Abstract
The present invention offers an ID tag with a life time, that is specialized in disposable type, by the way to invalid charging prior to use, the way to start charging and the way to use the power supply which becomes useless after a certain time. Thermo generating material A and thermo generating material B are mounted in a power supply part of ID tag. They have a thermo generating material in way of structure on disposable warmer. They are housed in a separated place in use. It starts charging by thermo, that is generated by mixing of 2 kinds of thermo generating materials by pulling the pull-link (2).
Description
DESCRIPTION
DISPOSABLE ID TAG WITH LIFE TIME
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to ID tag that uses charging way that a tag is disposable and have life time.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
They are longing for the disposable type of ID tags. At present, it is general to take off storage device like batteries. However, it is time-consuming work to collect tags or take off batteries. The existing ID tags on the market are rarely specialized in disposable type yet.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention offers an ID tag with a life time, that is specialized in disposable type, by the way to invalid charging prior to use, the way to start charging and the way to use the power supply which becomes useless after a certain time.
The present invention is ideal for a) mounting limited storage device for power supply with life time. b) structuring to start charging by pulling the pull-link type key to start charging by making a hole in the specific part of the exterior, to start charging by bending or breaking the part of exterior. c) having one of the above charging way and structuring of generating thermo-power by contacting and mixing generating material or cooling material, and then power supplied by the thermo-power. d) having one of the above charging way and structuring of having a heat-sink that keeps a temperature difference as to ID tag charged by thermo-power. e) having one of the above charging way and structuring for the purpose of power supply by primary batteries or secondary batteries.
The present invention enables to supply disposable admission tickets expiring in admission control by supplying ID tag that is not intend to constant use. It is possible to select reasonable primary batteries or secondary batteries, and it could save work time to collect batteries. If generating function is mounted, there is no need to collect ID tag itself.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
Figure 1 represents the 3D drawing of the disposable type of ID tag
Figure 2 represents the structure of the thermo-power ID tag
Figure 3 represents the section of the pull-link thermo-power structure
Figure 4 represents the structure of the battery type of ID tag
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Figure 1 is 3D of the disposable tag. This is just an example and a form is unlimited. The figure is provided in order to explain the invention. The form of the disposable tag could be triangle, square, pentagon or circle.
Regardless for any cosmetic design is available on the present invention.
Figure 2 is the structure of thermo-power ID tag. It consists of the tag circuit (3), the power generation block (4) and the thermo-power block (6). This shows the structure of generating electricity given by pulling the pull- link
(2) and thermo conducting to the power generation block (4).
Figure 3 is the section of the pull-link type thermo-power structure. Thermo generating material A and thermo generating material B are mounted in a power supply part. Thermo generating material A and B have a thermo generating material in way of structure on disposable warmer. They are housed in a separated place in use.
In case of Claim 2, it has a structure of mixing the above-mentioned thermo generating material A and thermo generating material B by pulling the pull-link (2). Concerning to the structure, the pull-link (2) has a thin tape type of partition, which separates 2 kinds of heat generating materials, and thermo is not generated in use. Concerning to usage, it starts charging by thermo, that is generated by mixing of 2 kinds of thermo generating materials by pulling the pull-link (2). Concerning to the hole that is made by the tape attached to the pull-link (2) being pulling out, outflow of thermo generating material is prevented by putting pressure on its surface by ID tag's package.
In case of Claim 3, it has the equivalent effect by going through the partition out. It can adjustable for the power supplying time in proportion with a ratio of mixture, quantity and quality of thermo generating material. These ways are also applied for Claim 6 as well.
Figure 4 is the structure of the battery type of ID tag. It consists of the tag circuit (3) and the battery (9). This shows the structure of generating electricity given by pulling the pull-link (2) and releasing off insulation. Concerning to the disposable tag (1) that has the charging way of Claim 8 and Claim 9, it regards as the equivalent structure that makes it contact-less with the battery (9). The referred "equivalent structure" means the structure that deters charging by inserting the tape type of insulator into between charge wiring and batteries' electrode. Concerning to electric power in case of using primary batteries or the secondary batteries, it regulates the power consumption of ID tag and charging power of the battery (9) and sets a certain period of time for use. It would be possible to start charging by breaking the inner packing material like vinyl by twisting the flexible exterior, and then, mix the inner liquid or powdered power generation or thermo generating materials.
