Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de contrôle et de diagnostic associée à un outil pneumatique pour l'usinage de surfaces, cette unité comprenant un détecteur de pression d'alimentation (6) conçu pour mesurer la pression de l'air acheminé vers l'outil, un circuit électronique (9) destiné à compter et mémoriser le temps de sortie de la pression d'alimentation, et au moins un dispositif indicateur (8) conçu pour indiquer l'instant auquel le temps de sortie dépasse un temps prédéterminé, d'où la nécessité de réaliser une maintenance pour l'outil. Un afficheur (7) permet d'afficher la pression d'alimentation détectée par le détecteur de pression (6). Un dispositif d'interface (14) peut être utilisé pour communiquer des informations à une unité centrale externe.
