Abstract

A gaseous fuel powered Tiki torch (20). The Tiki torch (20) may be mounted on a shock corded pole (26) or a table-top base. A tip switch (50) is provided which turns off fuel flow when the Tiki torch is tilted beyond a certain angle. A cover (24) is provided to keep the torch free of debris and moisture. A burner tip (140) has a cross section of an X, and the burner includes a deflector (142) mounted below the burner tip.
