Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Berührungsbildschirm (1, 30, 40, 53), aufweisend eine Anzeigeoberfläche (8, 52, 62), eine mehrere erste Teilelektroden (4) umfassende strukturierte flächenhafte erste Elektrode (3, 43, 55), eine flächenhafte zweite Elektrode (7, 47, 57), und wenigstens eine zwischen der ersten Elektrode (3, 43, 55) und zweiten Elektrode (7, 47, 57) angeordnete erste aktive Schicht (6, 36, 46, 56). Die ersten Teilelektroden (4) der ersten Elektrode (3, 43, 55) werden derart angesteuert, sodass sie mit der zweiten Elektrode (7, 47, 57) und der zwischen ihnen angeordneten ersten aktiven Schicht (6, 36, 56) zusammenwirken und dadurch ein Bild auf der Anzeigeoberfläche (8, 52, 62) angezeigt wird. Der Berührungsbildschirm (1, 30, 40, 53) weist ferner in den Berührungsbildschirm (1, 30, 40, 50) integrierte organische Fotodetektoren mit wenigstens einer zweiten aktiven Schicht (6, 36, 50, 60) aus einem organischen Material auf. An den organischen Fotodetektoren liegt bei Berührung der Anzeigeoberfläche (8, 52, 62) ein dem Berührungsort der Anzeigeoberfläche (8, 52, 62) zugeordnetes Signal an.
