Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung der Glucose-Konzentration in Gewebeflüssigkeit (40), womit in einer durch Mikrodialyse, Mikroperfusion oder Ultrafiltration (Sonde 10) erhaltenen Probenflüssigkeit (42) Messwerte für Glucose und für eine endogene Referenzsubstanz erfasst werden (Sensor 12) und der Glucosewert nach Maßgabe des Messwerts für die Referenzsubstanz korrigiert wird. Hier wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Wiederfindungsrate für Glucose aus einer nichtlinearen Beziehung zu der Wiederfindungsrate für die ionische Referenzsubstanz bestimmt und der Glucose-Messwert damit korrigiert wird, und dass zudem die Konzentration von Lactat und/oder Pyruvat als weitere Referenzsubstanz in der Probenflüssigkeit zur weiteren Korrektur herangezogen wird.
