Abstract
Equipment for the rapid preparation of drink extracted by fruit and/or vegetable and also for the instant refrigeration of the produced drink consisting in: an external wrap (1 fig.l) that contains all the parts of the system that is characterized by: a piston (12 fig.1-3) that crushes a vegetable substance (14 fig.3) and/or fruit on a filter (11 fig.3) . A filter positioned on a filter support (9 fig.3), while the filter support is contained in a bring-filter (8 fig.3) . The bring- filter is inserted in a cup (6 fig.3) where the juice is collected. The cup in its turn is inserted in a crucible (5 fig.3) within which expands a liquefied gas to instantly produce the chill that cools the drink. The liquid gas is withdrawn by a cylinder (2 fig.) and pass through a duct (19 fig.3) that reaches the crucible. The duct is open/closed by a automatic valve (4 fig.1-3).
Description
DESCRIPTION
Equipment making beverage extracted from vegetable products of ready use and instantly chill it
Technical field.
For the preparation of drinks of ready use, extracted from vegetable products, we proceed by mincing or crushing their peels for the extraction of the essential oils or by squeezing the pulps to collect their juice, therefore, in the both cases, the extracts are mixed with sugary or hydro alcoholic solutions that will give drinks of ready fruition .
Once the drink is prepared, especially in warm climates with elevated temperatures, it is necessary to chill it . In general the chilling is made with the aid of freezers or refrigerators .
These coolers, however, take much time to reach a tasting temperature, Time that contrasts with a rapid enjoyment of the drink . In special way if the drinks must be instantly produced in public exercises as cafe or restaurants .
The system that we will go to describe, object of the application of patent, is an equipment that enables the eep±d" extraction of essences or juices from vegetable products for a rapid preparation of drinks, with an instant cooling for an immediate and fast fruition .
Background of Art .
The equipments that have been used up to now to make drinks of ready use extracted from vegetables can ' t instantly chill the beverage and moreover these
equipments cannot produce alcoholic beverages of ready use from essential oils .
Disclosure of invention The equipment is constituted by an external wrap ( 1 fig . l ) , which contains the parts constituting the system: The cylinder (2 fig . l ) , which contains a liquefied inert gas, is placed in a compartment . A tap regulates ( 3 fig . l ) the influx of the gas from the cylinder, while a timer pilots an injection valve (4 fig . l ) , which inj ects , for a set time, an established quantity of liquefied gas in the crucible (5 fig. l ) . Internally to the crucible ( 5 fig .3 ) is placed a cup ( 6 fig .3 ) . The seal between the crucible and the cup is guaranteed by a gasket ( 7 fig .3) . A bring filter ( 8 fig .3 ) is placed internal to the cup .
A bring-filter ( 8 fig.3 ) is placed internal to the cup . Inside the bring-filter is located a filter support ( 9 fig .3 ) it is equipped with gaskets ( 10 fig .3 ) for a perfect seal on the bring-filter and on the filter ( 11 fig .3 ) placed on it .
A piston ( 12 fig.1-2-3 ) is positioned in axle with the bring-filter, during its run it delimits a space ( 17 fig .2 ) of compression whose tightness is insured by the .gaake-t—(-1-8—f-i-g-r2-)—that is positioned on the bring- filter
The equipment work mode is the following : with the piston ( 12 fig . l ) in rest position that is when the stem is re-entered in the shirt , portions of peels or pulp of vegetables ( 13 fig . l ) from which the flavour will be extracted are placed into the bring-filter (8 fig . l ) on the filter ( 11 fig. l ) . At this point the
piston (12 fig . l ) is operated to go down so it compress the vegetable portions on the filter. This allow to crush the cells of the vegetable parts on the filter with the consequent spillage of the essential oils from the cells or the juice from the pulp .
When this first operation is done the piston goes up, then above the vegetable cake ( 14 fig .3 ) , pressed in first phase, is placed a liquid sugary or a hydro- alcoholic solution ( 15 fig .3 ) to obtain the select drink . After the bring-filter is filled with the selected type and quantity of solution, the piston goes down again ( 12 fig .3) practicing an opportune pressure on the liquid ( 15 fig .3 ) forcing it to cross the vegetable cake determining the lixiviation of the substances that are contained in the vegetable cake so they pass in solution.
At this time the drink ( 16 fig .3) is permeated through the vegetable cake and is collected below in the cup ( 6 fig .3 ) while an automatic valve ( 4 fig .1-3 ) , controlled by a delay system, injects an exact quantity of liquefied gas tapped from cylinder (2 fig. l ) . The liquefied gas flows crossing the duct ( 19 fig .3 ) spreading itself from the nozzle (20 fig.3 ) lh&—gas—4-n-s-t-a-n-ti-y—eiφaniis in the crucible (5 fig .3 ) so by the Joule-Thomson effect it produces a rapid chilling of the cup ( 6 fig .3 ) suddenly cooling the liquid contained in it .
Then the expanded gas escapes from the orifice ( 21 fig .3 ) located on the crucible to disperse itself in the air. In such way the drink is ready refrigerated.
You extracts the bring-filter from the cup, this last from the crucible and at the end you put the drink in a container to be served.
Modes for carrying out the invention
The construction of the equipment may carry out from a common mechanical tooling.
It doesn' t need particular working .
