Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés au traitement de données interactives relatives au foie. Un système vasculaire présentant une pluralité de branches vasculaires est obtenu. Les lignes médianes des branches vasculaires sont extraites et utilisées pour construire une représentation graphique du système vasculaire. Chaque branche vasculaire dans le système vasculaire peut être étiquetée sur la base de la représentation graphique.
