Description

ONE BODY-MOLDED ADHESIVE BRASSIERE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a strapless adhesive brassiere.
Background Art
To satisfy women's desires to enhance the beauty of their breasts, various types of brassieres for covering and supporting women's breasts have been marketed and are used by women. However, the straps of the brassiere are known to cause discomfort: pressure, overheating, impressions in the skin, dermal disorders, and increased sweating. There has even been a paper published claiming that the straps of the brassieres may cause lymphatic and blood stagnation, thereby causing cancer.
Recently, several types of adhesive brassieres having no straps have been marketed. Strapless brassieres are not readily visible and can be easily used.
There are various kinds of adhesive brassieres: a silicone gel brassiere (called, 'Nubra' or 'Nudy Bra') wherein silicone gel is coated with a plastic film and an adhesive agent is applied to the inner surface thereof for adhesion to the skin, a polyurethane foam brassiere (called, 'Bust Free') wherein a molded cup is formed with polyurethane foam, and is supported by an upper garment without using an adhesive agent, and another type of brassiere wherein a fabric molded cup is formed without straps, and adhered to the skin using adhesive tape.
However, these conventional strapless brassieres have some disadvantages: their adhesive strength is degraded by sweat generated in the portions contacting the skin of a user when the user we^rs it for a long time, and a variety of dermal disorders may be generated in the skin contacting the brassiere. When a large amount of silicone is used for supporting the outer appearance of the breast, the weight of the brassiere is increased, whereby pressure may be applied to the breast, and the inherent property of the silicone gel, that is, softness, makes it difficult to maintain the shape of the brassiere and correctly hold the breast. As these problems have appeared, users are currently reluctant to use these strapless brassieres.
Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0338007 discloses a strapless brassiere. Referring to this, predetermined spaces and air ventilation holes are formed in the strapless brassiere, so that the collection of sweat and confinement of the breast is reduced by implementing partial adhesion, not adhesion through the brassiere. However, this brassiere is problematic in that it must be manufactured through several processes: covering the outer circumference of a conventional molded cup made of sponge with a fabric; forming spaces and air ventilation holes therein; and inserting a wire thereinto. Further, referring to Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0343291, a frame made of plastic is used, the inner surface of a brassiere made of a fabric is coated with a silicone adhesive gel, which is used as an adhesive, and the inner surface and outer surface of the brassiere are in close contact with the frame through high frequency welding. However, air ventilation and correct breast support are not considered in this disclosure.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Solution
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a single body molded adhesive brassiere, which has a high adhesive strength as well as improved ability to correctly hold and lift the breast, efficiently pushes up the breast, efficiently reduces the pressure applied to the breast due to the weight of the brassiere by reducing the overall weight of the brassiere, and simplifies the manufacturing process thereof.

Mode for the Invention
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a single body molded adhesive brassiere, comprising: a molded cup shaped to match a breast's shape; an extension wing part formed on a bottom part of the molded cup to increase adhesive strength of the molded cup; a support frame part formed along the bottom part of the molded cup to improve a breast shape enhancement effect of correctly holding the breast; and a breast supporting part formed on a central portion of a lower part of an inner surface of the molded cup, wherein the molded cup, the extension wing part, the support frame part and the breast supporting part are integrally molded, and are made of a soft plastic rubber having elasticity.
Generally, plastic rubber may be changed to a rubber-shaped elastic body or a flexible plastic through a thermal process. The soft plastic rubber used in the present invention is selected from materials, which are harmless to the human body and have soft elasticity, preferably selected from silicone, polyurethane, natural latex, synthetic latex, etc.
Hereinbelow, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a rear view of the embodiment of the present invention.
As illustrated in FIG. 1, a single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 according to the present invention comprises a pair of molded cups 10, which are molded to match the shape of a woman's breast, an extension wing part 20 framed along the bottom part 13 of the molded cup 10, with a support frame part 30 formed along the junction of the bottom part 13 and the extension wing part 20 of the molded cup 10, functioning like a wire inserted in a conventional brassiere, and an expansion part 50 formed in the central portion of the lower part 12 of the inner surface of the molded cup.
Hie extension wing part 20 is integrally manufactured with the molded cup 10, having a smooth planar shape the angle of which varies along the curved line of the woman's breast from the bottom part 13 of the molded cup, so as to increase the adhesive strength. As the contact area with the skin of Hie breast is increased, the adhesive strength is enhanced, and there is a feeling of stably wearing the brassiere, thereby making it possible to wear the brassiere for a long time. Along the bottom part 13 of the molded cup 10 is integrally formed the support frame part 30 functioning as a wire inserted into a conventional brassiere. The support frame part 30 is formed of soft plastic rubber having predetermined strength and thickness. Thus, without inserting a separate wire into the molded cup 10, the frame part 30 serves to maintain the shape of the molded cup 10, and functions to correctly hold and push up the breast. Further, the brassiere production cost may be reduced since the manufacturing process is simplified.
Referring to FIG. 3, the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may have a breast supporting part 50, functioning as a pad integrally molded with the molded cup, on the central portion of the lower part 12 of the inner surface of the molded cup 10, thereby correctly holding and supporting the breast and creating a beautiful and plump breast contour. The breast supporting part may be molded to have a modified concave and convex shape as illustrated in FIG. 4, in order to increase the size of the air path.
The shape of the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 according to the present invention corresponds entirely to the woman's breast, and the brassiere is manufactured so as to have sufficient elasticity so as not to apply pressure to the breast while the user is working while wearing it, with maintaining the shape of the brassiere.
To manufacture the molded cup 10 of the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 , a variety of soft plastic rubbers may be used as raw materials. As an example, silicone will be described herein below as a raw material.
In the adhesive brassiere 1 of this invention, the overall molded cup is integrally formed of soft silicone. Further, as the molded cups are automatically formed since the silicone rubber material is consecutively supplied into an injection molding machine during a press molding process or an injection molding process, thereby simplifying the manufacture and processing thereof, improving productivity, and reducing labor consumption. It is preferable to use liquid silicone rubber (LSR) as the silicone material. By adjusting the hardness to the proper hardness of about 30 to 40 degrees, the hardness and physical property of the silicone can be adjusted.
In addition, a foaming agent may be added to a general silicone rubber phase or soft silicone to thereby form bubbles whereby the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 can be manufactured from soft silicone foam (porous soft silicone) having lower density. The brassiere finally manufactured with the soft silicone foam according to the present invention is lighter in weight, thereby making it possible to wear it for a long time. Further, when the brassiere 1 is attached to the user's breast, pressure applied to the breast due to the weight of the brassiere maybe reduced.
The single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 depicted in FTG. 3 comprises a plurality of projections 40 around the areola portion formed on the inner surface of the molded cup.
A plurality of the projections 40 is formed around the areola portion, except for the nipple portion, thereby reducing the contact area of the molded cup and the breast and providing desired air ventilation effect as well as desired breast massaging effects.
An adhesive agent or a gluing agent is applied to an inner adhering part 90 of the extension wing part 20. By coating an adhesive agent or a gluing agent on the adhering part 90, which constitutes the inner surface of the upper part 11 of the molded cup 10, a brassiere 1 having increased adhesive strength can be manufactured.
FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 2, and FIG. 6 illustrates a sectional area taken along line A-A of FIG. 1 or 2. Referring to these figures, the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 comprises the molded cup 10, the extension wing part 20, the support frame part 30, the projections 40 and the breast supporting part 50, all of which are integrally combined.
FIGS. 7 to 11 illustrate a single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 according to the present invention, in which the whole surface or a part of the molded cup 10 is formed perforations 60 having various patterns.
Perforations, having various patterns and sizes, that is, circular, triangular, rectangular, hexagonal, star-like, net-shaped, hollow, and slitted, etc. are formed in all or part of the surface of the molded cup 10, whereby it has an excellent air ventilation effect, in comparison with conventional adhesive brassieres. Thus, sweat, which may collect in the brassiere when wearing it for a long time, may be reduced, and dermal disorders caused by the collection of sweat in the brassiere may also be prevented. The single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 depicted in FIG. 12 comprises a connection hole 70 formed in the extension wing part 20 of each molded cup 10 so as to connect two molded cups 10 together to provide the adhesive brassiere 1. Described in detail, the connection hole 70 is positioned in the inside ends of the two molded cups, which are left and right molded cups, so as to allow the left and right molded cups to be connected to each other by a connection wire 80, or one of various connection means, such as a connection hook or a snap button, thereby efficiently holding the breast. In addition, the single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 may be manufactured to have various hardness, color or transparency by adjusting the composition ratio of the raw materials.
By adjusting the hardness, the brassiere 1 can be shaped in such a manner that the shape of the molded cup is maintained and the flexibility is enhanced, thereby applying no pressure to the breast. Further, because the added adhesive agent can be easily controlled, it is advantageous and possible to produce the brassiere 1 in a variety of colors and styles.
A single body molded adhesive brassiere 1 may comprise a corrosion treatment part 99 to adjust the transparency by forming various textures thereon, wherein all or part of the molded cup 10 may be treated with a corrosive (refer to "Corrosion and Prevention of Corrosion Engineering, Han Jeong-seop, Bando Publishing (Pierson Education), 1998). As depicted in FIG. 13, the areola portion covering the nipple portion in the inside of the molded cup may be manufactured with the corrosion treatment part 99, to thereby reduce the transparency and provide an opaque effect.
When forming the single body molded adhesive brassiere according to the present invention, the addition of various functional materials to each material may result in obtaining effects corresponding thereto.
Among a variety of functional materials, such as nano-silver having antibiotic and antiodor functions, aromatic essence for aromatherapy, anion-generating materials, such as charcoal, yellow earth, elvan, titanium, germanium, tourmaline, etc., one or more materials may be mixed and manufactured as a molded cup through press processing or injection molding. The surface of the manufactured molded cup 10 is coated with one or more materials, which are selected from among the materials used to activate physical activities of the human body, such as nano-silver or essences, etc.
Thereby, effects of making the brassiere anti-biotic, anti-odorized and aromatherapeutic when wearing the brassiere according to the present invention can be provided. The application and use of the compositions described above are universal in the clothing and medicine products fields, and can be easily applied to various raw materials of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability As described above, since the overall shape of the molded cup, the extension wing part, the support frame part, and the breast supporting part is produced by integral combination through press processing or injection molding, the single body molded adhesive brassiere of the present invention has a simplified manufacturing process. Further, since the extension wing part increases the adhesive strength, this enhances the stability of the brassiere when worn. Due to the support frame part, functioning as a wire which is inserted into a conventional brassiere so as to serve to correctly hold the breast, the breast shape enhancement effect is improved. Further, the breast supporting part has an effect of improving the outer appearance of the breast.
Since the adhesive brassiere according to the present invention is manufactured from foam through press processing and injection molding using soft plastic rubber, the weight of the brassiere can be reduced. Thus, pressure applied to the breast due to the weight of the brassiere, is reduced.
Perforations, formed in the single body molded adhesive brassiere according to the present invention, create excellent air ventilation which serves to reduce the sweat which may be collected in the brassiere while wearing it for a long time. Thus, the generation of dermal disorders can be prevented. Further by reducing the weight of the adhesive brassiere, pressure applied to the breast due to the weight of the brassiere may also be reduced. A plurality of projections, formed around the inner areola portion of the single body molded adhesive brassiere according to the present invention, reduces the contact area of the molded cup relative to the skin of the breast, thereby increasing the air ventilation effect and the breast massaging effect. All or part of the single body molded adhesive brassiere according to the present invention is treated with a corrosive, thereby adjusting the transparency thereof
A variety of functional materials, such as nano-silver having antibiotic and antiodor functions, aromatic essence for aromatherapy, anion-generating materials, such as charcoal, yellow earth, elvan, titanium, germanium, tourmaline, etc. are mixed and coated together with other materials when the single body molded adhesive brassiere is manufactured, thereby having antibiotic, antiodor and aromatherapeutic effects.
