Description

"ARTIFICIAL LURE WITH REPLACEABLE LIVERY"
The present invention relates to an artificial lure with replaceable livery. More in particular, the invention relates to an artificial lure used in certain a 'igling techniques such as for example trolling, spinning and others.
BACKGROUND ART
As is known in different types of angling, in both freshwater and sea angling, particular artificial lures are used that simulate the movements of a fish in difficulty, thus attracting the attention of all the species of so-called predator fish thai try to attack it for defence or by instinct.
The prior-art lures include monoblock devices made of plastic or fabric, having different shapes, colours and dimensions similarly to what is known in naturo and according to the type of fish that they represent. The upper part of the body of the artificial fish often has much more garish colours than natural colours in order to be more visible, exploiting to the full the vaπεitions that the colours undergo, depending on the conditions of the water and the liijht.
In consideration of this phenomenon, during angling sessions anglers often change lure until they find the one that is instinctively considered to b€ most advantageous and therefore to be the most enticing on the basis of the quantity of light and the depth at which it is made to work.
Changing a lure is, as is known, a significant drawback for the angler because of the structure of the lure and the hooking thereof to the line through a knot.
Artificial lures are in fact generally characterised by the fact that they are provided in the front part with a plastic or metal blade that is more or less tilted with rospect to the rest of the body, which has the object of making them sink and givin<; them an irregular movement exploiting friction with the water.
Above the part known as the "blade" they have a steel ring to which the I ne is fixed through the knot. Furthermore, still according to the prior art, at the end or on the belly the1,, have steel rings to which are connected hooks with several tips, or single hooks intended to keep the fish still once it has bitten, enabling it to be pulled aboard as the line is retrieved. It is clear that the changing of the lure by the angler assumes a series of small and tiring operations that require using both hands to free the lure from all the hooks associated therewith and undoing and retying the knot connecting to the line. These tasks are often performed in particularly uncomfortable and inconvenient contexts, in an unstable boat, with wet, freezing hands that are therefore not very sensitive and not very inclined to perform precise movements so that the angler is often forced to forgo this replacement with clear compromising of the final result. It is thus clear that there is a need to dispose of a type of artificial lure that enables the operator to rapidly replace the lure according to conditions of light and sea in the most diverse and difficult environmental conditions.
On the basis of what is indicated above it is known that the range of available artificial lures for imitating a given shape and size of fish is in function of the livery colour that is the most influential part of power of attraction. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to meet the need to have artificial lures available that are easily replaceable even in conditions of inconvenient angling, according to the invention, it is proposed to make an artificial lure in two parts, that are mutually paired, one of which, corresponding to the livery, having variable colours and shades, and the other being hooked to the fixed line and being intended to contain the mechanism that enables the coupling and uncoupling of the parts of livery to be achieved and hooking to the line to be maintained.
Therefore it is an object of the invention an artificial lure with replaceable livery having at least a line-hooking element and hooks characterised in that it consists of: a lower portion and a upper portion that are complementary and mutually paired at the transverse axis thereof, connecting means of the elastic spring means, cavities for housing and locking said locking means of elastic spring type. Preferably the artificial lure with replaceable livery further comprises pin means for quick release, more preferably provided with a spiral spring. Preferably said lower portion provides a cavity along the median longitudinal axis for housing said quick-release pin means intended to slide in a longitudinal direction.
More preferably said upper portion provides a housing cavity for said spring means. More preferably said cavity for housing said spring is arranged along the median longitudinal axis aligned on said cavity for housing the pin.
In a particular embodiment said cavity has two symmetrical cavities for housing the spring in operating conditions, with locking and end-stroke function. In an alternative embodiment the artificial lure includes surface cavities on the surface of said upper part at said spring hooking means.
Preferably said elastic spring means are baffle springs, more preferably positioned at the edge of said upper portion.
In a preferred embodiment said cavities for engaging said elastic spring means are provided at the edge of said lower portion.
In a preferred embodiment said lower portion is provided with means for hooking to the line and to the hooks.
The present invention will now be disclosed by way of non-limitative example with reference to the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a side view of the artificial lure according to the present composed innovation, ready for use;
Fig. 2 shows a side view of the lure in Figure 1 with the upper part detached for replacement;
Fig. 3 shows a partially sectioned side view of the lure with the upper part detached in the initial phase of engagement with the lower portion;
Fig. 4 shows a partially sectioned side view of the lure with the upper part detached during the final phase of engagement with the lower portion;
Fig. 5 shows a side section view of the lure hooked in the use position;
Fig. 6 shows a partially sectioned side view of the hooked lure with the pushbutton depressed for release.
Figure 7 shows an exploded view of an alternative embodiment of the artificial lure according to the invention.
As can be noted from Figure 1 the artificial lure 1 according to the present invention is substantially formed of two complementary parts: a lower part 2 and an upper replaceable - livery - part 3.
The lower part, as more clearly visible in Figure 2, carries within itself both the mechanism 4 for releasing the upper part and the hooking means 5 for hooking to the line, whilst in the internal part of the upper portion 3 the housing cavity 6 of the hooking mechanism 4 is obtained. As can be noted from Figure 3, said mechanism 4 substantially comprises a pin 7 provided with a spring 8 intended to move in a longitudinal direction at the centre line of the lure having a first end portion protruding slightly with respect to the surface of the artificial fish and a second end 9 intended to engage with an elastic spring element 10.
The latter is designed to be pushed by the pin 7 and housed inside the cavity 6 delimited by the mixtilinear profile terminating with tilted portions 11 and 11 '. By pushing the pin 7 at the end thereof protruding from the surface of the lower part 2 of the lure, the opposite end 9 thereof causes deformation of the elastic element 10 that by sliding on the tilted surfaces 11 and 11' of the cavity 6 lodges inside it and is kept there in position as more clearly visible in Figure 5. The mixtilinear profile of the cavity 6 defines two symmetrical seats 12 and 12' arranged in a longitudinal direction, with a substantially rectangular profile the short sides of which act as an abutting element for the spring 10 in the closed position.
It is clear from Figure 5 and from Figure 6 that the replacement of the upper livery portion 2, to adapt it to various light conditions, can occur in a very simple and quick manner through simple pressing of the pin 7, which causes deformation of the spring 10 and therefore exiting from the cavities 12 and 12' and replacement of the portion 3.
Alternatively to the spring 10 and to the pin 7, equivalent devices can be used that are intended to perform the same function provided that they enable secure coupling of the two portions even when they are subjected to significant forces and are intended to avoid any possible accidental detachment. The embodiment illustrated in Fig. 7 is an example of this in which the artificial lure 1 according to the present invention consists substantially of an upper portion 3' and a lower portion 2' in which the baffle spring hooking means 4' is provided on the upper portion 3' and engages in corresponding cavities 20' provided in the lower portion 2'. The detachment of the portion 3' with respect to the lower portion occurs by exerting slight pressure at the baffle springs 4' so that they exit the seats 2', thus freeing the portion 3'.
According to the present innovation the lure 1 is associated with diverse possible embodiments of the upper portion 2, which embodiments are also provided with the same type of cavity intended to engage with the portion in the manner disclosed above.
