Abstract
Base acuosa no láctea, caracterizada porque comprende péptidos, glúcidos y una especie de fermento, en estado vivo ó latente, estando la base esencialmente libre de productos inhibidores de la fermentación de la especie de fermento. La invención también comprende la base acuosa fermentada obtenida a partir de la fermentación de ésta, los refrescos que contengan la base acuosa o la base acuosa fermentada. La invención también comprende un procedimiento de obtención de preparados alimenticios a partir de la citada base acuosa.
