Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un système d'implant du genou unicondylaire comportant dans un mode de réalisation un composant de genou fémoral unicondylaire ayant un unique rayon sagittal, un composant de support de tibial, et un composant de plateau tibial comprenant une quille d'auto-verrouillage. Le système d'implant du genou unicondylaire permet une technique chirurgicale simplifiée, une interchangeabilité complète entre différentes tailles, et un système d'implant compatible avec une chirurgie d'invasion minimale. La présente invention a également trait à un appareil pour la découpe d'un tibia, un stylet, un appareil pour la découpe du fémur, un appareil pour l'alignement d'un guide de découpe du fémur, et un clamp de cheville pour assister la chirurgie du genou unicondylaire. La présente invention a trait en outre é un procédé pour la préparation d'un condyle fémoral d'un fémur pour l'implantation d'un implant du genou fémoral unicondylaire. L'appareil pour la découpe d'un tibia comporte un guide de résection tibiale unicondylaire qui est apte à être relié de manière réglable à un guide d'alignement tibial unicondylaire et configuré pour fonctionner conjointement avec le guide espaceur tibial. L'appareil pour la découpe d'un fémur comporte un bloc d'espacement et un guide de découpe pour fonctionner conjointement avec le bloc espaceur.
