通电使用时, 电机 2' 的主动轮通过减速齿轮组 3' 传动, 带动 整组基片 5' 和支撑在基片 5' 上的薄型夹片 6' —起绕弓形轴 4' 转 动, 使薄型夹片 6' 在弓形轴 4' 渐窄的一侧由基片 5' 挤压做夹紧 动作, 而在弓形轴 4' 渐宽的一侧做松开动作, 这样, 即可借助薄型 夹片 6' , 在弓形轴 4' 渐窄的一侧快速将体毛拔下, 而在弓形轴 4' 渐宽的一侧将拔下的体毛扔进集毛盒中, 达到快速拔除体毛的功效。

一种电动拔毛器, 主要由本体、 电机、 减速齿轮组、 弓形轴和一 组单片组成, 弓形轴架设在本体的轴座上, 减速齿轮组的首级齿轮与 电机的主动轮啮合, 而末级齿轮则固定在处于最端部的单片上, 每个 单片都具有一个夹面和一个支撑部, 整组单片呈两两夹面相对地排 列, 两个单片相对的两个夹面之间形成夹道, 整组单片通过固定件连 接在一起而可做同步转动, 整组单片一并穿置在弓形轴上。

所述叉体上还固定一个薄片,薄片随同叉体一起与整组单片一并 穿置在弓形轴上, 薄片处于两个单片相对的两个夹面之间, 且每个薄 片的两个侧面分别与两个单片的夹面之间形成两个夹道。
' 所述固定件为轴承,整组单片通过轴承套连接在一起而可做同步 转动。

采用上述结构后, 本发明通电使用时, 电机的主动轮通过减速齿 轮组带动整组单片一起绕弓形轴转动,使单片在弓形轴渐窄的一侧做 夹紧动作, 而在弓形轴渐宽的一侧做松开动作, 这样, 直接借助单片 的夹面, 在弓形轴渐窄的一侧快速将体毛拔下, 同样可达到快速拔除 体毛的功效。

为了方便整组单片 5的组装,本实施例是先将整组单片 5通过弓 形轴 4安装在轴座 11上,并用弹簧 6固定,再用罩体 12将弓形轴 4、 减速齿轮组 3及轴座 11等罩住, 仅露出整組单片 5用于拨毛, 使产 品更为美观, 如图 10所示。
本实施例通电使用时, 电机的主动轮通过减速齿轮组 3带动整组 单片 5—起绕弓形轴 4转动,使单片 5在弓形轴 4渐窄的一侧做夹紧 动作, 而在弓形轴 4渐宽的一侧做松开动作, 这样, 直接借助单片 5 的夹面 51 , 在弓形轴 4渐窄的一侧快速将体毛拔下, 同样可达到快 速拔除体毛的功效, 而且, 本发明是将现有技术的基片 5' 和薄型夹 片 6' 合为一体, 明显省去了现有技术的薄型夹片 6' , 这样一来, 构件明显减少, 开模容易, 只需要开加工单片 5的模具即可, 而且, 结构也明显简单, 组装时, 需将单片 5按序组装即可, 组装也方便, 致使加工成本降 4氐。
再配合图 15-16所示, 本实用新型可进一步在图 14所示的叉体 54上还固定一个薄片 55 , 使薄片 55随同叉体 54一起与整组单片 5 一并穿置在弓形轴 4上, 这样一来, 薄片 55即处于两个单片 5相对 的两个夹面 51之间,且每个薄片 55的两个侧面分别与两个单片 5的 夹面 51之间形成两个夹道(即将图 2所示夹道 A—分为二)。此结构 与现有技术同样夹道的结构相比可省去两个薄片, 所以, 结构简单, 开模容易、 组装方便, 加工成本低。 而与前述两个实施例相比, 仅增 加了一个薄片 55 , 但, 却增加了一倍的夹道, 拔毛效果更佳。
