Abstract
Dans ce procédé pour décoder un signal vidéo, au moins une partie d'une image actuelle dans une couche actuelle est prédite sur la base d'au moins une partie d'une image de référence et d'informations de décalage. Les informations de décalage peuvent indiquer un décalage de position entre au moins un pixel de frontière de l'image de référence et au moins un pixel de frontière de l'image actuelle.
