Description

EJECTOR FOR DENTIFRICE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an ejector for dentifrice, and more particularly to a dentifrice ejector which can discharge a proper amount of dentifrice with a single-time operation of a button portion.
Background Art Generally, dentifrice is contained a tubular container. People brush their teeth frequently or two or three times per day in a chain of the hygiene of the mouth for maintaining the healthy teeth and clean buccal cavity. A variety of technologies including structure of a toothbrush, component of dentifrice or dental cream or paste, a toothbrush container, etc., are originated and are being used since a long ago in an effort of enabling users to brush their teeth more hygienically and conveniently.
The dentifrice made of a paste form is filled in a flexible tubular container or tube. An ejection outlet through which dentifrice is discharged is closed with a cap or cover. In this case, the upper portion of the tube which is close to the ejection outlet is pressed to get dentifrice. As an amount of dentifrice becomes little, a user should rub the container or tube from the lower side of the container or tube to the upper side thereof, or roll the lower end portion, in order to squeeze the remaining dentifrice from the container or tube. Such a squeezing method may cause considerable inconveniences each time people brush their teeth.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Hereinbelow, a dentifrice ejector according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be describedwith reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to FIGs .1 through 5C, a dentifrice ejector according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
A fitting portion 1 is formed in a body 2 and is fitted with an ejection outlet 101 of dentifrice. An upper plate 5 has a dentifrice inlet hole 3 which adheres closely to the ejection outlet 101 of a tooth paste tube 100 and receives the influx of dentifrice at the lower end of the body and a dentifrice cut-out 4 which blocks the dentifrice and slides horizontally. The dentifrice flowed in into the dentifrice inlet hole 3 of the upper plate 5 is charged in a charge unit 6. A lower plate 9 has a discharge hole 7 in which a dentifrice is discharged on the bottom of the charge unit 6 and a dentifrice interception piece 8 blocking a dentifrice . A pressure member 10 is adopted in one side of the charge unit 6 in order that dentifrice can discharged out to the discharge hole 7 of the lower plate 9, when the dentifrice which has been charged in the charge unit β is slidably pressed at one side of the charge unit 6. A guide unit 11 guides the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 9 to slidably move horizontally. A horizontal feed member 12 has a taper portion 13 which makes the upper plate 5, the lower plate 9, and the pressure member 10 move horizontally when the tapered portion 13 formed in one side is pressurized. An elastic member 14 elastically supports the upper plate 5, the lower plate 9, and the pressure member 10. A pressurization member 16 has a button portion 15 and which is pressurized by a spring in order that the horizontal feed member 12 moves horizontally when the tapered portion 13 of the horizontal feed member 12 is pressed. A dentifrice squeeze device 23 has a pair of rollers 20 pressing the tooth paste tube 100 in which the pair of rollers 20 are installed in an escalation member 22 so as to be rotated in a gear with which a pair of gears 21 are engaged. An elastic body 25 forcibly drops the dentifrice squeeze device by an elastic restoring force or elastic support force.
Here, the dentifrice ejector according to the present invention further includes a deterrence unit 30 which deters the rear end of the pressurization member 16, in which the deterrence unit 30 moves back and forth when a lever 31 is screw-connected with the deterrence unit 30.
The operation and function of the dentifrice ejector having the above-described structure according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below.
The dentifrice ejection outlet 101 of a dentifrice container or tube 100 is fitted into the fitting portion 1 which is formed in the body 2 of the dentifrice ejector according to the present invention. Thereafter, the dentifrice squeeze device 23 is accommodated in the upper portion of the body 2 so as to be slid. That is, the dentifrice squeeze device 23 is accommodated in the upper portion of the body 2, so that the end of the dentifrice container or tube called a tooth paste bottle is pressed by a pair of the rollers 20 as shown in FIG. 2.
Of course, the elastic body 25 pulls the dentifrice squeeze device 23 compulsorily by the elastic restoring force.
This pulling operation of the dentifrice squeeze device 23 bythe elastic body 25 is identical to that of squeezing the dentifrice such as the toothpaste contained in the dentifrice container or tube. In this way, the squeezed dentifrice is contained or filled in the charge unit 6 through the upper plate 5 as shown in FIG. 5A. If the button portion 15 of the pressurization member 16 gets to be pressed in the state, the pressurization member 16 advances and pressurizes the horizontal feed member 12 which contacts with a taper the pressurization member 16. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5B, the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 9 move by the push of the horizontal feed member 12.
If the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 9 move by the push of the horizontal feed member 12 in this way, the dentifrice ejection outlet 101 is blocked from the dentifrice cut-out 4 of the upper plate 5 and the dentifrice discharge hole 7 formed in the lower plate 9 opens the lower end of the charge unit 6.
The pressure member 10 pressing a dentifrice is pushed by the horizontal feed member 10 to then squeeze the dentifrice after or in the process of opening the lower end of the charge unit 6. Thereafter, if the button portion 15 is depressed, the pressurizationmember 16 receiving a pressure tensionedby the spring returns to the original position. Accordingly, the upper plate 5, the lower plate 9, and the pressing member 10 which are pressurized by the elastic member 14 return to the original positions, respectively. As described above, a dentifrice can be ejected on a one-touch method, to accordingly allow a fixed quantity of dentifrice to be ejected.
In order to increase an ejection amount of dentifrice, the lever 31 which is combined with the deterrence unit 30 by means of the screw 32 is, for example, made to rotate clockwise, and then the screw 32 is made to rotate and to move to the rear side of the deterrence unit 30. In this case, the pressurization member 16 presses the button portion 15, and then presses the button portion 15 more deeply. The pressure member 10 deeply presses the charge unit 6 according to the press position. Accordingly, an ejection amount of dentifrice is increased.
As described above, a dentifrice can be conveniently squeezed with a single-time pressure of a button in the case of the dentifrice ejector according to the present invention. The deterrence unit 30 interrupting the back end of the pressurizationmember 16 andthe lever 31 combinedwith the deterrence unit 30 by means of the screw 32 are made to rotate together. The deterrence unit 30 moves back and forth to thus control the pressurization position of the pressurizationmember 16. Therefore, the ejection amount of dentifrice can be conveniently controlled.
In the case of the dentifrice squeeze device 23, the pair of rollers 20 are installed in the escalation member 22 so as to be rotated in a gear with which the pair of gears 21 are engaged. The dentifrice squeeze device 23 is connected to the elastic body 25. Therefore, the dentifrice is charged in the charge unit 6 to then be dentifrice which is ready to be discharged.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to a particularly preferred embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention provides a dentifrice ejector which can discharge a proper amount of dentifrice with a single-time operation of a button portion.
