Abstract

One of the main subjects occupying the technological world is the production of energy, while the main source of energy is crude oil. Severe problems occur using this source which bother our life, for example, pollution of air that risks our life and the high financial expense. Hence the idea of this invention was formed to help the world solving a part of these problems. The main idea of this invention is to produce rotational motion by using compressed air as source of energy; we compress air in a single time into a tank connected to . pistons and as a result, power is created on the central structure of the invention causing constant rotation with increased acceleration. Meaning, my invention will constitute a source of energy with a single time investment and without activating constantly external powers.

Description

Production of rotational motion
Introduction
The sources of energy and the technologies of conversion the energy were always subjects of interest to the human society agenda.
These subjects received very special significance since the nineteen sixties, and still are of paramount consideration for the whole world, the developing countries and the developed countries alike.
A few reasons contributed in making these subjects central issues on the global agenda, the main are:
1. Tremendous growth of the world population.
2. Development of additional technological methods to transform energy.
3. Humans' value practice became more materialistic while growth of supplies by the natural resources legs behind.
4. Low efficiency of the conversion processes, over half of the energy is wasted.
5. Increased awareness to environmental topics caused by pollution.
6. High costs of energy sources like Coal, Oil etc.
The human society is starting to have doubts if the benefit gained from the use of these kinds of energy justifies the enormous consequential damages.
Therefore this invention main purpose is to construct a system through which it is possible to produce friendly energy to the environment (as a principle), with relatively low economic cost; and suggest solution to some of the concerns displayed above. The definition of the Invention
The principle of this invention is to produce rotational motion using activated forces from air pressure, in a closed cycle. The structure is comprise of a circular shape with curved slopes which via there assistance we receive rotational motion with increased angular acceleration.
Description of performance
The invention is composed of a few parts that work together to reach the required purpose. Production stage:
First stage:
The first and main stage (the most important in the invention): Production of a circle 15 cm. diameter, having two wings made of a circle 21.56 cm. diameter center of every wing is located 3.28 cm. from the center of the circle "0" and an angle of 13 degrees. Each wing is in an angle of 150 degrees relatively to the center.
The wing is connected to the circle by an arc of 6 cm. radius in an angle of 30 degrees relatively to the center of the circle "0". AU parts are 1 cm. thick. (See drawing no. 1). The circle of 15 cm. diameter showed in drawing no. 1 is just for understanding, the circle and the wings are one part (see drawing no. 2).
Second stage:
Assembling of three parts - circle-wings, of stage one on a shaft, 4 cm. in diameter and 40 cm. long.
The first circle-wings is located 8.5 cm. from the end of the shaft, while the three circle - wings are 10 cm. apart. Two bearings are located on both ends of the shaft.
Third stage:
The assembling of six wheels, each 16 cm. in diameter and 1 cm. thick on the assembly constructed in the second stage following these steps: • Assemble two wheels on every circle-wing. • The angle between the centers of the wheels is 30 degrees relatively to the center of the circle "0". (See drawing no. 4)
• Every wheel is connected to a lever with a bearing in its center (see drawing no.5)
• All the components mentioned above are produced from steel.
• All parts are freely rotating on their shafts.
• The three circle- wings and the shaft are considered as one structure that rotates on its bearings.
• All the moving parts were balanced to prevent vibrations during operation.
Forth stage:
Assembling an air at the end of the lever (on every wheel separately).
The piston diameter is 7 cm. the piston side facing the lever is open to prevent a vacuum in the piston during operation. (See drawing no. 6).
An elastic tube is installed on the other side of the piston; its volume is 100 times bigger than volume of the piston.
Air is compressed into the tube through a one-way valve to receive a reasonable force from the piston on the wheel
(increased air pressure or larger diameter of the piston, produce bigger force). (See drawing no. 7).
** Drawing no. 8 describes the whole invention (for demonstration only).
The principle of the invention
The compressed air in the (elastic) tube, in closed circle, applies pressure on the piston, which in turn pushes the wheel in the direction of the center of the wings (the arcs) resulting rotation of the shaft.
The continuous rotation is achieved due to the following: the first wheel is located at the top of the wing, beginning of the arc, when the wheels are located 30 degrees one from the other, in relation to the center of the circle "0" and the last wheel is located at the end of the arc, and in this situation the piston that applies the force comes to the end of its process (it does not exerts force on the structure).
The power created from the other five wheels is enough to rotate the shaft with the three circle- wings parts, and to return the sixth wheel to the top of the second arc. This situation repeats all the time, resulting acceleration increase of the rotation. Should be mentioned that all the forces are equal on all wheels and the friction force, and the weight of all parts together and separately were considered.
