步 205、 集群系统网络侧接收到该请求后, 释放被当前正在讲话 的用户占用的上行組呼信道, 将该上行组呼信道分配给发送上行接入请 求的用户, 通过 NCH广播 UPLINK BUSY消息, 该消息携带有发送上 行接入请求的用户的优先级别信息, 发起该上行接入请求的用户可以通 过上行组呼信道进行讲话。
步驟 206、 该用户不能在上行组呼信道上通过随机接入过程向集群 系统网络侧发送上行接入请求, 当前进行讲话的用户继续占用上行组呼 信道。
从上述方案可以看出, 图 2所述的方案虽然给集群组内不同的用户 定义了优先级别, 也规定了集群组内高优先级别的用户可以抢占上行组 呼信道。 但是, 当集群組内高优先级别的用户抢占上行组呼信道时, 要 通过低优先级别用户正在进行讲话的上行組呼信道向集群系统网络侧 发起请求, 即所述的步驟 204, 集群系统网络侧由于正在对低优先级别 用户的讲话进行处理, 即对上行组呼信道收到的讲话进行处理和通过下 行组呼信道发送给集群组内的其他用户, 因 集群系统网络侧无法同时 正确收到并解调出用户通过同一上行组呼信道发送的上行接入请求, 无 论该用户的优先级别高低, 都无法实现集群組内用户上行抢占的过程。 更进一步地, 无法实现集群组内高优先级别的用户上行抢占的过程。
为了解决上述问题, 集群系统网絡侧在用户发起上行接入请求时, 为用户分配专用上行信道, 用户作为讲话方被集群系统网络侧指配到所 分配的专用上行信道进行讲话, 而不是被指配到已经建立好的上行组呼 信道进行讲话。 当集群组的其他用户进行上行抢占时, 通过没有被讲话 方占用的上行组呼信道向集群系统网络侧发送上行接入清求, 从而使集 群系统网络侧能够在通过专用上行信道接收讲话的同时, 接收到通过上 行组呼信道发送的上行接入倩求, 释放当前讲话方占用的专用上行信 道, 给该用户分配专用上行信道, 该用户再被集群系统网络侧指配到所 分配的专用上行信道进行讲话,最终完成该用户的上行抢占过程。 当然, 当集群组的其他用户进行上行抡占时, 要首先判断自身设置的优先级别 是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 才能发起上行抢占, 否则, 不能 发起上行抢占。 这样, 就可以实现高优先级别用户上行抢占的过程。
但是, 采用这种方案实现集群組中的用户的上行抢占过程, 特别是 实现集群组中的高优先级别用户的上行抢占过程却存在着缺点: 当集群 系统网络侧接收到上行接入请求后, 会给发送上行接入请求的用户分配 专用上行信道, 再将用户指配到所分配的专用上行信道进行讲话, 而不 直接将用户指配到已经建立好的上行组呼信道进行讲话, 这会增大用 户 , 特别是高优先级别用户的讲话时延。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种为集群组中的用'户指配 专用上行信道的方法, 该方法能够在不增加用户的讲话时延的情况下, 为用户指配专用上行信道用于讲话。 更近一步地, 该方法能够在不增加 高优先级别用户的讲话时延的情况下, 为高优先级别用户指配专用上行 信道用于讲话。
根据上述目的, 本发明的具体方案是这样实现的:
一种为集群组中的用户指配专用上行信道的方法, 集群系统网絡侧 在集群组组呼建立时给集群组分配上行组呼 4†道, 该方法包括:
集群系统网络侧在接收到用户发送的上行接入请求后, 将用户指配 到所分配的上行组呼信道讲话, 集群系统网络侧建立用于分配给用户的 专用上行信道, 当该专用上行信道建立好后, 将当前通过上行組呼信道 讲话的用户指配到该专用上行信道上讲话。
所述的集群系统网络侧是在用户接入集群组的过程中收到用户发送 的上行接入请求的。
所述的集群系统网络侧是在用户进行上行抢占的过程中收到用户发 送的上行接入请求的。
为集群组中的用户设置优先级别, 在用户进行上行抢占的过程中, 所述集群系统网络侧在接收到用户发送的上行接入请求之前, 该方法还 包括:
集群系统网絡侧为讲话方分配专用上行信道讲话, 发送上行信道忙 消息和讲话方的优先级别信息;
用户接收到上行信道忙消息, 根据讲话方的优先级别信息判断自身 设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, .如果是, 发送上行接入请 求给集群系统网络侧, 集群系统网络侧执行接收到用户发送的上行接入 请求的步骤; 否则, 不发起上行抢占过程。
所述将用户指配到所分配的上行组呼信道讲话之前,该方法还包括: 集群系统网络侧舞放为讲话方分配的专用上行信道。
所述释放为讲话方分配的专用上行信道之前, 该方法还包括: 用户给集群系统网络侧发送的上行接入情求携带自身设置的优先级 别信息, 接收到该请求的集群系统网路侧根据该请求携带的优先级别信 息判断用户设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 执行 释放为讲话方分配的专用上行信道的步骤。
所述的上行信道忙的信息是集群系统网络侧通过下行消息发送的; 所述讲话方的优先级别信息是集群系统网络侧通过下行消息发送的。
所述用于发送上行信道忙的信息的下行消息与用于发送讲话方的优 先级别信息的下行消息为同一下行消息。
所述下行消息通过通知信道发送。
在所述根据讲话方的优先级别信息判断自身设置的优先级别是否高 于讲话方的优先级别之前, 该方法还包括:
用户判断所设置的用户的优先级别是否为集群组中的最低优先级 别, 如果是, 不发起上行抢占过程; 否则, 执行比较所设置的用户的优 先级别是否高于当前占用上行信道的用户的优先级别的步骤。
从上述方案可以看出, 本发明的集群系统网络侧在接收到用户发送 的上行接入请求后, 首先将用户指配到上行组呼信道进行讲话, 集群系 统网络侧建立专用上行信道用于分配给用户, 当专用上行信道建立好之 后, 再将当前通过上行組呼信道进行讲话的用户指配到专用上行信道上 进行讲话。 由于用户在发送上行接入请求后, 不需要等待集群系统网络 侧建立并分配专用上行信道, 而直接被指配到已经建立的上行组呼信道 进行讲话, 等到集群系统网络侧建立并分配好专用上行信道后, 再被重 新指配到所分配的专用上行信道进行讲话, 从而在不增加用户的讲话时 延的情况下, 为用户指配专用上行信道用于讲话。 更近一步地, 该方法 能够在不增加高优先级别用户的讲话时延的情况下, 为高优先级别用户 指配专用上行信道用于讲话。 附图简要说明

图 4为本发明将正在占用上行组呼信道进行讲话的用户重新指配到 所分配的专用上行信道的方法流程图。 实施本发明的方式
为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施 例并参照附图, 对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
无论是在用户进行上行接入过程中还是在用户进行上行抢占过程 中, 为了能够在不增加用户的讲话时延的情况下, 为用户指配上行信道 用于讲话, 本发明的集群系统网络侧在接收到用户发送的上行接入请求 后, 首先将用户指配到在组呼建立时已经分配的上行组呼信道进行讲 话, 集群系统网络侧建立专用上行信道用于分配给用户, 当专用上行信 道建立好之后, 再将当前通过上行组呼信道进行讲话的用户指配到专用 上行信道上, 使用户通过所指配的专用上行信道进行讲话。 由于用户在 发送上行接入请求后, 不需要等待集群系统网络侧建立并分配专用上行 信道, 而直接被指配到已经建立的上行組呼信道进行讲话, 等到集群系 统网络侧建立并分配好专用上行信道后, 再被重新指配到所分配的专用 上行信道进行讲话, 空闲出已经建立的上行组呼信道接收集群组中的其 他用户在进行上行抢占时发送的上行接入请求, 从而在不增加用户的讲 话时延的情况下, 为用户指配专用上行信道用于讲话并且可以实现后续 的上行抢占过程。
更进一步地, 如果集群组当前有讲话方正在讲话, 集群組其他用户 在发起上行抢占之前, 会判断自身设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优 先级别, 如果是, 才能发起上行抢占, 否则, 不能发起上行抢占。 同样 地, 高优先级别的用户在发起上行抢占过程中, 给集群系统网络侧发送 上行接入请求, 集群系统网络侧接收到上行接入请求后 , 先释放讲话方 占用的专用上行信道, 将用户指配到在组呼建:立时已经分配的上行組呼 信道进行讲话, 集群系统网络侧建立专用上行信道用于分配给用户, 当 专用上行信道建立好之后, 再将当前通过上行组呼信道进行讲话的用户 重新指配到专用上行信道上, 使用户通过所指配的专用上行信道进行讲 话。
集群组其他用户在判断自身设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先 级别之前, 会判断自身的优先级别是否最低, 如果是, 则不发起上行抢 占; 否则, 再判断自身设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别。
集群系统网络侧释放的讲话方占用的专用上行信道和给发送上行接 入请求的用户指配的专用上行信道可以为同一专用上行信道, 也可以不 为同一专用上行信道。
图 3是本发明为集群組中的用户指配上行信道方法的一个具体实施 例的流程图 , 该实施例是本发明的集群系统网络侧为进行上行抢占的高 优先级别用户指配专用上行信道的方法实施例, 其中, 集群组的組呼已 经建立, 集群系统网络侧已经给集群组分配了一对上下行组呼信道, 该 方法的具体步骤为:
步骤 300、 集群系统网络侧为发起上行接入请求的讲话方指配了专 用上行信道用于进行讲话。
步骤 301、 集群系统网络侧通过 NCH发送 UPLINK BUSY消息, 该 消息携带有讲话方的优先级别信息。
在本发明中, 也可以将 UPLINK BUSY消息和讲话方的优先级别信 息分别使用不同的下行消息发送, 或者在同一下行消息中发送。
步驟 302、 当集群组内的其他用户进行上行抢占时, 判断自身所设 置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 转入步骤 303; 否 则, 转入步骤 310。
步骤 303、 该用户通过上行组呼信道向集群系统网络侧发送上行接 入请求。
步骤 304、 集群系统网络侧接收到该请求后, 释放讲话方占用的专 用上行信道。
在释放讲话方占用的专用上行信道之前, 集群系统网络侧要判断发 送该请求的用户的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 释放 讲话方占用的专用上行信道; 否则, 不响应该请求或者向发送该请求的 用户发送接入失败消息, 结束。
为了实现集群系统网络侧的判断步骤, 在步骤 303中发送的上行接 入请求要携带该用户的优先级别信息。 集群系统网络侧的判断步驟没有 在图 3中表示出来。
步骤 305、 集群系统网络侧将该用户措配到建立组呼时给集群组所 分配的上行组呼信道上, 并且通过 NCH广播 UPLINK BUSY消息, 该 消息携带有发起上行接入 "i青求用户的优先级别信息, 从而使集群组中具 有更高优先级别的用户可以发起上行抢占过程。
在本发明中, 也可以将 UPLINK BUSY消息和讲话方的优先级别信 息分别使用不同的下行消息发送, 或者在同一下行消息中发送。
步骤 306、 该用户通过所指配的上行组呼信道进行讲话。
步骤 307、 集群系统网络侧建立要给该用户分配的专用上行信道。 步骤 308、 集群系统网络侧建立好给该用户分配的专用上行信道后, 将该专用上行信道指配给该用户。
步骤 309、 该用户通过所指配的专用上行信道进行讲话。
步骤 310、 该用户不能通过上行组呼信道向集群系统网络侧发起上 行接入请求, 讲话方继续占用集群系统网络侧给讲话方分配的专用上行 信道进行讲话。
步骤 300中为发起上行接入请求的讲话方指配了专用上行信道用于 进行讲话可以直接指配, 即集群系统网络侧先建立专用上行信道, 再将 讲话方指配到所建立的专用上行信道用于讲话; 也可以采用本发明所述 的方法指配, 即将先将讲话方指配到在组呼建立时已经分配的上行组呼 信道进行讲话, 同时, 集群系统网络侧建立专用上行信道用于分配给讲 话方, 当专用上行信道建立好之后, 再将当前通过上行组呼信道进行讲 话的讲话方指配到专用上行信道上, 使讲话方通过所指配的专用上行信 道进行讲话。
当集群系统网络侧建立好给该用户分配的专用上行信道后, 将正在 占用上行组呼信道进行讲话的用'户重新指配到所分配的专用上行信道 的方法流程图, 如图 4所示:
步骤 400、 用户通过上行組呼信道进行讲话。 步骤 401、 集群系统网络侧建立好给该用户分配的专用上行信道后 , 给用户发送专用信道指配命令 ( ASSIGNMENT-CMD ) 消息, 该消息携 带有专用上行信道的接入信息。
步骤 402、接收到发送 ASSIGNMENT-CMD消息的用户根据该消息 携带的专用上行信道接入信息接入专用上行信道, 给集群系统网络侧发 送专用信道指配完成(ASSIGNMENT-COM ) 消息。
步骤 403、 集群系统网络侧接收到该消息后, 通过给该用户所指配 的专用上行信道接收该用户的讲话。
由于专用上行信道指配过程已经标准化,;所以图 4所述的方法采用 了标准的专用上行信道的指配过程。
当集群组内的所有用户在一个基站下, 本发明集群系统网络侧为管 辖该集群组所有用户的基站; 当集群组内的所有用户在多个基站下, 本 发明集群系统网络侧为管辖该集群组所有用户的各个基站以及管辖各 个基站的锚 MSC。
当本发明集群系统网络侧为管辖该集群組所有用户的各个基站以及 管辖各个基站的锚 MSC时, 步骤 401为: 集群系统网络侧建立好给该 用户分配的专用上行信道后, 集群系统网络侧中的锚 MSC给管辖用户 的基站发送专用信道请求(ASS-REQ )消息, 接收到该消息的基站给用 户发送 ASSIGNMENT-CMD 消息, 该消息携带有专用上行信道的接入 信息。 步骤 402为: 接收到发送 ASSIGNMENT-CMD消息的用户根据 该消息携带的专用上行信道接入信息接入专用上行信道, 给管辖用户的 基站发送 ASSIGNMENT-COM 消息, 接收到该消息的基站给集群系统 网络侧中的锚 MSC发送专用信道建立完成(ASS-COMP ) 消息。
在本发明中, 用户为用户终端或其他能够实现集群通信的设备。 本发明提供的方法使用户按 PTT键给集群系统网络侧发送上行接入 请求到进行讲话的时间间隔大大减小, 减小了用户的讲话时延。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发 明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种为集群组中的用户指配专用上行信道的方法, 集群系统网络 侧在集群组组呼建立时给集群组分配上行组呼信道, 其特征在于, 该方 法包括:
集群系统网络侧在接收到用户发送的上行接入请求后, 将用户指配 到所分配的上行组呼信道讲话, 集群系统网络侧建立用于分配给用户的 专用上行信道, 当该专用上行信道建立好后, 将当前通过上行组呼信道 讲话的用户指配到该专用上行信道上讲话。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的集群系统网絡侧 是在用户接入集群组的过程中收到用户发送的上行接入请求的。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的集群系统网絡侧 是在用户进行上行抢占的过程中收到用户发送的上行接入请求的。
4、如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 为集群组中的用户设置 优先级别, 在用户进行上行抢占的过程中, 所述集群系统网络侧在接收 到用户发送的上行接入请求之前, 该方法还包括:
集群系统网络侧为讲话方分配专用上行信道讲话, 发送上行信道忙 消息和讲话方的优先级别信息;
用户接收到上行信道忙消息, 根据讲话方的优先级别信息判断自身 设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 发送上行接入请 求给集群系统网络侧, 集群系统网络侧执行接收到用户发送的上行接入 请求的步骤; 否则, 不发起上行抢占过程。
5、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将用户指配到所分 配的上行组呼信道讲话之前, 该方法还包括:
集群系统网络侧释放为讲话方分配的专用上行信道。
6、如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述释放为讲话方分配 的专用上行信道之前, 该方法还包括:
用户给集群系统网络侧发送的上行接入请求携带自身设置的优先级 别信息, 接收到该请求的集群系统网路侧根据该请求携带的优先级别信 息判断用户设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别, 如果是, 执行 幹放为讲话方分配的专用上行信道的步骤。
7、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的上行信道忙的信 息是集群系统网络侧通过下行消息发送的; 所述讲话方的优先级别信息 是集群系统网络侧通过下行消息发送的。
8、如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于发送上行信道 忙的信息的下行消息与用于发送讲话方的优先级别信息的下行消息为 同一下行消息。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述下行消息通过 通知信道发送。
10、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述根据讲话方的 优先级别信息判断自身设置的优先级别是否高于讲话方的优先级别之 前, 该方法还包括:
用户判断所设置的用户的优先级别是否为集群組中的最低优先级 别, 如果是, 不发起上行抢占过程; 否则, 执行比较所设置的用户的优 先级别是否高于当前占用上行信道的用户的优先级别的步骤。
