Abstract

The invention relates to an electric connection assembly for connecting a control system to a firing system. Said assembly comprises an electrically conductive firing socket (4), from which two parallel contact pins (6, 7) project away in the connection direction, a plug-in connector (2) comprising two contact sleeves (13, 14), which are insulated from one another and extend in the connection direction and at least one electrically conductive contact lug (10, 11) that is connected to ground. When the lug is plugged into the sleeve, said lug connects the firing socket (4) to ground before the contact pins (6, 7) and the contact sleeves (13, 14) come into electrical contact with one another. The contact lug (10, 11) is held so that it can be deflected inwards in such a way that when the plug-in connection is made, it is forced into position against the firing socket (4).
