Abstract

Vorrichtung zur Absorption eines Laserstrahls (7, 9), umfassend eine Absorptionsfläche (14), auf die der Laserstrahl (7, 9) auftreffen und zumindest teilweise absorbiert werden kann, Kühlmittel für die Kühlung der Absorptionsfläche (14) sowie Optikmittel (18), insbesondere in Form einer Zylinderlinse, zur Aufweitung des Laserstrahls (7, 9) vor dem Auftreffen auf die Absorptionsfläche (14). Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Abschwächung eines Laserstrahls (5) mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung zur Absorption eines Laserstrahls (7, 9).
