 CAP信令和上述 HLR进行信息交互, 获取 HLR中的用户信息,为彩铃业务的进一步处理提供必要的数据, 完成彩铃业务逻辑的加载、执行和彩铃用户数据的存放、查询和修改 等。彩铃业务能够根据用户设置的铃音信息寻址到归属的 IP,实现特 定铃音的播放。 上述状态呈现服务器主要用于获取和提供彩铃用户或设备的动 态信息(如状态、 位置、 能力等信息)以及完成与其他业务应用服务 器的结合应用 (如无线一键通(Push to talk over Cellular, 简称 PoC) 业务、 及时通信(Instant Message, 简称 IM)业务和移动游戏、 组管 理等)。 在本发明中, 上述状态呈现服务器和上述彩铃控制服务器相 结合, 经过信令之间的交互, 提供用户当前的状态信息, 为上述彩铃 控制服务器根据用户签约信息播放彩铃铃音提供必要的信息。 图 2是本发明所述方法的简化信令流程图, 其说明了用户 A (主 叫用户)呼叫用户 B (被叫用户)正常流程时的简化信令过程。 如图 2所示, 当用户 A呼叫起呼后, 经过主 /被叫用户 MSC/VLR、 HLR 等一系列的信令交互后,触发彩铃控制服务器,彩铃控制服务器向状 态呈现服务器发送状态请求信息, 状态呈现服务器响应请求返回信 息, 彩铃控制服务器根据返回信息播放相关彩铃铃音。
结合图 1和图 2, 本发明所述的一种根据用户状态呈现信息播放 彩铃的方法, 包括以下步骤- 步骤 1 : 在包含有彩铃控制服务器网元的通信系统内部增加架设 状态呈现服务器网元,其中上述状态呈现服务器可按照 OMA等标准 架设;
步骤 2: 在上述彩铃控制服务器与状态呈现服务器之间建立物理 链接通道及定义信息交互接口;
该信息交互接口是状态呈现服务器和彩铃控制服务器之间进行 信息交互的接口,通过该接口,彩铃控制服务器能查询到相应的用户 的状态信息,或者是状态呈现服务器能将用户的状态信息通知给彩铃 控制服务器;如彩铃控制服务器通过该接口发送请求命令 P2Req(x), 状态呈现服务器发送请求响应 P2Ack (x, y) , 其中 x代表用户识别 码, y代表用户当前状态呈现信息, 状态呈现信息特征码和状态呈现 服务标准相一致;
步骤 3: 上述彩铃控制服务器通过上述信息交互接口进行信息交 换, 获得被叫用户当前的状态信息;

步骤 4: 上述彩铃控制服务器根据上述被叫用户当前的状态信息 和相应的彩铃业务签约信息, 在被叫的时候播放对应的彩铃铃音; 如图 2所示, 当用户 A向用户 B发起呼叫且用户 B处于待机状 态时, 用户 A能听到用户 B设置的彩铃铃音。
其中, 实现该方法的前提是上述被叫用户, 如图 2所示的用户 B 向运营商申请了彩铃业务和状态呈现业务,并设置了不同状态呈现下 的彩铃铃音。

1、一种根据用户状态呈现信息播放彩铃的系统,包括网元设备: 归属位置寄存器、 主叫用户移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器、 被叫用 户移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器和彩铃控制服务器, 其中上述归属 位置寄存器和主 /被叫用户移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器是通信网络 中心共有的网元设备, 其特征在于还包括状态呈现服务器。

4、根据权利要求 3所述的系统,其特征在于上述彩铃控制服务 器和状态呈现服务器之间有物理链接通道和信息交互接口。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的系统,其特征在于上述彩铃控制服务 器通过与上述移动交换中心 /拜访位置寄存器之间的移动智能网信令 协议信令的交互,对用户呼叫过程进行控制及完成彩铃业务逻辑的加 载、 执行和彩铃用户数据的存放、 查询和修改。
6、根据权利要求 4或 5所述的系统,其特征在于上述状态呈现 服务器获取和提供彩铃用户或设备的动态信息以及完成与上述彩铃 控制服务器的结合应用,其中上述彩铃用户或设备的动态信息包括状 态信息、 位置信息和能力信息。
7、一种根据用户状态呈现信息播放彩铃的方法,其特征在于包 括以下步骤:
步骤 1 : 在包含有彩铃控制服务器网元的通信系统内部增加架 设状态呈现服务器网元,其中上述状态呈现服务器按照开放移动联盟 标准架设;
步骤 2: 在上述彩铃控制服务器与状态呈现服务器之间建立物 理链接通道及定义信息交互接口;
步骤 3 : 上述彩铃控制服务器通过上述信息交互接口进行信息 交换, 获得被叫用户当前的状态信息;
步骤 4: 上述彩铃控制服务器根据上述被叫用户当前的状态信 息和相应的彩铃业务签约信息, 在被叫的时候播放对应的彩铃铃音。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的方法,其特征在于实现该方法的前提 是上述被叫用户向运营商申请了彩铃业务和状态呈现业务,并设置了 不同状态呈现下的彩铃铃音。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于在上述步骤 3 中,上述彩铃控制服务器通过查询的方式获得上述被叫用户当前的状 态信息或通过上述状态呈现服务器告知的方式获得上述被叫用户当 前的状态信息。
