Abstract

A display cabinet (10) includes a fiber optic cable (86) having a first fiber optic cable portion introduced into a raceway of a door fra (30), and divided into fiber optic cable groups. Each group exits the raceway and is connected to light distributors located along doo frame members to illuminate an interior area of the cabinet and products therein. Each light distributor includes a pair of wall portio formed at an angle, and light-emitting holes to which terminal end portions of individual fiber optic elements of each group are fastened. A pair of ribs are formed at a rear side of the wall portions for reinforcement and to fasten terminal ends of each fiber optic element thereto.
