Abstract
The present invention relates to a removing device a lime ingredient from a circulation aggregate by neutralizing alkali cleansing water after supplying carbonic acid gas to the cleansing water, and more particularly, to a lime ingredient removing device using a carbonic acid gas from a circulation aggregate and a method thereof to be used in a freezing day by supplying hot water and by burning up a useless material using a boiler supplying carbonic acid gas with chemical freely. Simultaneously, to remove a lime ingredient from a circulation aggregate (wet production process, dry production process) by neutralizing the potential of hydrogen PH of recycle cleansing water by supplying carbonic acid gas to the cleansing water. In the present invention the circulation aggregate can be produced via a process comprising the steps of supplying the circulation aggregate; supplying carbonic acid gas produced at boiler burning the useless tree or combustible stuff to water tank; neutralizing strong alkali recycle water by ejecting carbonic acid gas supplying to water tank using many acid radical pipes; ejecting neutralized recycle cleansing water to circulation aggregate via water ejection device.

A LIME ELEMENT CLEARING METHOD OF REVIVAL AGGREGATE MAKE USE OF CARBONIC ACID GAS AND
THAT EQUPMENT
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a removing device a lime ingredient from a circulation aggregate by neutralizing alkali cleansing water after supplying carbonic acid gas to the cleansing water, and more particularly, to a lime ingredient removing device using a carbonic acid gas from a circulation aggregate and a method thereof to be used in a freezing day by supplying hot water and by burning up a useless material using a boiler supplying carbonic acid gas with chemical freely. Simultaneously, to remove a lime ingredient from a circulation aggregate (wet production process, dry production process) by neutralizing the potential of hydrogen PH of recycle cleansing water by supplying carbonic acid gas to the cleansing water. [2] Generally, a circulation aggregate is called as a recycled aggregate. It is produced to be reused by separating after crashing a disuse concrete or useless material.
[3] The raw materials of cement are a limestone and clay. They are obtained by putting in the fire in condition of 14000C after shattering in the weight ratio of 4: 1. The principal ingredient is an oxidation lime.
[4] The concrete is stuff for construction work or public work. After mixing thin aggregate and thick aggregate and cement and water, it becomes hard to be an inorganic matter. The cement of the concrete reacts to water and makes the oxidation lime to be a lime hydroxide, therefore the concrete shows alkali (pH 12-13).
[5] The circulation aggregate is produced by separating after crashing the crapped concrete. The main ingredients of the circulation aggregate are lime hydroxide and aggregate as the main ingredient of concrete. The circulation aggregate does not match the conditions of the superiority aggregate are density and absorption rate. Therefore, it can not be used for a construction aggregate, but is used for cheap stuff.
[6] However, if the hydroxide lime adhered to aggregate of the useless concrete got removed effective, the aggregate would be used for the construction aggregate as like natural aggregate. If the circulation aggregate can be used for the use of natural aggregate, the coefficient of utilization would be enlarged. The prior art for the circulation aggregate producing method produces the circulation aggregate by separating after crashing. This technique can produce enormous volume of the circulation aggregate. However, the removing of hydroxide lime from cement is not
accomplished effectively. So, it is not appropriate for the construction aggregate.
[7] The other method for producing circulation aggregate is washing in the processing of manufacturing the circulation aggregate via supplying cleaning water to remove hydroxide lime from cement. This technique does not dump the cleaning water but reuse after gathering in water tank. The water is strong alkali because it includes lime ingredient. Therefore, even though the increasing the number of washing times, the lime ingredient is not removed. Without reusing cleaning water is too expensive to produce the circulation aggregate.
[8] Methods for producing thee circulation aggregate are developed in America and
Japan. The first method is after heating the useless concrete to 3000C, and shocking to aggregate. The second method is filling aggregate to a sealed water tank, moisture percolating into recycled aggregate through the condition of vacuum and decompression. The third method is after inputting aggregate into a drum, and removing mortar attached to the surface of aggregate by rotating the drum. The other method is settling the useless aggregate to a water tank and blowing air drops at the lower part of the water tank, and separating aggregate from mortar using the density difference. [9] The object of the present invention is to produce natural sand or circulation aggregate being used as construction aggregate by removing lime ingredient via supplying cleansing water after neutralizing recycle cleansing water by supplying carbonic acid gas generated in the process of burning up the useless tree or combustible stuff.
[10] The other object of the present invention is to reduce the pollution in the process of burning up the useless tree or combustible stuff.
[11] The other object of the invention is to make it possible to work in the freezing day by supplying. Technical Solution
[12] The present invention supplies hot water to hot water pipes (11, 12) by circulating and the useless tree and combustible stuff being burn up to a boiler(lθ). The carbonic acid gas generated at the boiler(lθ) is gathered to carbonic acid gas supplier(20) through one or many carbonic acid gas inhalation hole(21). It is supplied to a pipe(24) from each valve(23) via a distributor (22).
[13] The carbonic acid gas distributed to the pipe(24) can neutralize the cleansing recycle water stored in a water tank(30) by ejection through many acid radical pipe(31) established at the inside of the water tank(30).
[14] The cleansing recycle water stored in the water tank(30) is gathered after cleansing
the circulation aggregate. There are 1.5g hydroxide limes per 1 liter in the cleansing water. It shows strong alkali (pH 12-13). When the carbonic gas is ejected through the acid radical pipe, the insoluble carbonic acid lime is produced by reaction between the hydroxide lime and carbonic acid gas. Therefore the cleansing water is changed from alkali cleansing water to neutral cleansing water. It is shown in chemical equations 1 and 2 as below.

[19] The range of ejection by one acid radical pipe (31) established at the water tank(30) storing the cleansing recycle water is almost 1 meter. The present invention has 22 acid radical pipes.
[20] The cleansing recycled water neutralized at the water tank (30) is supplied to a ejection cleansing device (40) and blending cleansing device (60) through a water supplying pipe (32) and removes lime ingredient from the circulation aggregate.
[21] The ejection cleansing device (40) supplied circulation aggregate produced at circulation aggregate production device (50) through a supplying belt (47).
[22] The circulation aggregate supplied through the supplying belt (47) is supplied in rotating method due to the mesh (42) established as like belt at the inside of the body (49).
[23] When the circulation aggregate is supplied to the mesh (42), many ejection pipes
(43) are connected to the water supplying pipe (32). There are many ejection holes (46) with regular intervals at the lower part through the connecting hole (44) at the ejection pipe (43). The water ejection device (41) ejects the cleansing recycle water toward the circulation aggregate supplied to the mesh (42).
[24] The cleansing recycle water supplied through the ejection hole (46) of the water ejection device (41) can removes lime ingredient. The cleansing recycle water is supplied as cleansing water including carbonic acid gas and neutralized at the water tank (30).
[25] The lime ingredient is removed via the ejection cleansing device (40). The circulation aggregate is supplied to the blending cleansing device (60). The blending cleansing device (60) has supplying device (61) and supplies circulation aggregate to a hoper (62) and tank (64).
[26] The recycle cleansing water is supplied to the tank (64). Many blending wings (65) established at a rotation axis (63) blend the circulation aggregate in sink under water and remove lime ingredient from the circulation aggregate.
Advantageous Effects
[27] The present invention can produce natural sand or circulation aggregate being used as construction aggregate by removing lime ingredient via supplying cleansing water after neutralizing recycle cleansing water by supplying carbonic acid gas generated in the process of burning up the useless tree or combustible stuff. [28] The present invention supplies the carbonic acid gas produced in the processing of burning up the useless tree and combustible stuff to the water tank. The sub sulphuric acid gas, chlorine gas, dioxin produced in the processing of burning up reacts with hydroxide lime melted in cleansing water and be changed a chemical free stuff. [29] The present invention uses the heat generated in the processing of burning up and supplies hot water to prevent the tank to be frozen and can be applied to a wet system. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [48] The present invention supplies the circulation aggregate by establishing the ejection cleansing device (40) and blending cleansing device (60) sequentially. The present
invention removes the lime ingredient from the circulation aggregate by suppying recycle cleansing water to the circulation aggregate. It can be used as the construction
(concrete) aggregate material. [49] The boiler (10) burns the useless tree and combustible stuff. The carbonic acid gas is supplied to the water tank (30) by the ejection pipe (31). The present invention resolves the controversial problem of the wet system. [52] The present invention uses carbonic acid gas. Without the useless tree or combustible stuff, it uses oil or gas. The carbonic lime sludge can be collected by a filter press.
Mode for the Invention [53] According to the method of the removing lime ingredient from circulation aggregate using the carbonic acid gas, circulation aggregate can be produced without lime ingredient by the process as below. [54] In the process of producing the circulation aggregate separately by assorting after crashing the concrete,

[56] supplying carbonic acid gas produced at boiler burning the useless tree or combustible stuff to water tank; [57] neutralizing strong alkali recycle water by ejecting carbonic acid gas supplying to water tank using many acid radical pipes; [58] ejecting neutralized recycle cleansing water to circulation aggregate via water ejection device.
Industrial Applicability [59] The present invention supplies to remove a lime ingredient from a circulation aggregate by supplying carbonic acid gas neutralizes the potential of hydrogen pH of recycle cleansing water by supplying carbonic acid gas to the cleansing water and burns the combustible stuff without pollution by a boiler providing the carbonic acid gas and uses hot water in the process of the burning up.
Claims
[1] a lime ingredient removing device using a carbonic acid gas from a circulation aggregate comprising: a carbonic acid gas provider supplying carbonic acid gas to a carbonic acid gas inhalation hole by inhaling, wherein the carbonic acid gas generated when a boiler to burn up a useless tree and a combustible useless material; a water tank neutralizing an strong alkali recycle water by injecting carbonic acid gas using an acid radical pipe through a pipe connected to the carbonic acid gas provider; a water ejection device supplying the neutralized water of the water tank to a water supply pipe, wherein many ejection pipes are connected to the water supply pipe and an ejection hole established at a lower part of the water supply pipe; an ejection cleansing device providing the circulation aggregate removed the lime ingredient by repeatedly ejecting the recycle water to the circulation aggregate, wherein the circulation aggregate is provided to a mesh and the water ejection device established at the ejection cleansing device.
[2] The lime ingredient removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the boiler has a hot water pipe providing the hot water to the water tank, the ejection cleansing device and blending cleansing device and can be used in freezing days.
[3] The lime ingredient removing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the carbonic acid gas provider has a carbonic acid gas inhalation hole connected to the boiler and provides the carbonic acid gas to an ejection pipe through many pipes, wherein the carbonic acid gas is ejected to the water tank.
[4] The lime ingredient removing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the water ejection device comprises: a supplying pipe established at the lower part of the water ejection device via a connecting hole at many ejection pipe connected to the water supply pipe, and an ejection hole ejecting the recycle water to the circulation aggregate, wherein the ejection hole is established at the front part of the supplying pipe .
[5] The lime ingredient removing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the ejection cleansing device comprises many water ejection device and many blending wings connected to the supplier and water tank.
[6] The lime ingredient removing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the boiler producing carbonic acid gas removes pollutants via lime ingredient.
