Description

Description
NON-ROTATION ADVERTISING APPARATUS ATTACHED TO
CAR WHEEL
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel, more particularly to a non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel, which enable an emblem or a mark of a manufacturing company or an advertisement to be visible clearly with the naked eye in a stationary state, even when the rotation body is rotated, by being attached on a surface of rotational center of the rotation body such as a car wheel. Background Art
[2] A shielding cover is mounted on the surface of the rotation bodies such as a car wheel, an electric fan and others, which are mounted and rotated on a rotation axis. Accordingly, the shielding cover can clearly finish the appearance of the rotation bodies by shielding a fixture such as a bolt and othersfor fixing the rotation body to the rotation axis.
[3] A logo or an advertisement sentence for representing themanufacturing company is engraved on the surface exposed outward on the shielding cover for the rotation body, in order to provide public information of the manufacturing company, or anattachment on which the design or the advertisement sentence is printed is attached on the exposed surface. In particular, a wheel cover mounted to the car wheel is used as a kind of exterior material for improving the appearance of a car by integrating the exterior of the car wheel with the car body thereof.
[4] The shielding cover for the rotation body, in general, is made of light metals such as plastics or aluminum with a weaker strength because the shielding cover merely performs a function of shielding and does not have load directly from the rotation axis.
[5] However, the logo or the advertisement of the shielding cover can't be seen with the naked eye when the rotation body is rotated, since conventional shielding covers mounted to the rotation body such as a wheel cover of an automobile or a fan cover of theelectric fan are mounted to the rotation body and simultaneously rotated together with the rotation body.
[6] For instance, in the conventional wheel cover for an automobile, the emblem of themanufacturing company is engraved or attached on the surface of the wheel cover. Since the emblem is rotated together with the wheel at high speed and thus is invisible with the naked eye, the use thereof is still limited to the stationary state.
[7] Accordingly, Korean Utility Model Publication No. 2000-7039 discloses a non- rotation wheel cover capable of solving the above-mentioned problem of the conventional wheel cover for the automobile.
[8] The non-rotation wheel cover is fixed to a hub of the wheel by the fixture which is equipped with a balance weight under the center thereof and includes a lubricating unit composed of rotation friction materials made of carbon and fixing friction materials made of chinaware so that theemblem or the advertisement attached on the surface can be visible with the naked eye in a stationary state without rotation, with balancing of the balance weight and lubricating of the lubricating unit, even when the wheel is rotated.
[9] However, the conventional non-rotation wheel cover does not make the advertisement on the surface thereof seen clearly, because it can't maintain a completely stationary state, for instance, bymoving back and forth during driving or rotating along with the wheel in a terrible case, caused by a lubricating limit of the lubricating unit and the air resistance flowing at high speed on the surface thereof. Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution
[10] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a non-rotation apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel, which enables an emblem or an advertisement to be clearly visible with the naked eye in a perfect stationary condition, even when a rotation body is rotated, by being attached on the surface of the rotation body such as a car wheel and an electric fan.
[11] In order to achieve this object, there is provided with a non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel, according to the present invention, which comprises a disk shaped case, a plurality of coupling links formed around an outer circumference of the disk shapedcase and hung on a car wheel, a compression band for contacting closely the disk shaped case with the car wheel by coupling with the coupling link, a signboard coupled with the coupling link for forming a weight part on its one side, a cover coupled with the coupling link and made of transparent materials for surrounding and preventing the signboard, and an antifriction part for preventing the disk shaped case, the signboard and the cover from being contacted with each other.

[27] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the non-rotation apparatus detachably mounted to the car wheel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[28] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel in an assembled state according to the embodiment ofthe present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a non- rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an expanded cross-sectional view illustrating a part A according to the embodiment of the present invention. Additionally, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating another embodiment of the part A according the present invention.
[29] A non-rotation advertising apparatus detachably mounted to a car wheel 1 according to the present invention may comprise a disk shaped case 10, a signboard 20 for fixing the center thereof to a bearing 60 equipped in the center of the disk shaped case 10,and a cover 30 coupled with the disk shaped case 10 while surrounding the signboard 20.
[30] The disk shaped case 10 mounted to the center of a rotation body such as the car wheel is formed as a disk shape, which looks round and flat like a dish, using plastic materials. A bearing core 11 to be coupled with the bearing 60 is projected and formed on the center of the disk shaped case. A guide groove 12 is formed around the circumference on the front surface of the disk shaped case 10. A plurality of coupling link 13 for coupling with the cover 30 is formed in an inner side of the guide groove 12.
[31] The guide groove 12 is formed as a semi-circle or a rectangle shape. The guide groove 20 formed as the rectangle shape will now be explained as an example. The guide groove 20 is formed as a step shape. An o-ring 80 to be described below is interposed between the step surfaces formed in a lower portion, and a step surface of the cover 30, which is dealt with in more detail below, is interposed between the step surfaces formed in an upper portion.
[32] Additionally, a guide groove 12a, in which a female screw is made, is formed on one side of a surface on which the case 10 and the cover 30 are contacted with each other, and a protrusion 33, on which a male screw is made, is formed on another side of the surface. Thus, the case 10 may be coupled with the cover 30. Also, the guide groove 12a and the protrusion 33 may be formed reversely to each other.
[33] A coupling link 40 coupled with a car wheel 100 is formed around the outer circumference of the disk shaped case, and is made of an elastic body of metal materials. Referring to FIGs. 6 and 7, a coupling groove 41 formed as "D" shape is cut and formed inward or outward in one side of the coupling link 40.
[34] Further, the coupling link 40 can be detachably mounted by being curved as the shape of a compression band 50. However, an example of being coupled with the compression band 50 by making the mounted groove 41 formed inward of the coupling link 40 will now be explained.
[35] The compression band 50 inserted into the mounted groove 41 is formed in a single body or formed so that a part of the compression band 50 is cut. A fixing groove 51 is formed as a circle shape in a cut end thereof. Also, the compression band 50 may be- constructed by cutting into one or more parts instead of a part. An example of the compression band 50 into which only one end is cut will now be explained.
[36] Moreover, the compression band 50 is effective to make as elastic materials, and is formed in various shapes, such as a circle or a polygon.
[37] Further, the fixing grooves 51 in the compression band 50 are coupled by a bolt and a nut as a coupling unit for coupling the compression band 50. If the bolt is fastened, the coupling groove 41 connected with the compression band 50 is closed inward. At this time, a coupling power is more and more increased by making the coupling link 40 closed toward a car wheel 100.
[38] The signboard 20, which is inserted into the bearing 60 equipped in the center of the disk shaped case 10, is a circular plate that the emblem or the advertisement sentence are engraved on its front surface or printed attachment thereof is attached. A bearing hole 21 is formed in the center of the signboard 20. It is desirable that an inner circumference of the bearing hole 21 is made of metal materials in consideration with friction or formed by being equipped with a specific metal ring.
[39] Moreover, a weight part 22 made of metal materials is installed in one side of the signboard 20, and is formed such that an installed place of the weight part 22 is always headed downward, irrespective of whether the disk shaped case 10 is rotated or not.
[40] The cover 30 coupled with the circular case 10 while surrounding the signboard 20 is projected and formed of transparent materials of plastics. The guide groove 31 is formed in a place corresponding to the guide groove 12 of the disk shaped case 10. It is desirable that the guide groove 31 is formed as the same size and shape of the guide groove 12 formed in the disk shaped case 10.
[41] The coupling hole 32 isformed in the inner side of the cover 30 corresponding to the coupling hole 13 formed in the disk shaped case 10, and coupled with the disk shaped case 10 through the bolt.
