Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de stabilisation (10) spinale postérieure dynamique pouvant être utilisé pour stabiliser une partie spinale, en général, une région lombaire. Ledit dispositif comprend des vis pédiculaires (12) pouvant être vissées dans des trous alésés dans des vertèbres respectives. Un câble souple (14) connecte les têtes saillantes (26) des vis les unes aux autres, une structure d'espacement (16) étant placée entre lesdites têtes de vis. Cette structure d'espacement est utilisée pour régler la distance entre les têtes de vis et présente une longueur, de préférence, télescopiquement réglable.
