Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'organisation de vote secret dans lequel on enregistre un votant, on le dote d'un bulletin de vote, on lui assure la possibilité d'insérer dans le bulletin de vote un élément de marquage désignant le choix opéré et de placer par lui-même le bulletin rempli dans le dispositif automatisé de traitement de bulletins de vote. Dans ce dispositif, on effectue une identification automatique du bulletin, on classe le bulletin, selon les critères établis, comme étant non valable (il est alors doté d'un marquage de contrôle et placé dans un bac d'accumulation) ou comme étant valable (il est alors doté d'un marquage de contrôle identifiant le lieu de vote et le dispositif dans lequel le bulletin a été traité); on vérifie la conformité des éléments de marquage à un étalon d'image; on marque les bulletins non conformes comme non valables et on les place dans le bac d'accumulation; on trie les bulletins valables en fonction du choix. On forme selon un format établi des statistiques intermédiaires et des statistiques finales, qui sont transmises aux organes officiels de la campagne de vote en mode de session de courte durée. Le traitement des bulletins se fait dans la cavité interne du boîtier du dispositif automatisé, protégée contre tout accès non autorisé, à l'aide d'un ensemble de moyens matériels, logiciels et automatiques; les résultats du traitement sont sauvegardés.
