Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Bereitstellung einer Authentifizierungsfunktion an einer Authentifizierungseinrichtung, die zumindest aus zwei zur Authentifizierungs- funktion beitragenden Modulen besteht, wobei ein erstes Modul und ein zweites Modul derart ausgestaltet sind, dass eine erste Kommunikationsverbindung nur dann etabliert wird, wenn sich das erste Modul im Nahfeld des zweiten Moduls befindet und wobei das erste Modul und das zweite Modul derart ausgestaltet sind, dass sie der Authentifizierungseinrichtung über zumindest eine zweite Kommunikationsverbindung nur dann eine gültige Authentifizierungsinformation bereitstellen können, wenn die erste Kommunikationsverbindung etabliert ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein eine mehrstufige Authentifizierungsfunktion bereitstellendes Verfahren.
