Abstract

The present invention relates to a human hair top piece, it is an object of the present invention to provide a human hair top piece which overcomes some expression restrictions of hairstyles occurring when a conventional human hair top piece is used. To achieve the above object, there is provided a connection body, and a wig body which is connected with the connection member when a human hair top piece is constructed. In the present invention, when a human hair top piece is constructed, a wig body is connected by a connection member, so that only a wig body can be independently used if necessary, and part of a wig body may be changed for thereby expressing hairstyles in various types.

HUMAN HAIR TOP PIECE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a human hair top piece, and an improved human hair top piece in which a user can selectively use one wing body or an entire wig body in accordance with a hair condition and a behavior situation in such a manner that there are provided a connection member and a wig body which is connected with the wig body.

Background Art
[3] Generally, a human hair top piece is one type of wigs which has been generally used by middle age women who suffer from less hairs at a head crown or alopecia at the same part.
[4] The above human hair top piece is designed to allow middle age women, suffering from less hairs at their head crowns or alopecia at the same part, to prevent the above phenomenon and to have their own hair styles.
[5] The above human hair top piece comprises a hair planting part which is formed of a net body for covering a less hair part or fallen hair part, and a connection elastic insertion support part in which a plurality of insertion and support pins are elastically escaped and become closer based on upper and lower bent parts so that the hair planting part is fixed.
[6] However, the above-described conventional human hair top piece has the following problems when in use. Namely, it is designed to cover all less hair parts or fallen hair parts. When a user needs other styles, a certain decoration hair is additionally needed. So, the conventional human hair top piece has less function.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[8] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a human hair top piece which overcomes some expression restrictions of hairstyles occurring when a conventional human hair top piece is used. [9]
Technical Solution [10] To achieve the above object, there is provided a connection body, and a wig body which is connected with the connection member when a human hair top piece is constructed. [11] In the present invention, when a human hair top piece is constructed, a wig body is connected by a connection member, so that only a wig body can be independently used if necessary, and part of a wig body may be changed for thereby expressing hairstyles in various types.

Advantageous Effects
[13] In the present invention, when a human hair top piece is constructed, a wig body is connected by a connection member and is used. If necessary, only a wig body may be used independently. Various hair styles may be implemented by changing part of the wig body, so that the functionality is enhanced.
[14] In addition, when the connection element is formed of a magnet connection element, when a user wears the product of the present invention, a blood circulation is enhanced by the magnetic force for thereby enhancing the growth of hairs.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[24] The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[25] The human hair top piece according to the present invention comprises a connection member 200 formed in a plate shape and having at least two engaging parts 210 at an upper surface of the same, a wig body 100 formed in a plate shape and engaged at the engaging part 210 of the connection member with a connection element 300 with a hair 110 being planted on an upper surface of the wig body 100, and a wig body 100 which has a connection insertion support part 120 at one lower surface between a lower surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of the wig body 100 for a connection with hairs of a wearing part.
[26] Here, the engaging part 210 is formed in a surface shape for thereby connecting the entire parts of the wig body 100. When the wig body 100 is provided with a connection insertion support part 120, the connection insertion support part of the wig body 100 passes through the engaging part 210 and is inserted into the hairs of the user. The insertion support through part 220 may be partially cut away or may be punched.
[27] According to another embodiment of the engaging part 210, at least two engaging grooves of arc concave shapes are formed at an outer side of the connection member 200 so that a rim is partially engaged when the wig body 100 is connected with the connection member, son that it is possible to minimize the size of the connection member 200.
[28] The connection element 300 may be formed of a Velcro connection element which is constructed in such a manner that a loop Velcro may be provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of the wig body 100 or a hook Velcro may be provided at the other side of the same.
[29] The connection element 300 may be formed of a hook button connection element which is implemented in such a manner that a female hook button may be provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of a hair planting part 110. A male hook button may be provided at the other side of the same.
[30] The connection element 300 may be formed of a magnet connection element which is implemented in such a manner that an attachable magnet is provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of the hair planting part 110 or an attachable metal plate may be provided at the other side of the same.
[31] The connection insertion support part 120 may be formed of a connection elastic insertion support part which has a plurality of connection combs like used in a conventional human hair top piece and a body having a certain elastic force so that the connection combs are elastically escaped.
[32] The connection insertion support part 120 may be formed of a conventional comb insertion part in which a plurality of connection combs are protruded from the body.
[33] The connection insertion support part 120 may be formed of a connection elastic clip, which is formed of a plate body and has a connection piece at both sides, and a body which has an elastic transformation force so that the connection piece becomes elastically closer and is elastically escaped. [34] At least two wig bodies 100 are connected with a connection bar 101. A cut groove
101a may be formed at a connection part between the connection bar 101 and the wig body 100 so that the connection bar 101 is separated from the wig body 100 for an independent use.
[35] When the human hair top piece according to the present invention is constructed, the human hair top piece according to the present invention comprises a connection member 200 formed in a plate shape and having at least two engaging parts 210 at an upper surface of the same, a wig body 100 formed in a plate shape and engaged at the engaging part 210 of the connection member with a connection element 300 with a hair 110 being planted on an upper surface of the wig body 100, and a wig body 100 which has a connection insertion support part 120 at one lower surface between a lower surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of the wig body 100 for a connection with hairs of a wearing part. When a user wears the above human hair top piece according to the present invention, it is possible to wear the product of the present invention in a state that a plurality of wig bodies 100 are connected at the connection member 200, respectively.
[36] In the present invention, it is possible to use only the wig body 100 without using the connection member 200.
[37] When the wig body 100 is connected at the connection member 200 and is used, it is possible to use the different color hairs 110 of the wig body 100.
[38] When the connection element 300 is formed of a magnet connection element, the magnetic force of the magnet connection element may enable a good blood circulation, so that the head skin may become healthy, and the growth of hairs may be enhanced.

[40] In the present invention, when a human hair top piece is constructed, a wig body is connected by a connection member and is used. If necessary, only a wig body may be used independently. Various hair styles may be implemented by changing part of the wig body, so that the functionality is enhanced.

Claims
[ 1 ] A human hair top piece, comprising : a connection member 200 which is formed in a plate shape and has at least engaging parts 210 at an upper surface of the same; a wig body 100 which is formed in a plate shape and is engaged at an engaging part 210 of the connection member 200 with an engaging means 300, with hairs
110 being planted on an upper surface of the wig body 100; and said wig body having a connection insertion support part 120 for connecting hairs at a wearing part at one lower surface between a lower surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of the wig body 100.
[2] The top piece of claim 1, wherein said engaging part 210 is formed in a surface shape for thereby connecting the entire parts of the wig body 100 and comprises a connection insertion support part 120 at a lower surface of the wig body 100 and an insertion support through part 220 so that a connection insertion support part of the wig body 100 passes through the engaging part 210 and is inserted into hairs of a user.
[3] The top piece of claim 3, wherein said engaging part 210 comprises at least two engaging grooves of arc shapes at an outer side of the connection member 200 so that a rim of the wig body 100 is partially connected when being connected with the connection member 200 so as to minimize the size of the connection member 200, and said connection means 300 is constructed so that a rim upper surface of the engaging part 210 is connected with a rim lower surface of the wig body 100 corresponding to a rim of the engaging part 210.
[4] The top piece of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein said connection means
300 is a Velcro connection means which is constructed in such a manner that a loop Velcro is provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of a hair planting part 110, and a hook Velcro is provided at the other side of the same.
[5] The top piece of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein said connection means
300 is a hook button connection means which is constructed in such a manner that a female hook button is provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a lower surface of a hair planting part 110, and a male hook button is provided at the other side of the same.
[6] The top piece of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein said connection means
300 is a magnet connection means which is constructed in such a manner that an attachable magnet is provided at one surface between an upper surface of the connection member 200 and a hair planting part 110, and an attachable metal plate is provided at the other side of the same.
[7] The top piece of one among claims 1 through 3, wherein at least two wig bodies
100 connected with a connection bar 101 are provided, and a cut groove 101a is formed at a connection portion between the connection bar 101 and the wig body 100 so that the connection bar 101 is separated from the wig body 100 for an independent use.
