Abstract

A frequency controller (300) to control and provide a stable resonant frequency of a clock generator (395). Stability is provided over temperature (3 15) and fabrication process (320) variations. A temperature sensor (385) is implemented as a current source. A frequency controller (360) is implemented as reactance modules. Resistive modules generate control voltages (380).
