Abstract

An apparatus (10) for use in protecting an asset comprises one or more sheet members (12, 14) adapted to be located over an upper surface of an asset and secured between suitable anchors (68), preferably secured to the ground, hi one disclosed embodiment the apparatus (10) is modular and comprises a plurality of sheets (12, 14) releasably connected together via one or more interconnecting assemblies (16). In use, the apparatus (10) deflects high winds around and over the asset, thus preventing or reducing damage caused by high wind loading.
