Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle dispersion de colorant en phase gel comprenant (a) un colorant en phase gel renfermant le produit de réaction (1) d'un constituant de matière réactive, (2) d'un colorant réactif, et (3) d'un agent de réticulation comprenant des groupes réactifs capables de former une liaison avec le constituant de matière réactive et le colorant réactif, et (b) un milieu de dispersion, ce milieu de dispersion pouvant être une dispersion à base aqueuse ou non aqueuse. La dispersion de colorant en phase gel de l'invention peut ensuite être mélangée avec des matières de revêtement classiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de compositions de revêtement comprenant une phase de liaison d'une dispersion à base aqueuse ou non aqueuse et une dispersion de colorant en phase gel, et notamment un procédé consistant (1) à préparer au moins une dispersion de colorant en phase gel comprenant un colorant en phase gel renfermant un produit de réaction (a) d'un constituant de matière réactive, (b) d'un colorant réactif, et (c) d'un agent de réticulation comprenant des groupes réactifs capables de former une liaison avec le constituant de matière réactive et le colorant réactif, en dispersion dans un milieu de dispersion, et (2) à mélanger la dispersion de colorant en phase gel avec des matières de revêtement classiques. Cette composition de revêtement peut également comprendre une ou plusieurs dispersions de colorant en phase gel indépendantes. L'invention se rapporte en outre à un procédé permettant d'obtenir un motif de faux-fini multicolore sur une surface au moyen d'une composition de revêtement polyphasique en une seule solution à base d'une dispersion de colorant en phase gel. L'invention concerne également un système de revêtement bicouche comprenant une couche de finition et une sous-couche, la couche de finition étant une dispersion en phase aqueuse comprenant une dispersion de colorant en phase gel contenant un colorant en phase gel renfermant (a) un produit de réaction (1) d'un constituant de matière réactive, (2) d'un colorant réactif, et (3) d'un agent de réticulation comprenant des groupes réactifs capables de former une liaison avec le constituant de matière réactive et le colorant réactif, et (b) un milieu de dispersion, la sous-couche étant une dispersion en phase aqueuse comprenant un ou plusieurs pigments hautement hydroabsorbants.
