Abstract

An adjustable support apparatus including a pole (10) having a plurality of first elements (20) exposed at an exterior surface (22) of the pole (10) . The apparatus also including a clamping member (12) having a top surface (34) , an outer surface (32) and an inner surface (30) having a second element (52) . The second element (52) cooperating with one of the first elements (20) such that said clamping member (12) is at least loosely affixed to the pole (10) . The apparatus further including a collar adapted to be positioned about the clamping member (12) . The clamping member (12) affixing the collar (14) to the pole (10) .
