The construction is for commercial or business purposes the said business complex contain all modern facilities including a monorail system at the top of buildings for the purpose of transport.

This invention relates to City Planning Architecture. More particularly this invention relates to raised structure constructed on pillars. Precisely this invention relates to town planning structures built above the ground level or above the water level structure being used for vehicular traffic or pathway with any type of buildings, park, entertainment amenities.
PRIQR ART
It is to be noted that the prior art description give in detail information of the technology, method, process and system known in the art. It explain the deficiency in the related art and the object of the invention being to overcome or surmount the problem associated with the prior art. This forms the essential feature and the object of the invention.
Extensive search has been carried out for the purpose of prior art citations. None has been found by the inventor which confirm the uniqueness of the invention.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
The inventor has made great effort -to provide a system/ architecture which meet the requirement of the township / city and overcome the problem associated in the prior art.
To achieve the above object according to first aspect and feature of the present invention there is provided a system/architecture to improve, efficiency, . According to second aspect and feature of the invention in addition to the first feature the invention comprises a system/architecture, which is unique, rugged, efficient and economical.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION
City planning architecture built either above the ground level or above water level used for vehicular traffic or pathway with any type of buildings, park and entertainment amenities wherein the planning structure being built on plurality of pillars above ground or water with path way provisions for foot paths and amenities for parking, the said architecture being such that there is provided buildings on both sides, the said construction being for commercial or business puiposes, the said business complex contain all modern facilities including a monorail system at the top of buildings for the purpose of transport.

The accompanying drawing is intended to provide further understanding of invention and is incorporated in and constitute a part of invention. The drawings illustrate an embodiment of invention and together with the description illustrate principle of invention.
The drawings should not be taken as implying any necessary limitation on the essential scope of invention.
The drawings are given by way of non-limitative example to explain the nature of the invention.
For a more complete understanding of the instant invention reference is now made to the following description taken in conjunction with accompanying drawings.
The various feature of novelty which characterise the invention are pointed out specifically in the claims which a part of description. For a better understanding of the invention, its operating advantage, specific objects obtained by its use, reference should be made to the drawings and descriptive matter is which there are illustrated and described preferred embodiments of invention. Referring now to drawings, where like numerals designate identical or corresponding parts throughout the referred views.

Structures constructed on pillars either above the ground or water with pathway parking put path amusement facility on both sides and buildings constructed on both sides. There can be commercial spaces down below the structure as well as on the path way.
The method of construction is briefly described as follows:
Constructing a platform on pillars of any length and width according to requirement. Entire load will be taken by the pillars constructed. The building is in raised position and in between the buildings there is a pathv/ay. By this construction one can avail space for storage or commercial purpose. More over monorail can be accommodated on top of the building for transport for the purpose of tourism.
A long stretch of bridge / flyover with vehicular traffic at the center footpath and car parking on both sides of the road and at the edges of the road. Business' complexes may be constructed. Basic amenities like electricity, water supply, telephone lines, and drainage facilities are provided throughout the 'stretch. This city planning architecture can save a lot of space and consequently the traffic conjunction can be eliminated. This architecture is useful for implementation in small towns where the development is staggered due to shortage of space.
The city planning architecture consisting of buildings constructed on top of pillars. The pillars will be at regular intervals. The number, of the pillars will depend on the load which the pillar will carry and will be accordance with the civil construction.
Various types of city planning architecture are shown so as to enable a person in the art to understand the invention and execute accordingly. The 'building at higher level enable town planners use ample ground space for various purposes.
The invention has been explained in relation to specific embodiment. It is inferred that the foregoing description is only illustrative of the present invention and it is not intended that the invention be limited or restrictive thereto. Many other specific embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to one skilled in the art from the foregoing disclosure. All substitution, alterations and modification of the present invention which come within the scope of the following claims are to which the present invention is readily susceptible without departing from the spirit of the invention.
The scope of the invention should therefore be determined not with reference to the above description but should be determined with' reference to appended claims along with full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.

Claims

1. City planning architecture built either above the ground level or above water level used for vehicular traffic or pathway with any type of buildings, park and entertainment amenities wherein the planning structure being built on plurality of pillars above ground or water with path way provisions for foot paths and amenities for parking, the said architecture being such that there is provided buildings on both sides, the said construction being lor commercial or business purposes, the said business complex contain all modern facilities including a monorail system at the top of buildings for the purpose of transport.
2. . City planning architecture built either above the ground level or above water level used for vehicular traffic or pathway with any type of buildings, park and entertainment amenities as claimed in claim I wherein number of pillars on which the building constructed depends on lite load.
3. City planning architecture built either above the ground level or above water level used for vehicular traffic or pathway with any type of buildings, park and entertainment amenities as claimed in claim 1 wherein there may be building at one end and a sea' shore on the other end.
