图 1屮, 'NT (Network Terminal, 网络终端) 是将最终用户接入网络的终端, 如 DSL Modem 。 CPE (用户终端设备)是最终用户业务和应用的终端, 如 STB (机顶众)等。 CPK和 NT是逻辑上的概念,属于用户或者用户家庭网络设备,在实际屮可以炚射到一个 终端上, 如 3G手机同时提供了网络接入和视频应川: 也可以.是分离的设备, 如 (家 庭网关, Residential Gateway) 和 STB (机顶盒) 等。 Access Node (接入节点) 是提供 宽带接入汇聚的设备, 如基于 DSL接入网络中的 DSLAM (数字用户线路接入复用器) 、 基于 WiMax、 Wi-Fi, UMTS等无线接入网络屮的 BS (基站)、 Cable接入屮的 CMTS ( ¾ 缆调整解调器终结系统) 》 Service Gateway (服务网关)是提供网路和应川控制的设备, 如 BRAS, ER (边缘路由器, Iidgc Router) , GGSN/SGSN ( GPRS网关支持节点 / GPRS 服务支持 ·'!:)_点)等。 Edge video server (边缘视频服务器)是一个视频服务器, 可以表现 为网络中的一个主机。 视频服务器为视频终端提供视频业务, 原则上只有合法的用户才 可以访问, 闪此, 视频服务器一般放置的网络 jg illl在 BRAS之上。 这样, 对于视频服务 器的访问只有通过 BRAS认证 )Π·才能实现, 保证了视频服务部件的安全。
前, 实现 Video业务的方法为:
对于组播类型的 Video业务, 组攒视频流从 Video Headend (视频头端)经过核心网 沿着树型拓扑分发到最终用户。对于单播视频业务, 视频流从视频服务器直接推送到最 终用户。对于有^特殊的业务^求, ^要中 和组播夂替实现,比如时移电视(Time Shift TV ) 等
组擂技术很好的缓解了视频、 Ik务对网络带宽的消耗。组播树的建立一般基于组播路
1 确认本 ώ协议〖GMP/P /DVMRP ( r:联网组管理 |办议 /独立组播协议 /距离向量组播路屮协议) 等。
/+:上述实现 Video业务过程中有如下两个比较突山的问题:
问题一、 随着视频用广和视频业务的增加对网络带宽消耗的问题。
问题二、 接入技术如 DSL接入技术、 WiMAX接入技术等的误码率导致视频质跫 |、 降的问题。
针对问题一, 为了解决视频业务对网络带宽的消耗, 视频服务器瓶颈等问题, 目甜 通用的解决方案为: 釆用层级分布式视频服务器, 通过分布式视频服务器分区提供视频 服务。 出于安今和网络资源可管 ¾的 H的, H前的宽带承载网在业务提供点如 BRAS/ER 之下的接入网络是川户和业务隔 κ的, 因此, 分布式的视频服务器只能放置到业务提供 点如 BRAS/ER等之上。
针对问题二, 现有的解决方案主要为: 依赖应 的重传机制, 即针对于单播视频 流, 移动终端检测到报文 ¾失时, 向源端发送 f†H青要求重传,.伹是对于多播业务没有重 传机制 Λ
分布式的视频服务器放: £在、 !k务提供点之上, 虽然能够保证只有通过网络认证的终 端才能 ½ 视频服务器、 使接入 和业务提供点之间的网络带宽完全可控, 但是, 业务 提供点在对其与接入网之 M的网络资源进行管理时, 需要动态感知视频服务器的视频 流, 使业务提供点处的网络资源管理复杂, 而且, 随着宽带接入网络用户的增加和视频 业务需求的快逨扩展, 业务提供点和接入网之间的带宽瓶颈越发突出。
对于组播业务流, 于组播本身没有定义¾传机制, 不可能针对某个組播节点进行 md> 使视频质量受损, 而且, 由于报文的丟失主要发生在接入介质段、 视频服务器部 署在汇聚层或者更高层, 单播视频流的: 传的报文^要消耗接入网络到汇聚层、甚至更 卨.层之 ι'1'd网络带宽。 发明内容

且所述步骤 b中发送请求的用户终端为: 允许访问视频服务单元的用户终端。 通过上述技术方案的描述" ί知,本发明通过将视频服务单元内置在宽带接入设各内 部, 使视频服务单元可以直接向用户终端提供 ^播视频业务, 减轻了视频业务对接入网 络和汇聚网络的带宽需求, 使得一些新型视频业务带來 ifO骨千网与汇聚网带宽瓶颈问题 得到了有效的解决; 内置于宽带接入设备中的视频服务单.元能够更加方便的 ¾现单播业 务和组播业务的切换, 加快了频道切换的速度, 从而带来更好的客户体验; 由于视频服 务单元内 ¾在接入设备中, 视频服务 元可以视为宽带接入设备本身的资源, 对现 的 宽 接入网络和汇聚网络层面 ffil广和、 Ik务隔离的设讣原则没有影响, 同吋, 简化救个接 入网络和汇聚网络的资源管理机制; 内置在宽带接入设备中的视频服务单元和其他网络 备之间的相关网络带宽资源变成了设备内部资源,减少视频业务提供点对接入层网络 .和汇聚层网络的带宽需求, 且; C^ 络层面的管理控制, 简化了接入网络资源管理的复 度; 本发明的单播视频流报文的 *传流量不占川汇聚层网络带宽, 且视频服务单元有 效支持了多播视频流丢失报文的 ¾传, 使用户终端的视频质量得到有效改善, 而且, 多 播视频流报文的重传同样不占川接入层网络和汇聚^网络带宽的消耗。本发明的宽带接 入设备可以 现用户终端对视频服务单元的访问控制,在不影响现有网络在接入层业务 不交换的设计原则的情况下, 保 iE /接入网络的安 ^, 简化了接入网络访问控制的权限 管玴; 从而通过本发明提供的技.术方案实现了提高网络带宽利用率, 降低网络资源管理 复杂度, 消除视频服务器瓶颈的 的。 附图简要说明

实施本发明的方式
视频服务器放置在业务提供点之. h,会使业务提供点处的网络资源管理复尕,而 ., 会使业务提供点和接入网之间的带宽瓶颈现象、视频服务器瓶颈现象越发突出, 如果为 了解决上述问题, 仅仅简单的将视频服务器放置到接入层, 那么, 势必会要求业务提供 点之下的接入和汇聚层网络支持视频业务的交换能力, 对网络安全带来隐患, 而且, 如 果视频服务器部署在宽带接入节点和业务提供点之 I'i'd的汇聚网上,那么接入网内业务流 逻辑拓扑将不是简单的树型结构, 从而, 导致接入^网络资源管理的复杂性。
为解决上述问题, 木发明提供一种宽带接入设备、 基于宽带接入设备提供视频业务 的网络系统和视频业务实现方法, 通过将视频服务中-元内置于宽带接入设备中, 由内置 了视频服务^元的宽带接入设备及其所在的网络为用户终端提供视频 务,有效解决了 上述问题。
下面结合附图对本发明提供的技术方案做进一歩的描述。
本发明内置有视频服务单元的宽带接入设备 Hi以为: DSLAM , 内^在宽带接入 设.备中的视频服务单元主耍包拈: 播存储模块、 单播转发模块、 单播 2Ϊ传模块、 多播 存储模块和多播重传模块。为保证接入 络的安全,简化接入网络访^控制的权限管理, 本发明的宽带接入设备中还设 有视频服务单元访问控制模块。
视频服务单元访问控制模块主要用于根据接入权限信息对用户终端进行视频服务 «ΐ-元的访问控制。 接入权限信总可存储在视频服务单元访问控制模块屮, 3用户终端访 问视频服务单元时,视频服务单兀访问控制模块确定用户终端的接入属性信息,如 PVC, 端 Γ·ί等, 并确定该用户终端访 视频服务单元的接入权限, 并根据该用户终端对应的接 入权限进行视频服务单元的访 f' '」控制
单播存储模块主要用于存储 ^播视频业务, .ΐ·播存储模块存储的单播视频业务可以 是从视频源处获符的, 如单播存储模块接收并存储网络侧如视频源通过服务网关传输来 的单播视频流。
单播转发模块主要用于根据用户终端的单播视频业务请求, 将单播 储桢块中存储 的对应单播视频业务, 通过其所在的宽带接入设备传输 对应的用户终端。 该用户终端 应该是允许访问视频服务单元的用户终端。
单播直传模块 Φ:要用于在接收到用户终端的 *传 失单播视频报文请求后, 裉据用 户终端单播视频流报文¾失的佶总、 单播存储桟块中存储的单播数据报文, 通过其所在 的宽带接入设备为该用 /'·终端 2E传丢失的单播视频报文。
多播 :储模块主要用于实时获収网络侧传输来的多播视频流并存储。
多描 ¾传模块 ΐ要用于在接收到用户终端的 Φ:传丢失多播视频报文请求后, 根据丢 失的信息、 多播存储模块屮存储的对应的多播视频报文, 以单播方式通过; S所在的宽带 接入设备, 为该用户终端重传 ¾失的多播视频报文。 用户终端应该是允许访问枧频服 务单元的用广终端。
本发明巾的多播视频流包括: 广播视频流和组播视频流。
本发明的基 Τ宽带接入 各提供视频业务的网络系统如附图 2所示。
图 2中的网络系统主要包括: 视频源、 服务网关和内置有视频服务单元的宽带接入 设备。 视频源将单播视频流、 多播视频流传输至服务网关, 服务网关将单播视频流、 多 播视频流传输至内置有视频服务^元的宽带接入设各, 宽带接入设备中内置的视频服务 中-元存储该单播视频流, 并裉裾川户终端的单播视频报文请求, 通过宽带接入设备将其 存储的相应的单播视频报文传输至对应的用户终端。宽带接入设备将组播视频流传输至. 用 |终端的同时, 内¾的视频服务单元获取并存储多播视频流; 视频服务单元在接收到 用户终端的重传丢失多播视频报文请求后, 根据 失的信息、 视频服务单 71:中存储的对 应的多播视频报文, 以单播方式通过其所在的宽带接入设备, 为该用户终端重传 ¾失的 多播视频报文。
下面结合附图 3以组播视频业务重传的实现方法为例对本发明的基于宽带接入设备 提供视频业务的网络系统和视频业务实现方法进行详細说明。
图 3中, 在 骤 1-1、 组播视频流直接从视频源、 服务网关、 宽带接入设各传送到 用户终端, 用户终端的组播访问权限控制通过艽他机制实现, 不在本发明范围内。
到歩骤 1-2、 视频服务单元实时缓存 (Cache) 组攒流量, 缓存的容量为视频业务允 许的最大传输时延。
到^骤 2、 在组播视频流^输¾用户终端的过程屮由于线路传输误码导致用户终端 接收的多播视频流报文发生丢失。
到步骤 3、 用户终端检测到组播视频流报文发生丟失现象, 向视频服务单元发送重 传¾失多播视频报文请求。
到歩骤 4、 视频服务申-元接收到重传丢失多播视频报文谙求后, 首先基于发出谙求 的 ffl户终端的接入权限信息判断该用户终端的合法性, 通过合法性判断后, 通过单播方 式将用 谘求 E传的丢失組檷视频报文发送给用户终端
本发明逋过将视频服务单元内置在宽带接入设备内郯,使视频服务^元可以直接向 用户终端提供 ^楝等视频业务, 减轻了视频业务对接入网络和汇聚网络的带宽需求, 使 得 ·些新型视频业务如 PVR (Personal Video Record个人彔像机)、 Time Shift TV (时移 电视) 、 多雨面^带来的骨千网与汇聚 1带宽瓶颈问题得到了有效的解决; 内.1 :了-宽带 接入' 备屮的视频服务单元能够更加方便的实现中 ·播业务和组播业务的切换,加快了频 道切换的速度, 从而带来更好的客户体验; 由于视频服务单元内置在接入设备中, 视频 服务单元可以视为宽带接入设备本身的资源, 对现有的宽带接入网络和汇聚网络不实现 视频业务交换的设计原则没有^响, |H」时, 简化整个接入网络和汇聚网络的资源^理机 制; 内貲在宽带接入设各中的视频服务单元和其他网络设备之间的相关网络带宽资源变 成了设各内部资源, 减少视频、 Ik务提供点对接入层网络和汇聚层网络的带宽需求, 且无 需网络层而的管理控制, 简化 接入网络资源管^的复¾度; 由亍单播视频流报文的重 传流 ¾不占用汇聚层网络带宽, 提高了网络带宽利 ffl率; 由于接入设备内置的视频服务 单 有效支持了多播视频流丢失报文的重传, 使用户终端的视频质量得到有效改善, 而 Ά, 多播视频流报文的 ffi传同样不占用接入层网络和汇聚层网络带宽的消耗。 本发明无 需将 BRAS等特性移枋到接入设各屮, 接入设备可以简单的根据用户终端接入连接如 PVC, 端 IJ等属性对应的权限信总, 实现用 终端对视频服务单元的访问控制, 这样, 在不影响现有网络在接入层业务隔离的设计原则的情况下' 保证了接入网络的安全' 简 化了接入网络访问控制的权限管 a。
虽然通过&施例描绘了本发明, 本领域普通技术人员知逍, 本发明有许多变形和变 化而不脱离木发明的精神, 本发明的申请文件的权利要求包括这些变形和变化。

权利要求
1、 一种宽带接入设备, 其特征在于, 所述的宽带接入设备中内置有视频服务单元, 所述内賈的视频服务单元根据用户终端的请求将其存储的视频业务通过其所在的宽带 接入设备传输至用 终端。
2、如权利要求 1所述的一种宽带接入设备, 其特征在于, 所述视频服务单 包括: 单播存储模块和单播转发模块:
^播存储模块: 存储有单播视频业务;
中播转发模块: 根据用户终端的单祯视频业务 '清求将单播存储模块中存储的对应单 播视频业务逝过; K所在的宽带接入设各传输至用户终端。

多播存储模块: 实时获取网络侧传输来的多播视频流并存储;

视频服务单 访问控制模块: 获取用户终端的接入权限信息, 并裉据该接入权限信 息对用户终端进行视频服务 ^元的 控制。
6、 一种甚 :f宽带接入设备提供视频业务的网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 视频源、 服务网关、 内置有视频服务单元的宽带接入设备:
