This invention is about the generator generating electricity, letting the generating part generate electricity by gravity and buoyancy while being raised, in this way it does not make any pollutants that cause environmental pollution and global warming, and the aim of this invention is to provide the generator using gravity and buoyancy to prevent environmental pollution and global warming, and it includes the main body which is moving possibly sustained by the guide and the roller inside the guide, the water entrance which is open and shut possibly set in the main body, into which water flows when it is raised by buoyancy so it opens and which water cannot flow in when the main body is lowered so it shuts, the pumping part, which is set in the lower part of the main body in order to discharge water when the main body is lowered, the water exit through which water is discharged touching the pumping part set in the lower part of the main body when the main body is lowered by gravity, and which stops water flowing in when the main body is raised so it shuts, the gear is set across the guide vertically, and the generating part which is set in the main body and which generates electricity, being attached with the gear when the main body is raised and lowered.

Description

GENERATOR OF USING GRAVITY AND BUOYANCY
[Technical Field]
This invention is about the generator generating electricity. In details, it is about the generator using gravity, which is the power of pulling the earth and buoyancy, which is the ability of floating on the water, thus, it is protecting the environment and prevents environmental pollution and global warming.
[Background Art]
In general, electricity is generated following the power plant and in the deep mountains or remote countries where electricity is not actively provided, electricity is generated using small size generator. Likewise, electricity generating generator is distinguished, according to what energy sourced it uses, between heating power using fossil fuel like oil and coals and the generating using the Sun heat, nuclear power, water power, tidal power and wind power.
Among the generators, the setting costs a lot when using the Sun heat, water power, tidal power and this generator is not widely used due to the setting place limit. Moreover when using the nuclear power it becomes a social issue due to the polluted water from the generating.
However, when using fossil fuel the generator setting place is not that much limited and the sized are various from the big size generator setting cost and the small size generator setting cost. And also, the generator above is widely used because fuel providing is easy and the place limit is small.
But, the method burning fossil fuel inevitably leaves the polluted stuff like CO2 and cancer causing. Therefore, it results in weather change, environmental pollution and global warming on the earth and it is not easy to run the operating power plant because of people's complaint about the many kinds of pollutants. Furthermore, energy replacing source is demand because the electricity generating cost is rapidly going up due to the recent oil price rising.
[Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
The aim of this invention is to solve the previous problems. This invention provides the generator that prevents environmental pollution and global warming using gravity and buoyancy. The electricity is generated by gravity and buoyancy while the generator is being raised.
[Technical Solution]
The generator guides to accomplish the aim of this invention using gravity and buoyancy, the main body that is capable of moving up and down through the roller insider the guide. The water entrance which is set in the open and shut possible main body. -Water gets in when the main body is raised thus opened through buoyancy and water is prevented to get in when the main body is lowered thus shut, the pumping part which is set in the lower part of the main body and this is to make water go out when the main body is lowered, the water exit is set in the lower part of the main body- by gravity touching the pumping part when the main body is lowered water goes out and the main body is raised water is stopped to get in, and in includes the generating part generating electricity when the main body is raised and lowered.
Moreover, the generator includes the gear, which is set across the guide vertically and the generator generating electricity by the revolving part geared into the gear set in the main body. Moreover, the guide includes the narrowing down the slope the slope part in the upper main body, and the water entrance includes the blocking board blocking the entrance set in a part of the main body, the sustaining extended from the lower part of the blocking board and revolving possibly fixed with the main body, the bracket extended from the upper part of the blocking board and touching partially the slope part of the guide and the elastically pressing spring in order to attach the bracket to the main body. Desirably, in includes the wheel set in a part of the bracket and attached to the slope. Moreover, the water exit includes the sustaining bar which is inserted into the exit formed in the lower part of the main body, the first board set in the upper part of the sustaining bar and blocking the upper part of the exit, the second board set in the lower part of the sustaining bar and being pressed by touching the pumping part, and the spring set between the lower part of the main body and the second board and elastically pressing to make the first board attached to the second board. Moreover, it includes the first board or in the upper part of the exit. Moreover, the pumping part has the casing on which the upper part is attached to the lower part of the main body, the pump set inside the casing and lets water go out of the main body, in the upper middle part, it is able to form the middle air part connected to the absorbing area and accepts the second board and a partial sustaining bar. Together, it includes the second o-ring formed at least either on the upper casing or on the lower main body. Moreover, it can include the first magnetic substance, which is set in the upper body and has either N-pole or S-pole and the second magnetic substance, which is set in the lower part of the guide and has a different pole from the first magnetic substance. And, it includes the third magnetic substance, which is set in the lower part of the body and has either N-pole or S-pole, the fourth magnetic substance, which is set in the upper pump and has a different pole from the third magnetic substance. Desirably, the upper of the lower main body can be formed in a streamline shape. Moreover, it includes the air provider, which is connected to the main body, providing the air to generate buoyancy while the main body is being raised. Moreover, the air provider is first exchanging possibly connected with the outside air and the burning part includes the hose connected air injecting entrance formed in the main body while the main body is being lowered. Here, the air provider includes the open and shut valve set in the burning part of the hose and is opened when connected to the air injecting entrance. It includes the shock absorbing part, which is set between the upper or lower main body and the guide and prevents shock while the main body is rapidly moving.

[Mode for Invention]
From here, this invention is explained in details consulted with the operating examples in the drawings.
Drawing 1 is the picture of the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention, drawing 2 is the partially cut-in picture of the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention. Moreover, pictures (a) and (b) in drawing 3 are the open and shut operating condition of the water entrance of the generator according to this invention, pictures (a) and (b) in drawing 4 are the shut and open operating condition of the water exit of the generator according to this invention.
This invention followed generator (1), as shown either in drawing 1 and drawing 4, is the generator generating electricity while the main body (20) is being raised and lowered by gravity and buoyancy set in the water, and the main body (20) is protected by the guide (10) and the raising and the lowering are guided. In this time, it is possible that the guide (10) is comprised of the wholly surrounding possible inside and is comprised of the bone only with the frame. The main body (20) is set with many rollers (15) on a side and is able to be moved up and down by the roller (15) sustaining the guide (10). In this time, the guide (10) the roller (15) combines with, can be formed in the four corners of the frame, but the setting location is not limited. For an example, the guide (10) can be set in the both sides facing each other, correctly the guide (10) is formed in 'tr ' shape and the raising and lowering is guided through the means of the guide (10) having the roller (15) inserted inwardly.
The guide (10) and the main body (20) are used in the water submerged condition and the main body (20) is comprised water buoyancy possibly when the inside air is cold due to the middle air. Meanwhile, water inflowing possibly made the water entrance (22) is set in the main body (20).
Consulting with drawing 3, water inflowing possibly made the entrance (23) is set in the main body (20) and the entrance (23) opens and shuts the water entrance (22). Here, because the water entrance (22) is open possibly set, water can get into the main body (2) through the entrance (23) when the main body (20) is raised by buoyancy.
The water entrance (22) includes the blocking board (22) blocking the entrance (23) and the blocking board (24) is fixed revolving possibly by the sustaining (25) extended from the lower part in a side of the main body (20). For this, the hinge (25a) can be set in the sustaining (25).
Moreover, the upwardly extended bracket (26) is set in the blocking board (24) and it is connected to the main body (20) and the spring (28). The spring (28) elastically presses the bracket (26) in order that the blocking board (28) can block the entrance (23). In this time, the spring (28) is connected to the hole formed in a side of the bracket (26) and the burning part is connected to the hook (28a) formed in the main body (20).
Meanwhile, the guide (10) includes the slope (21) located in the upper main body (20). The slope (21) is formed narrowing down from the upper part to the lower part and slated, and a part of the bracket (26) is formed to touch the slope (21). Therefore, the water entrance (22) as in the picture (b) in drawing 3, in the case of the main body being raised, the bracket (26) is formed to open the entrance (23) following the slope (21) opening up outwardly.
Desirably, the wheel (27) is set, adhered closely with the slope (21) in a part of the bracket (26), and because of that, friction between the bracket (26) and the slope (21) can be reduced. Moreover, the wheel (27) is set a little separated from the connecting axis of the spring (28) in order not be interrupted with the spring (28) when moving, following the slope (21), and for this the extension (26a) is formed in a part of the bracket (26) in which the wheel (27) is set.
Meanwhile, the generator (50), which generates electricity while the main body (20) is being raised and lowered, is included in the main body. Here, the gear (52) is set across the guide (10) vertically in the generator (50), and the revolving part (54) is set gearing into the gear (54). Moreover, the revolving axis (54a) in the revolving part (54) is connected with the generator (56). The generator (56) generates electricity, being united with the gear (52) when the main body (20) is raised and lowered.
In this time, the main body (20) movement is guided by the guide (10) and the generating area is lengthened if the guide (10) is longer.
If consulting with the pictures (a) and (b) in drawing 5, which is the picture of the blocking board blocking the entrance, and the magnified picture of the water entrance of the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention, and the main body (20) becomes the plane field side (23a) from the entrance (23) being protruded partially. And, in the blocking board (24), as in the picture (b), in drawing 5, o-ring (24) is set, following this, in the case of the blocking board (24) blocking the entrance (23), it can seal the gap closely.
Moreover, the pump (40) discharging the flowed-in water to the outside of the main body (20) through the water entrance (22), is set in the lower part of the main body (20).
Moreover, the water entrance (30) is set in the lower part of the main body (20) and it discharges water when the main body (20) is lowered by gravity and is touched to the pump (40). Moreover, the water exit (32) becomes shut and blocks the water inflow when the main body (20) is raised.
Drawing 6 is the cut-in cross section of the water exit and it is from the cut of the main body of the generator using gravity and buoyancy, following this invention and in the water exit (32), the sustaining bar (33) is inserted into the water exit. Moreover, in the surrounding the sustaining bar (33) is inserted into, the exit (32) is comprised of many holes in order to discharge the water from the main body (20).
And the first board (34) is set, closely adhered to the upper exit (32) and the blocking the inside, from the base of the exit (32) in the upper part of the sustaining bar (33) and the second board (35) touching the pump (40) is formed in the lower sustaining bar (33), and the second board (35) is pressed being touched to the middle air part (45). Moreover, the spring (38) is lied between the second board (35) and the lower main body (20). The spring (38) presses the second board (35) elastically from the main body (20) and the following this, the board (34) presses and blocks the entrance (32).
In this time, the second board (35) is formed being united with the sustaining bar (33) and the sustaining bar (33) becomes smaller in the appropriate upper part and the screw part prepared blockage (33a) can be formed in the outside surrounding. In the sustaining bar (33), the washer (36) is inserted into the blockage (33a) in the condition of being inserted into the lower main body (20). Moreover, the nut (37) is combined in the blockage (33a) prepared screw parting the first board (34), in the condition of being set in the upper washer (36). The nut (37) can be combined in the double layer structure in order to prevent being loosened, desirably the penetrating part (33b) is formed in a side of the blockage and in the penetrating part (33b), the pins (33c) is inserted so that the nut (37) loosening can be prevented.
Moreover, o-ring (39) is combined in the lower first board (34), it can seal the gap closely by blocking the entrance (32).. For this, the first partial o- ring (34) settling o-ring home (34a) is formed in the lower part of the first board (34). Moreover, the combined body (34b) can be formed at regular intervals in the outside and the inside of the first o-ring (34). And the penetrating hole is formed in the middle of the combined body (34b) and the first o-ring (39), and the first board (34) can be firmly combined by combining the screw (34c) to the penetrating hole.
Meanwhile, the setting location of the first o-ring (39) is not limited to the lower part of the first board (34) and it is also possible to set in the upper side of the exit (32) so that it is closely adhered with the first board (34) to seal the gab closely.
Moreover, the cylinder (30a) is formed to sustain the spring (38) safely and to additionally strengthen the intensity of the main body (20).
Meanwhile, the pump (40) includes the casing (42) on which upper side is closely adhered to the lower main body (20). And the pump (44), which discharges the water of the main body (20) to the outside, is set inside the casing (42). Moreover, the middle air part (45) with the passage connected to the absorbing hole of the pump (44) in the middle of the upper side of the casing (42), and the partial second; board (35) and sustaining bar (33) are accepted in the middle air part (45) when the main body (20) is lowered. In this time, the height controller can be set in the lower air part (45) to control the height pressing the lower side of the second board.
The switch (not shown in the picture), which can be pressed and operate the pump (44) when the second board (35) is lowered, is set in the lower side of the middle air part (45) in the casing (42). Therefore, the pump (44) can be operated only when the main body (20) 9s lowered and then the second board
(35) operates the switch.
Moreover, the second o-ring home (46a) is formed to be able to settle the second o-ring (46) and the second o-ring and the previous o-ring (46) at least either on the upper side of the casing (42) or on the lower side of the main body (20) is lowered. Likewise, following that the upper side casing (42) and the lower side main body are closely adhered, the exit (32) and the middle air part (45) are closely shut and the water in the main body (20) is discharged to the outside by the operation of the pump (44).
Likewise, if the water in the main body (20) is discharged to the outside, buoyancy happens in the main body (20) and it (20) is raised.
Meanwhile, it is desired that the upper and lower parts of the main body
(20) are formed to reduce the resisting of the water when it (20) is raised and lowered, for example, the upper and the lower main body (20) parts can be formed in the form of reducing the resisting of the water like streamline shape of semicircle shape.
Moreover, because the upper and lower main body (20) parts are formed in streamline shape or semicircle shape, the sunken (29) of the semicircle shape is formed against the upper main body (20) inside the slope (21) of the main body (20). Moreover, the upper water passage is formed to discharge the water in-between the upper main body (20) when the main body (20) is raised in the upper sunken (29). Moreover, the frame water passage (111) can be formed to discharge the discharged water from the upper water passage (291) to the outside in the frame (11) of the guide (10).
The first magnetic substance (20a) with the poles is set in the upper side of the main body (20). And the second magnetic substance (29a) with a different pole from the one of the first magnetic substance (20a), is arranged in the lower side of the sunken (29). This is to say, the magnetic substance of S-pole is arranged in the upper side of the main body (20) and the magnetic substance of N-pole is arranged in the lower side of the guide (10). Moreover, the third magnetic substance (20b) with a pole either N or S, is set in the lower side of the main body (20) and the safe arrival (47) in which the main body (20) is safely arriving in the upper part of the pump (40).
Moreover, many lower part water passage (471) are formed to discharge the water in-between the safe arrival (47) when the main body is lowered (20). Therefore, the generator (1), when the main body (20) is lowered, the water in-between the safe arrival (47) is discharged through the water passage (47a) and forms the minimum water pressure so absorbs the shock occurred by the main body (20) lowering.
Moreover, the fourth magnetic substance (42b, 47b) with a different pole from the one of the third magnetic substance (20b) is arranged in the upper casing (42) and the safe arrival (47). The fourth magnetic substance is attached with the third magnetic substance (20b) of the main body (20) by magnetism, so makes the lowered main body (20) closely adhered to the casing, and closely adheres the main body (20) with the casing (42) until the inside water is discharged so occurs buoyancy.
Moreover, in the magnetic substance used in this invention, the protecting wall (p) is formed in order not to be touched with the outside water directly, and for the protecting wall (p), various materials like strong plastics or stainless steel and water especially the sea water can be used. Drawing 7 is the magnified picture of the air provider of the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention.
Consulting drawing 7, in the main body (20) the air providing air provider (60) is connected in order that the inside water discharging is easy by the pump and that buoyancy can occur. In the air provider (60), it can be connected with the main body (20) and the air provider (60) is separately set from the main body (20) so that buoyancy can increase when the main body is being raised.
For this, in the air provider, the first level is connected air exchanging possibly with the outside air, and the burning side includes the hose (62), which becomes connected with the air injecting entrance (66) formed in the main body (20) when the main body is lowered and it provides the main body (20) with the air when the pump is operating.
In this time, it is correct that the air is injected in the air providing part
(60) only when the main body (20) is lowered. For this, in the hose (62), the open and shut control valve (64), which opens only when it is connected with the air injecting entrance (66), can be set. Therefore, the open and shut control valve (64) provides the inside main body (20) with the air by being connected with the air injecting entrance (66) when the main body (20) is lowered. In this time, the location of the hose (62) can be fixed by the hose hook (12) set in the guide (10). In the open and shut control valve (64), the sustaining bar (647) is inserted into the part of the air hole (641), and the first sustaining board is wholly formed in a part of the sustaining bar (647) located in the outside of the air hole (641). Moreover, in a part of the sustaining bar (647) located inside the air hole (641), the second board (643) is combined, and for this, the blockage (641a) is formed inside the sustaining bar (647), and the second sustaining board (643) and the nut (644) to fix the second sustaining board (643) are made in the blockage (641a). Moreover, the spring (645) is set between the first sustaining board (642) and the hose (62), and following the spring (645) elastically pressing the first sustaining board, the second sustaining board (643) blocks the air hole (641). Moreover, between the second sustaining board and the part of the hose (62), o-ring is set and seals the gap closely in the case of that the second sustaining board (643) and the part of the hose (2) are closely adhered.
Moreover, inside the hose (62) where the o-ring (646) is attached, a lot of air passages (648) are formed so the amount of moving air can be increased. Moreover, the sustaining bar (647) can be sustained by the cylinder (641a) prepared in the air hole (641).
Moreover, the sustaining bar (667) is set in the opening part of the air injecting entrance (66), and the first sustaining board (662) is set in the sustaining bar (667) located inside the air injecting entrance (66). Moreover, the second sustaining board (663) is set in a different part of the sustaining bar (667). The second sustaining board (663) is fixed by the nut (664), which is combined to the sustaining bar (667). The spring is set between the second sustaining board (663) and the air injecting entrance (66) and is structured in order that the first sustaining board (662) blocks the air injecting entrance (66) by pressing the second sustaining board (663). And it is desired that the o- ring (666) is set between the first sustaining board (662) and the air injecting entrance (66). Moreover, in the surrounding of the opening part (661), a great number of air passage are formed to increase the amount of the air-flow.
Likewise, the means of the shock absorber set in the air injecting entrance (66) and the open and shut control valve (64) have the same structure and alleviates shock by the lowering of the main body(20).
Meanwhile, the magnetic substance (649) is set in the edge surrounding of the side of the open and shut control valve (64). The magnetic substance (649) is set in the air injecting entrance (66) and this magnetic substance (649) and another magnetic substance with a different pole (669) become attached by magnetism. Therefore, when this hose (62) is combined to the air injecting substance, the combining strength increases by magnetism.
Moreover, in the part of the open and shut control valve (64), when combined by magnetic substance (649, 669), it is desirable that the o-ring (645) is set to seal the gap from the air injecting entrance (66) closely. In the example of this invention, it is explained that o-ring (645) is set in the upper open and shut control valve but setting in the lower air injecting entrance (66) is also possible.
Drawing 8 is the magnified picture of shock absorbing part of the generator using gravity and buoyancy, and the shock absorbing part (70) is set in the upper of lower main body (20), to order to prevent shock when the main body is rapidly moving. The shock absorbing part (70) is set in the guide (10) so it can alleviate the shock occurred when the main body (20) is touching the slope (21). Meanwhile, the stumbling block the shock absorbing part (70) is touching (79) is formed in the main body (20).
For this, the penetrating hole (211) is formed in a side of the slope (21), and the sustaining bar (72) is inserted into the penetrating hole (211). The first sustaining board (73) is wholly formed in the sustaining bar (72), and the second sustaining board (74) is inserted into the blockage (72a). In this time, the spring (76) is set between the first sustaining board (73) and the slope (21). And in the upper side of the second sustaining board (74) the nut (75) is combined and fixes the second sustaining board (74).. Meanwhile, in the penetrating, the pins (77) is inserted and prevents the loosening of the nut (75).
Moreover, in the frame (11) of the guide (10), the height controller (112) can be set to control the shock absorbing height of the shock absorbing part (70). As previously explained, the operation of the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this structured invention is followed.
Pictures (a) and (b) of the drawing 9 shows that if consulting the operating condition of raised and lowered main body (20) of the generator (1) using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention and if setting the generator (1) in the water (water : W), the main body (20) is raised by buoyancy. Moreover, the main body (20) is fixed by the pulling strength of the first magnetic substance (20a) set in the upper main body and the second magnetic substance (29a) set in the lower part of the slope (21).
In this time, in the blockage (24) blocking the water entrance (22) of the main body, the roller of the upwardly extended bracket (26) becomes touching the slope (21) set in the guide (10) of the generator (1) and following this the blocking board (24) becomes revolving possibly by the sustaining part (25) so is able to open the water entrance (22).
Likewise, if the water entrance (22) is opened, the water is flowed into the main body (20). Moreover, if the water flows in the main body (20) more than certain amount, the weight of the main body (20) increases, so is lowered by the gravity of the earth.
In this time, in the main body (20), the revolving part (54) of the generator (56) is combined with the gear set in the guide (10), and electricity is generated by the revolving part (54) revolving in the generator (56).
Meanwhile, if the main body (20) is thoroughly lowered, the lower part of the main body (20) is closely adhered to the upper side of the casing (42). And in the exit (32) prepared in the lower part of the main body (20), the second board (35) is inserted into the middle air part (45) of the casing (42) so is pushed, and opens the exit (32) by pushing the sustaining part (25) and the first board (34) formed in its one side. Moreover, in the main body (20), the lower part of the third magnetic substance (20b) is fixed by the magnetism of the casing (42) and the fourth magnetic substance (42b, 47b) of the safe arrival (47).
In the same time with this, if the switch of the pump (40) is operated in the second board (35), the pump (44) operates and discharges the water (W) inside the main body (20) through the exit (32) to the outside. In this time, the air is provided in accordance with the amount of the discharged water inside the main body (20). For this, when the main body (20) is completely lowered, the air injecting entrance (66) formed in a side of the main body (20) is connected with the hose (62) of the air providing part (60), and provides the main body (20) with the air while the open and shut control valve (64) of the hose (62) is being opened.

[Effect of invention] As previously described, because the generator using gravity and buoyancy according to this invention generates electricity with the main body set inside the generator being raised by gravity and buoyancy, it can prevent polluted stuff occurring, and not it can minimize the maintenance costs of generating electricity but also it has the merit of protecting environmental pollution and global warming.

Claims

[CLAIMS]
1. The guide, the main body being vertically moving possibly sustained by the roller inside the guide, the water entrance open and shut possibly set in the main body in which water is flowed by the buoyancy when the main body is raised and becomes shut so that blocking water flows in when the main body is lowered, the pump to discharge water to the inside when the main body is lowered, the water exit set in the lower part of the main body through which water is discharged when the main body is lowered by gravity and buoyancy and becomes shut when the main body is raised so that blocking water flows in, the generator using gravity and buoyancy with the feature of including the generating part generating electricity when the main body is raised and lowered.
2. About demand item 1, the gear set across the guide vertically in the generating part, the generator using gravity and buoyancy with the feature of including the generator generating electricity by the revolving part revolving being geared into with the gear set in the main body.
3. About demand 1, the guide is set in the upper main body and includes the slope slanted to narrow down from the upper part to the lower part, regarding the water entrance, the blocking board blocking the entrance formed in a side of the main body, the sustaining part fixed revolving possibly with the main body being extended from the lower part of the blocking board, the bracket which is moving being connected with the upper blocking board and with its one side touching the slope of the guide.

6. The generator using gravity and buoyancy, with the feature including the first o-ring formed at least either on the lower part of the first board or on the upper part of the exit.
7. About demand item 5, the pump has the casing on whose upper side is closely adhered to the lower part of the main body, and the pump set inside the casing discharging the water inside the main body to the outside, in the upper middle, being connected with the entrance of the pump the generator using gravity and buoyancy, with the feature of the second board and the partial sustaining bar accepting middle air is formed.
8. About demand item 7, the generator using gravity and buoyancy, with the feature including the second o-ring formed at least on the upper side of the casing and the lower side of the main body.

12. About one item among demand items 1 through demand item 4, being connected to the main body, the generator using gravity and buoyancy including the air providing part providing the air to let buoyancy occur when the main body is lowered.
13. About demand item 12, regarding the air providing part, its first part is connected to make the air exchanged with the outside air, and regarding the burning part, the generator using gravity and buoyancy with the feature including the hose connected with the air injecting entrance formed in the main body when the main body is lowered.
14. About demand item 13, regarding the air providing part, being set in the burning part of the hose, the generator using gravity and buoyancy with the feature including the open and shut control valve becoming opened when connected with the air injecting entrance.
15. About one item among demand items 1 through demand item 4, being set between the upper or lower part of the main body and the guide the generator using gravity and buoyancy with the feature including the shock absorbing part preventing shock when the main body is rapidly moving.
