目前便携式音箱在实际使用中存在的缺点-

由于便携音箱构造的局限性,人们定性的将耳机作为随身听的必要对象,而 耳机在使用时也存在一些问题:
1 ) 大量实验数据表明, 耳机长期使用时对听觉神经有不良影响。 当用耳塞 式耳机听音乐时间稍长的时候(一般为较短 15分钟, 较长一两个小时)会觉得 耳窝疼痛, 这是因为耳塞长时间压抑耳窝内的敏感神经所致。
2) 耳机的局限性问题。 使用人用耳机收听音乐, 只是单纯一个人享受, 而 旁边的人是无法同时欣赏的。此外, 用耳机是不具临场的真实感和震撼感的。例 如, 人在音乐厅欣赏现场奏乐, 当听到鼓声的时候, 还可以从肉体和心灵上感觉 到鼓声的震撼。这种从听觉肉体、 心灵上同时获得的感觉, 就是临场感。而这种 临场感只有通过音箱的声音再造才能接近完善的模拟出来。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种贴身式立体声便携音箱,使用者可以随时随地将 该音箱携带在身上欣赏音乐,而且可令使用者欣赏到该音箱所发出的理想的立体 声效果。
为达上述目的,本发明提供的一种贴身式立体声便携音箱,包括一对具有内 置电源的有源立体声音箱,所述的两个音箱分别固定在一条可穿挂在人的两个肩 膀上的连结带上,两个音箱通过连结带连结后可固定在人的左、右胸前上方位置。 本发明音箱不用手提,不用寄放于其它随身物品中,而是用捆绑的方式将音箱穿 挂在身上, 可以始终不离不弃的跟随使用者, 使用非常方便。
作为本发明的进一步完善,本发明所述的两个音箱的侧面呈月牙状,音箱的 正面及背面均有一弧度,音箱的喇叭口设置在音箱正面的向上倾斜面上。本发明 中两个音箱的背面都具有一弧度, 因为人的身体有基本相同的人体曲线,所以音 箱的背面弧度是根据音箱贴身的部位曲线对应设计出来的,其作用是可以使音箱 在佩带时更为贴身,更为舒适。本发明中喇叭在音箱的安放位置有其讲究的地方, 这是因为本发明中音箱被固定于胸前特定位置, 假如喇叭的方向与普通音箱无 异, 都是面向正前方,这时喇叭所发出的最佳声场都往前面, 聆听者将无法获得 理想的喇叭声响;又假如喇叭设计在音箱的正上方直向耳朵,那么音箱的厚度又 增加了不少。为达到既能满足听觉效果又不会影响其箱体小巧的实用性质,喇叭 的安放位置设定在音箱的向上倾斜面上, 随箱体的弧度倾斜向上,再加上箱体贴 于身体也略为向上倾斜,因而当聆听者佩带在身上时,喇叭的方向基本指向耳朵, 按立体声原理分析, 该设计可使聆听者的双耳接收到较为理想的喇叭声场。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,本发明所述的连结带由四段组成,第一段连结 带固定一个音箱, 第二段连结带固定另一音箱, 第一、二段连结带均呈环状排列 于左右两侧, 第三段连结带在后部与第一、二段连结带连接, 第四段连结带在前 部与左右两个音箱连接。 以上的连结方式就可将两个音箱牢固地挂在身上。
作为本发明的进一步完善,本发明所述的连结带的任意一段上设有用于放置 音源的袋口。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,本发明所述的音源与左右两个音箱之间的线路 设置在连结带上。
作为本发明的进一步完善,本发明所述的连结带的第一、二和四段中均设置 有可调整长度的活动扣, 连结带的第四段上还设有方便佩带的开关扣。
与传统的便携式音箱相比, 本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、从便携意义的角度而言, 以往的便携音箱的便携性是因为体积轻盈小巧, 所以便于携带, 但携带的方式局限于手提或置于其它的随身物品中。 因此, 它们 与耳机或随身听的随身性是有区别的。现在本发明不用手提,不用寄放于其它随 身物品中, 是用捆绑的方式将音箱挂在身上, 可以始终不离不弃的跟随使用者。 从性能上分析, 本发明已从便携音箱的便携性发展到随身听行列的随身性。
2、 本发明从声效的角度而言, 它一改以往便携音箱只单纯便携而不便于携 带时欣赏的缺点,使便携音箱的立体声效果在实际使用中能尽情发挥,使聆听者 在使用中获得理想的立体声音乐, 大大提高了其声效的实用性。
3、 由于本发明可为聆听者保持较好的立体声效果, 所以在外界声音干扰较 少的情况下,可用本贴身式立体声音箱听音乐。它的声音效果并不差于用立体声 耳机听音乐,且用本发明音箱听音乐,可减少和避免因用耳机听音乐而对耳部神 经带来的伤害和疼痛。 下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图 5所示,本发明贴身式立体声便携音箱,包括一对具有内置电源的有源 立体声音箱 1, 两个音箱 1分别固定在一条可穿挂在人的两个肩膀上的连结带 2 上, 两个音箱 1通过连结带 2连结后可固定在人的左、右胸前上方位置。连结带 2的材料可选用弹力布或其它合成弹性材料, 其作用是对人在活动时所产生的拉 伸和变位起到延伸和复位的功效。
如图 2、 3所示, 本发明的两个音箱 1的侧面呈月牙状, 音箱的正面及背面 均有一弧度,音箱的喇叭口 3设置在音箱正面的向上倾斜面上。本发明中两个音 箱的背面都具有一弧度, 因为人的身体有基本相同的人体曲线,所以音箱的背面 弧度是根据音箱贴身的部位曲线对应设计出来的,其作用是可以使音箱在佩带时 更为贴身, 更为舒适。本发明中的喇叭 7在音箱的安放位置有其讲究的地方, 这 是因为本发明中音箱被固定于胸前特定位置, 假如喇叭的方向与普通音箱无异, 都是面向正前方,这时喇叭所发出的最佳声场都往前面,聆听者将无法获得理想 的喇叭声响; 又假如喇叭设计在音箱的正上方直向耳朵,那么音箱的厚度又增加 了不少。为达到既能满足听觉效果又不会影响其箱体小巧的实用性质,喇叭的安 放位置设定在音箱的向上倾斜面上,随箱体的弧度倾斜向上,再加上箱体贴于身 体也略为向上倾斜, 因而当聆听者佩带在身上时, 喇叭的方向基本指向耳朵, 按 立体声原理分析, 该设计可使聆听者的双耳接收到较为理想的喇叭声场。
图 4所示的是本发明的连结带的其中一种实施方式, 连结带 2由四段组成, 第一段连结带 21固定一个音箱, 第二段连结带 22固定另一音箱, 第一、二段连 结带均呈环状排列于左右两侧, 第三段连结带 23在后部与第一、 二段连结带连 接, 第四段连结带 24在前部与左右两个音箱连接。 连结的方式是希望达到音箱 紧贴于身体特定部位, 不会掉下, 不会偏移的效果。其方法是: 将两个音箱的适 当位置确定 (胸前上方位置), 首先将第一、 二段连结带分别在两个音箱箱体的 顶部接上, 垂直跨过肩部、背部、腋窝后返回胸前与箱体的底部接上, 然后再用 第三段连结带在背部将第一、二段连结带相连,最后再用第四段连结带将左右两 个箱体连接起来。连结带的组成方式可有多种,只要将两个音箱能牢固挂在人体 胸前上方位置均可。
如图 1、 4所示, 本发明的连结带 2的任意一段上设有用于放置音源的袋口 4。 该袋口 4可设计为一个弹力透明袋, 朝上方的一面用透明塑胶, 侧面用弹力 绳织成, 用于放置手机或 MP3, 也就是音源放置的地方。 在使用时人可以透过 透明塑胶直接选择音源的功能设置,侧面的弹力绳不仅可适应更大体型的手机内 置, 还可充分的留有空隙以适应各种角度的音源输出口。
本发明的音源与左右两个音箱之间的线路可设置在连结带上。因为音箱与音 箱之间是有线路相连的,所以线路可以通过音箱的连结带进行内置式相连,其内 置的方式是两箱体的线路由箱体顶部引出分别经第一、二段连结带至背后,在背 后与第三段连结带相接,最后在线路经过的连结带设计为双层中空,线路以波浪 的形状置于连结带的中空层内,此中空层的作用是保护音箱线路和避免因线路外 露引致对使用者的影响。
如图 1、 4所示, 本发明的连结带的第一、 二和四段 21、 22和 24中均设置 有可调整长度的活动扣 5, 连结带的第四段 24上还设有方便佩带的开关扣 6。
