Abstract

The present invention relates to an injection assistance device (101) for an injection device (3) for injecting a product (25) into an injection site (27) , comprising a body (2), a needle (7) and a piston plunger (26) characterized in that it comprises at least : a hollow sleeve (104) provided with one bearing surface (105) to come into contact with the injection site (27) , the said sleeve (104) allowing the axial mobility of the body between an initial position and an insertion position in which the needle (7) is exposed by a predetermined length L, a sleeve tube (106) comprising coupling means (111, 146) intended to connect the sleeve tube to the piston plunger (26) or to the said body (2) automatic-injection means (111; 139) for causing a movement in the distal direction of the said coupling means (146) from the said insertion position to an injection position.
